Sorry it has been so long...I'm back at the studios on Harry Potter, I can't believe it's the seventh film already! It has been such a long time since I've seen everyone, and it is great to be back.
Keeping very busy though, lots of publicity at the weekends getting ready for HP6 which is all good. Also very excited that its getting sunny and warmer, it has been such a long winter!
I went to my very first football match at the weekend which was so cool, I feel like a true Brit now! Hope you're all well and thank you for all your ongoing support. Lots of love Emma x

Harry Potter stunt double will never walk again
Posted By Rares on 03-15-09 @ 5:52 AM - 19 comments | Link
A terrible news arrived today from People.co.uk. Injured Harry Potter stuntman David Holmes has been told by doctors he will never walk again. David's spine was damaged when a controlled explosion went wrong and hurled him to the ground during a flying scene for the new movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
"Although David has been told he'll never walk again he is still not giving up hope. Deep down he knows it's unlikely but it's still early days and so he's not giving up completely", revealed a friend of David.
Film bosses are now bracing themselves for a lawsuit from the stuntman and it is believed they have agreed to pay his wages until the end of filming. They are also paying his mortgage until a permanent settlement is negotiated.
A studio spokesman declined to comment. David's family also did not want to comment.

GQ magazine published their April 2009 issue, where actor Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory in Goblet of Fire) graces the cover. The 22 year old actor, model and musician is currently hot with moviegoers as the vampire from Twilight. GQ has also published an interview with the actor, where Robert told he wanted to quit acting:
He was on the verge of quitting acting, he says. He’d followed up what was, back then, the biggest role of his career—in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, as Cedric Diggory, sort of the haughty blond Iceman to Harry’s Maverick—by getting fired from a play in London, where he grew up. He was in Los Angeles, crashing on his agent’s couch, looking for an American job.
