Emma Watson has updated her official website with a new message, talking about the time she spent in Pembrokeshire, Wales, shooting the Shell Cottage scenes for Deathly Hallows.
    Hi everyone,
Just got back from the nicest week in Wales. Pembrokeshire is so beautiful. It was such a nice change from the studios and the weather was AMAZING. I think I actually got sun tanned!
Doing night shoots this week, tried to stay up late this weekend to get me used to it..

I realised that in 2 weeks time I will be half way through filming my part in the Deathly Hallows. I can't believe how quickly it is all going now that we are at the end. . I think i might have to start asking people to sign a Harry Potter book for me .. i have never asked anyone for an autograph before but maybe i will regret it if i don't !!

Hope you are all well where ever you are..
    Love Em x
Thanks to everyone who e-mailed with the tip.

Click here for pictures and videos from various sources showing filming of scenes from "Deathly Hallows". From the actors present, my guess is it's right before the Trio leaves Shell Cottage to find a horcurx at Gringott's. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson and Helena Bohnam-Carter are all present.

JK Rowling mosaic built with Legos

    Posted By Rodrigo on 05-05-09 @ 9:41 AM - 11 comments | Link
A giant Lego mosaic of JK Rowling was built at the Legoland Windsor theme park as a tribute to her for topping a poll as the "ultime hero". Zac Efron from High School Musical, President Barrack Obama, Cheryl Cloe from Girls Aloud and UK football star David Beckham followed JK on the poll.
Composed of white, yellow and grey bricks, the portrait is so tall that visitors to Legoland Windsor theme park in Berkshire had to use a ladder to add extra pieces.

Rupert Grint talks about the 'Half Blood Prince'

    Posted By Rodrigo on 05-03-09 @ 5:07 PM - 7 comments | Link
Rupert Grint was interviewed by WizardUniverse, where he spoke about the making of Half-Blood Prince, the decade he has spent as part of the franchise and his plans for his post-Potter life.
How would you say that Ron has evolved over the course of these films? And how would you say you yourself have you changed as an actor?
GRINT: It just sort of happens. The first three films really do feel like a different person. I think Ron is more grown up throughout the films... We see him protect his sister, and we see brotherly stuff that he does in the sixth one.

How does it feel being so close to the end of Harry Potter, a thing that's been such a part of your life for so long?
GRINT: It's going to be weird, I think. It hasn't sunk in yet that this is the last one and that we'll never come back to do this. It'll be ten years by the time we finish. It's going to be quite sad I think. I'll miss it because I have really enjoyed it and the people I've met and it's just been great. But I think seven's enough, really.

The rest of Rupert's interview can be read here, along with Daniel's and Emma's previously published interviews.

    New Harry and Dumbledore picture

    Posted By Rodrigo on 05-02-09 @ 11:26 AM - 9 comments | Link
The LA Times has published a new picture showing Harry and Dumbledore and an article on Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince including brief comments from Daniel, Emma and Rupert on filming the movie.
"You would think that, but truly every film is different, and this time around the refreshing aspect was the adolescent romantic core of this film, which should be absolutely charming and very funny," Radcliffe said during a break from shooting. "So from that point of view, it is quite a different film, because we haven't had anything that has had this sort of light and warm and funny a core before."

"Fine, I'll try and teach him again!" Snape snarled at Professor Dumbledore.

"Severus, please, for me, don't take all those old wounds that you gained from James out on Harry. Harry is not James - do not blame him for what happened." Dumbledore spoke quietly, but his blue eyes held a warning. Snape sighed in frustration...
