On page 157 of Chamber of Secrets, it says: "'Get - away - from - there,' Perry said, striding towards them." The character's name is actually Percy.
On page 95, it says that Nearly Headless Nick "took several deep breaths, and then said, in a far calmer tone, 'So what's bothering you?'" Ghosts cannot breathe. Moaning Myrtle confirmed this on page 506 of the fourth book: "When I can't ...when I haven't...not for ages..."
In the Chamber of Secrets, Percy catches Ron coming out of Moaning Myrtle's bathroom and docks 5 points from Gryffindor (Hard Cover, page 158). In OotP on page 626, when Draco docks points, Ernie insists that prefects cannot dock points. - Submitted by Charles
