Alright time to tackle the two new questions!
If you could work with one person in the Order (living so DD does't count...Sorry!), who would it be and why?
Hmm. This answer is rather hard. As much as I want to say Severus, I just don't think I could handle not knowing what he was doing all the time. That mystery and suspense would drive me up the wall. However, I still would really like to work with him.... this question is hard!
I think I'm going to have to say either Tonks or Remus.... though I'm leaning towards Tonks. She would brighten up the dark times a little by wearing a pig nose every now and again.
Who would you least want to work with and why?
Dung. Withought a doubt. I don't trust him at all, and if I'm going to be working with a group that's fighting for such a strong cause, I won't feel comfortable having to worry about him stealing something of mine.

Without a doubt I would go with Tonks. I particularly enjoy her upbeat attitude toward life. She would make the menial jobs (like there are lots of those) seem a bit less dreary.

Figgy. Because I would be stuck at Privet Drive every day. I would never be able to withhold my urge to hex the Dursleys into oblivion.

I'd pick Tonks. She'd be fun to work with and I doubt she's get mad if I *cough* made a mistake*cough*. She'd also be like a huge bouncy ball of energy, plus she's a talented witch, would be helpful.

Snape. I still don't trust him. He's also a gouch which would make him miserable to work with. I prefer fun people. Also I'd be worried about what he was doing especialy with the Occulemency.

Well, Tonks is a great choice because she would keep the humor alive. I'm trying to think of someone else, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment. I guess I'll just keep my answer as Tonks. Sorry for the lack of originality.

Well, seeing as how Mrs. Figg and Dung have already been spoken for, I won't repeat them. So, I guess I'll have to say Lupin. Only because he has to go and live/work among the werewolves trying to recruit them. I would say for you to see my previous post but since it's a new thread, you can't. So let's just say it has to do with a puddle on the ground.

If you could work with one person in the Order (living so DD does't count...Sorry!), who would it be and why? Dumbledore *looks up* Ohhh. Umm... Sirius Dang. I guess I would have to say Lupin. I think we would get along very well, he seems like he would be good to have with you too, he's very knowledgeable and heroic. It depends on the mission, but I would have full faith in him to protect me.
As you all said, Tonks would be great too. She has a bubbly personality, but I think that can be a bit of a draw back though... She gets distracted to easily.
Who would you least want to work with and why? Hmm... I think Moody. I don't think he and I would work together very well. When we have our minds' set to something, we stick to it. If we disagree, that wouldn't work at all. Don't get me wrong, Moody is a great wizard, but I just think we'd bump heads too much.

Dumbledore would have been fun to work with, I'm sure, but I don't think he'd have been my first choice anyway. Sirius would have been great fun too. But right, living Order members. Seeing as Lupin is, well, Lupin, he'd be my first choice. He's smart, interesting, and he's cool and calm under pressure. After him I think I'd like to work with McGonagall or Kingsley Shacklebolt. McGonagall because I'm a nerd and I'm sure we'd get along fine. Also, she's a powerful witch as she's showed. And I just can't help liking Kingsley. I tend to swoon around guys like him - he's calm, intelligent and kind, and that's just what one needs in a colleague, right?
And if Snape hadn't effectively evicted himself from the Order, I think I may have found it amusing to try to get him to talk to me while we're on duty together. It would be a fun challenge to try to befriend him, I think!
Who would you least want to work with and why? Mundungus, no contest. Sneaky thief! But if I had to be a bit more creative... I think Mrs. Weasley. I like her and all, but she'd probably get on my nerves quickly if we hadn't got to know each other well enough yet. And Fleur, if she's in the Order. Can't think of worse company!

Person i want to work with would be kingsley. he seems like a good worker the prime minister said he got twice as much work done as other guys hes definitely the type of person i would want to work with because he gets the job done
Some people i wouldn't want to work with, everyone said dung and figgy, but i wouldn't want to work with tonks she seems like she would be the person to get everyone in trouble also sometimes people think she is annoying. also i wouldn't want to work with lupin because hes working with the werewolves and i don't really want to become a werewolf
The person I would want to work with is... ummm... darn, i cant say dumbledore. Maybe Tonks? She is so cool! Ummm... Lupin? Mad eye Moody? All of those people would be cool to work with. The person I would want to work with the least? Can I say Snape? If not, then...Mundungus? I dont trust Snape and Mundungus is a thief! Basically, you cant really trust any of them.

I think id like to work with Molly really Id like to be on the front line but she always does things on her own I think after taking care of seven children and all the members of the order she deserves a hand. If not her than Kingsley Shackelbolt...I like how effecent he is and I like getting things done in a timely manner we'd get along fine I think.
Who would you least want to work with and why? I dont think I could work with Moody ...hes just a bit too paranoid. I guess he has reason if I had been locked in my own trunck Id be a bit paranoid but I havent been so It would only make me nervous. I just dont think I could stand his constant vigilance! Even in dark times you have to be able to see the light at the end of the tunel...do you know what I mean?

I would like to work with Lupin. There's so much more about him than i think JK has let us in on. Maybe i could get some first hand answers from our "furry" friend. He is such an intellegent man who is holding out on us.

If you could recruit one person to join the Order who is currently not a member (excluding the Trio), who would it be and what contribution do you think they have that could help strengthen the Order or help them succeed against LV?
I'm not going to bother with asking who you would get rid of because I'm sure it would mainly be between Snape or Dung. However, if you want to contribute to this as well, go for it!

probibly flitwick im pretty sure (because no one has said that he is in the order) that he isnt in the order. i think he can help recruit "little people" and he is a charms master so he must be pretty good in battle
the man is pretty much awesome. so that would be the one guy id try to get in the order

I would probably go with recruting Flitwick as well. FOr the reasons Justin said. (don't want to repeat.) First question would be Kingsley Shacklbolt...he is just too awesome the way he modified Marriettas memory on the sly was so cool. He just strikes me as someone who has loads to teach but is not going to be as intense about it as say...Moody.
Least I would like to work with Molly. It may be just me but she is so over protective...I just don't deal well with that. I would have a difficult time not telling her off when she went on one of her rants about why such and such a job is too dangerous for so and so. I mean, everyone in the Order is in for the same reasons...to help Harry defeat Voldemort. It takes risk.

I have no idea at this point who I would recruit. I need to think about that some more. It needs to be someone who has a certain value and can fit in to the strategy of what the Orders' goals are. I'll get back to you on this one
