Least favorite movies ... There's a favorite movie thread so I decided to make the "Least Famorite Movie" thread. Alright what did you guys think about Anacondas: The Hunt For The Blood Orchid? What I thought was an horrific waste of talent. Far too much time is spent on this inane plotline about discovering the flower of youth and worst of all - for a film entitled Anacondas - you were lucky if you caught a glimpse of a steroidal serpent.

MOD EDIT : Can you not subsititute asterisks for swear words please? There's really no need for it. Thanks.

I've never seen that movie but if its the one i'm thinking of it stared J. Lopez so i am not at all suprised that its rubbish.

My absolute least favourite film would have to be the Blair witch project.
There was no plot, the 'actors' could in no way act and there was no reason given for why anything happened.
I couldn't wait for it to end so i could leave the cinema. Even thimking about it now brings back painful memories. dry.gif

Haha you must be refering to 'Gigli'. Yah, no one liked that disgrace of a movie.

It's strange you didn't like Napoleon Dynamite. Well, not strange, becuase you intitled to your own opinions and all that, just weird how it was so popular around my school. It was practically the MOVIE OF THE SUMMER laugh.gif . I personally don't see why. It was a really random movie.

One of the stupidest movies I've ever seen- The Day After Tomorrow. Ok, the cgi was good, but it had the most idiotic plot imaginable. mad.gif SO STUPID!

OMG!!! I like that movie Napoleon Dynamite and it was a pretty good movie. I rented it last week and I saw this movie which stars Howard Stern called Private Parts, which is pretty funny. I liked the part when he plays Fartman in some MTV awards show and when he and his wife were dancing to AC/DC at NY's Central Park. Anyway, when I saw Napoleon Dynamite, the guy pretty much reminds me of this guy (who I'm friends with) at my school, who I still have a crush on.

worst movie ever = From Justin to Kelly
whoever thought of the idea of a weirdo with an afro and a the winner of American Idol making a movie was absolutely insane.
it was so horrible that it was taken out of my local movie theatres early.
yes, people hated it that much.
that is all.

so this is what they call, another endless night,
so tired of believing, if this is wrong or right,
i think this cause is lost, i wish that i could sleep,
i feel like some kind of shadow, another slave to the weak,
imagine if we lived, under the weather,
we would never be found, never discovered.

I watched the Elektra last month with my sister and I was a bit disappointed with it. Although you could say I was exhilarated with the first 15 minutes... there's a splendid bit of Jason Isaac in it... pity he had to die though... dry.gif For the rest of hours, I remained in my seat for a good view of the fighting sequence. But overall, the story is just flat for me.

I dunno... thing is, the fighting between Elektra and the 'bad guys' gets more lame from the previous. Especially the final four. Aren't they suppose to be terrifying? Instead, one of them was 'extinguish' by a fallen tree... rolleyes.gif And the one who harbors loads of animal inside him by having tattoos all over his body died by a simple twist of his neck (if I'm not mistaken... but it was simple enough, *that* I remember). I was like, 'What? That's all it takes to kill them?? Shesh...'

Meh... full of junk, that one... wink.gif

But The Matrix... hmm.... *that* one I like... biggrin.gif not that it shows some (okay, loads of) girl power, the plot was not bad and the fighting sequence was excellent!! Which part don't you like, Emma? wink.gif

I loved the Matrix, I guess if you aren't a geek...well... biggrin.gif

I didn't like Bring it on again (sequel to Bring it on), I found it really boring and repetitive.
I also disliked the Day after Tomorrow, it was a combination of all the disaster movies cut and pasted together.

The Matrix trilogy was created by comic book writers, and Men In Black is a comic. So to each his/her own.
Catwoman was bad too. Why Halle, why?
One movie I hope never to encounter is "Soul Plane", an American movie. dry.gif
It reflects such a insidious stereotype, just makes my blood boil.
Sorry if it offends anyone...
