I know we are all dying to see Order of the Phoenix and
can't wait to see if our favorite parts from the book made it
to the film.

But, as we all know, not all of the best parts of the
book will make it to the big screen. So, if you could only pick
one part from the book to be in the film which part would it be?

Er.. are the last three options meant as one option? Or am I just so stupid that I don't understand them?
Well, asuming they are meant as one, I voted the last option. I think that if they don't have that battle, they bassicly chance the plot of book, as it is most important part of it.

Well i wish ,i wanna see that seen in which Cho kiss Harry,i can't wait to watch this seen in the film.I also like to see the seen when Ginny plays as a seeker.

I didn't vote because, NightDance, these are the major things going on in OotP. I'm pretty sure theyre going to keep all of this in, because they are the main things focused on in the book. Maybe you should remake the poll of less important things that happened in the book that they probobly won't keep, instead of the most important things in the book they most definetely will keep.

Let me say that if they don't have all of those scenes in the movie, it'd be a crying shame. Now, if I had to chose which of the scenes would have the greatest chance of not making the movie, it would have to be Ginny playing seeker. Nothing against her, but it's not exactly an important part. Compared with the DA, Umbridge, and the Department of Mysteries, Ginny's reign as seeker seems miniscule.

i picked the Ministry of Magic scene, only because it's one of the most important scenes in the entire series and it's really action-packed.... my second choice would have been DA because i really enjoyed those scenes in the movie

i think the other scenes are important, but it wouldn't be that bad if they were cut out... i know that the moviemakers aren't going to leave out the kiss, so i don't need to worry about that

Yeah I'd say that one too, although I might be temped to beg, bribe and plead them to leave out a certain aspect of that scene *coughs something about sirius dying*

My second choice would be the worst memory one - purely because I love the marauder era but thats not on the poll so it would have to be the DA one - although the party related to Ron/Hermione becoming prefects would be a good scene to see - eeep maybe I should stop now before I choose them all

the fight. making it would be the most exciting part, seeing how they create it. And it's probably the longest scene too so I'd have lots of time on the screne. lol

Well, if there isn't a battle of DA and the Death eaters in the ministry, it wouldn't be a whole movie, isn't it? Also, all those parts are really important. Without those parts, Hp won't have the hope to get into the OScars!!! GO HP!!

I think that, of all those options, the Da battling the Death Eaters is most important, but, at the same time, it wouldnt make much sense if we saw the DA fighting, but we had no previous introduction to who they are and how they started, So i think Harry strarting the Da should be in it too, and i hope they show ginny as seeker, its one of the reasons that harry starts to like ginny more, and because ginny has hardly been in the movies, besides the COS, and i would like to see her more often in the movies

i picked The DA duelling the Death Eaters inside the Ministry of Magic, because well that has Ginny in it as well Ginny fighting Death Eaters I Love Ginny Weasley. and then seeing the battle going between Dumbledore and Voldemort and things like that it is going to be beyond Amazing.

Well we all want to see Harry and Cho kiss! Right? But don't you also want to see the big fight that happens in the Ministry of Magic with the DA members and the Death Eaters? I would love to see the DA being formed.I think i would want to see the dueling in the Ministry of Magic more.So therefore i voted for the dueling fight in the Ministry of Magic.I love that part in the 5th book.

Well Id like to see the DA duelling all the Death Eaters, and uhmmm.. Where DA is formed and Harry teaches them all the charms, spells and whatnot.

Well,the whole film is necessary, I can't find which scene is the most important. Nightdance, didn;t put many other scenes(Saint Mungo's, Trial, Umbridge, Grawp....)so I think that from these scenes, the most important is the Big Fight in the Ministry. All the rooms of the Department of Mysteries, Sirius' Death, Deatheaters, prophesy, The strong fight and the whole hunting, the OoTP coming to battle, Voldemort and Dumby fighting, the golden statues becoming real, Bellatrix....oh, my god!!!It is gonna be the best fight scene in HP movie!!!!I can't wait

i personaly feel that all parts of the d.a should be included in the movie, because this is one of the central plots to the book, and when there in the department of mysteriest if they dont show all of it, it'll seem weird cuz i dont think it will flow very well

also the other 2 from the poll should be harry and cho, and when the da is formed because these two parts are also very key to the plot of the book/movie

.harry finds out that ron and hermioni are prefects and is introduced to luna.
.at hogwarts Umbrige makes a long speech

Yes the kiss has already been filmed it took them 30 takes to get it right Dan said he probably got it right on the 30th take and Katie said dan was a good kiss lol.

I chose the ministry scene but what i'd have really loved to see was at least one quidditch match. In my opinion it was a good way to take a breathe during the movie and relax a bit- Anyway it seems WB doesn't love it as most of us do. I'm so sorry for Rupert who was really looking forward to that...and anyway i can't get the difference between 2 hours and a half and 3 hours...if someone doesn't want to stay there so long just stay at home! It would have been good anyway if at least they had done those scenes and put them in a special uncut version of the dvd...

I would say Ron and Hermione becoming prefects. I mean I thoght it would be interesting
to see the two of them become prefects, besides it sort of makes Ron and Hermiones
elementary level relationship grow. And this also means they would have to make Hermione
go back to the more perfect way she was acting in the first two movies.

The ministry of magic hands down i mean that was what the whole book was based around.
they will definitly keep that in.

I cant wait to see movie 5 but im hoping all the good parts are in the movie. Im hoping the DA is in the movie because that is my favoite part in the book!

Definately the Da dueling with The Death Eaters at the mInistry of Magic, those would be some wicked special effects for thos fight scenes.

It would have to be the DA dueling with Harry and co. Thats the whole big ending in that book! I would be a part off the angry mob outside the studios, if they didn't put it in! Plus i also think they should put in the rest of the things listed, there all such main parts!

i realy hope they include LOADS in the film, last year they cut weaslys wizards wheezes that realy annoyed me and in 5th book it is quite important as its how they leave school. i realy hope they include that part this year as i think it would be funny to add. i also hope they keep a lot of what happens at grimuld place. but they have to cut a lot so we'll just have to wait and see!

I would definatly not rush the final scenes from the beginning of entering the DoM to the end when someone dies (i dont want to give anything away, even though everyone knows ).
The end in the DoM my favourite bit. I also agree with 'craZfroggy', it doesn't matter if the movie is loooooong! I would sit and watch it! I think they should have made it in 2 parts with a 20 minute space in the middle = time for a short break...stretch the ol' legs
But yes, definatly keep the battle between the DA and the Death Eaters in as much as possible!

I can't wait for the scene were Sirius dies. I know that may sound werid, but I'm exicited to view Dan's performance, and others, like David Theliwis (sp?). But I'd like to see little things in the DoM, like Harry stepping in front of Ginny when Bellatrix says she's going to toture her.

so of the parts i would keep in are: when fred and gorge blow off all the fire works. when fred and gorge fly away from the school and tell peeves to "give her hell from us!". and that whole part when there in umbridge's office, and she trys to do the cruciatis cures on harry, but he and hermione lead her into the forest with the centars, then grawp shows up. ahhh price-less

the fight in DoM is a major part of the movie they can't cut it! well i know that they don't cut it but i really hope it does the book justice because well it's when my dear sirius dies so it has to be good! so good that i cry!

I didn't vote because the part I want to see the most isn't on there. I'm DYING to see Snapes Worst Memory and I can't wait. When I read that chapter I could not stop thinking about it it has become my all time favorite chapter. I love everything in that chapter. The fact that James keeps messing his hair up, and how Remus has that little quote "5 ways to identify a werewolf", and of coarse how Snape is dangled upside down. I'm so excited for this movieeeee. But if I had to pick from those I'd probably say Harry and Hermione's starting of DA. Basically because I like their little meetings they have.

Errr... i choose.... errr.... I JUST CAN'T CHOOSE!! I wouldn't choose the kiss, though, not a big fan of Harry and Cho relationship So I totally agree with what SITH|Redskin thinks about regarding the kiss. But the other four are so important!!! I just couldn't pick one!!
