Well, the things he makes them do is stupid.. just basically out of what people would say, the normal job description...

BUT, Andy Dick is hilarious.. to me at least.

It is hilarious.. I love how he goes.. "pfft pfft pfft" and does a sort of cutting w/ scissors gesture! Haha.. Andy Dick is so funny..

It's funny and Andy is extremely cruel! (lol) It seems set up to me though. And some (or most?) of the assignments are outrageous. . .I would seriously never do some of them.

I wouldn't last there.. I mean, I do have patience.. but not THAT MUCH.

I like how in the first show (I think) that one girl (Tamika, is that her name?) starts cutting the grass growing near the pool with a pair of scissors!! They others were like "What a suck up!".. I disagree with them, I think she really wants this job and is willing to go many a great lengths for it. Haven't really been caught up with it though.. I hardly watch TV at all.

I don't know how people can stand Andy Dick, shouting all these ridiculous tasks.

Didn't he bring back people? What was the reason for that? So they could mess up again? It's really unfair to the people who've been holding on so long. I think it's down to the last two people.

P.S. I think Andy Dick has a lot of mood swings or something. He's a bit eccentric.

I must agree.. Andy Dick is a little too much to handle! He must be on some sort of medication that causes easy irritability, hehe.
