I do not think Victor and Hermione will be together. Hermione always says she and Victor are just pen pals, and it embarresses her when Ron mentions it. I think Victor is probably just in the series as tool to progress Ron and Hermione's relationship. He is a nice guy though, and I hope he ends up with a good girl!:)

It was nice and sweet of Krum to take Hermione to the Yule Ball, but I don't think it'll happen. Somewhere, I've read that J.K. said that Hermione was only flattered by Krum asking her to the Yule Ball. She only went with him because she thought it sweet and surprising that he picked her out of all the girls he had. It could still work though..

I don't think that Viktor and Hermione will actually end up being together, since they haven't really done anything together (at least that we know of) since the Yule Ball.

Ron look jealous... but in my point of view the relationship will not last because of few reasons.
their age difference so they may have a few common thing.
it is a distance relatioship if they are together. it is hardly to have a stable relatioship as they don't not see each other very often.
i prefer harry and hermione to be together...hehe...
but it show that hermione is pretty and not just a bookworm...

Everyone is so concerned with age! *lol* Three years is no big deal... trust me. And i think Hermione needs to be with an older man. She's pretty mature for her age, and the boys her age just don't cut it! I'm all for her and Krum. He wants to be with someone who doesn't want to be with just for his fame, and she doesn't like Harry so he has nothing to worry about.

I'm definitely for Hermione and Krum, what more, in my opinion it's the best written relationship (together with Harry and Cho). hermione stayed herself being with Krum, with Ron it's something totally different; they make a bit of fools of themselves. Krum seemed mature and so was Hermione.

I like this one. Don't think it will happen, but it is interesting all the same. Personally, it would be interesting to see what would happen with Ron if Viktor Krum came to Bill and Fleur's wedding (because he was a Triwizard Champion as well - even if he attacked Fleur... ). There would be some tension, especially because Hermione and Viktor would have much to talk about. Hey, Viktor may even win back Hermione! That would certainly put a twist on the story!

I agree with most of you guys.They were a darling couple at the Yule Ball and it is so funny how Ron gets so worked up about Hermione ging with Viktor!They do make a nice couple but I don't think it will happen,its bound to be Ron.Who knows?

I prefer this couple over Ron/Hermione or Harry/Hermione. I think that Viktor and Hermione share a more serious relationship that can carry on to marriage. Viktor can support Hermione in ways that Ron and Harry can't. I just can't see Hermione, Ron, or Harry over stepping their bonds of frienship for a more serious relationship that transcends adolescent love.

Ok, all i have to say is that at the beginning of GOF the movie, and my all time FAVOURITE part of the entire movie was when the Bulgarians came in and did their awsome Bulgarian breakdancing thing...v. cool. On a more important note, i think that its taking ron a while to tell Hermione his feelings or anythign else (i like ron all the same...hehehe) and i think Viktor was just TO cool for school. thats all ihave to say.

As my sister and I like to say, poor Victor he never stod a chance. I think Krum must of cared about Hermione a lot. She was his treasure at the bottom of the lake, he asked her to the Ball, he told her he never felt this way about another girl. If Hermione didn't have feeling for someone else this would of made a great fairy tale. But oh course she had feelings for someone else. I have to say this is probally my favorite (curently) non-cannon ship.

Hermione and Viktor were so cute! in GoF when Krum puts his name in the Goblet, then he walks away, i love it when his and Hermione's eyes meet, and Hermione gets all shy, and it's so obvious that they are totally into eachother! i really like how their relationship was showed in the book and in the movie did a good job aswell, it was so innocent and pure, but the best relationship is yet to come! Ron and Hermione are going t be even sweeter and purer! i can't wait for them to get together!

Well they've still got a chance, Krum is supposed to be in Book 7.

Maybe she really does like him, I mean in OotP when she's writing to him and Ron is trying to read it she doesn't let him see. Maybe that's what she smelled in the Amorintia (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) Krum.
I thought it was funny in the GoF movie when Krum comes in they all shut up and stop fighting. Then there's the seen on the beach when Krum is being stalked by girls and him and Hermione look at each other.
