Look at the way the actors have transformed over the years. They are older, but they also are "better-looking" than they were when they first started. Who on the lists has either transformed the most, or has transformed into the most beautiful thing you have ever seen! Have fun! By the way, I messed up on a title. Do you mean the actors or the characters? Because in your post, you say actors, and in the poll thing it had character names? I guess I'll say both:
Harry: actor and character! He has changed so much! From little naive wizard to grown-up, tall, handsome (?), smart, wizard. And Daniel Radcliffe has changed so much. His hair especially. And his voice. And his height. Even his face has changed.
Hermione: actor and character! She has gone from bossy-know it all, to still bossy and smart, but very emotional and older. And Emma Watson has also changed a lot. Her hair, he body, her face. Wow, they're all growing up.

I completely agree with priori_incantatem, everything has been said, the characters in the movies that have changed the most are Hermione and Harry, although Neville comes very close behind him. Neville was a small round faced boy, with extremly short hair, now he ahs grown and he does not look like a child anymore, his features ae more prominent and his cheeks are less chubby shall we call it, he has change a lot.

For the girls, it's Hermione.
All the characters have changed, but those two have changed the most. They both have changed physically and have matured more (or it seem to have) during the movies.

Hermione:
Hermione/ Emma changed a lot. At first, her hair was really ugly (sorry Emma!) But now she is so pretty!.

Neville:
He was quite fat and ugly in the first few films, but now he's quite good looking.

Harry Ron

Neville because he has lost a lot of weight. He used to be a little chubby around the edges and now he needs to wear some pading to look fat. I could also say Ron, but the way his hair changed was not for the good in my opinion. Me and my friends had a field day when we saw what his hair looked like in a trailer (maybe get a hair cut).

Hermione because she was never ugly, but know she is sooo pretty.

I would have to agree and say Hermione because she has gone from a shy book worm to a beautiful, outgoing young lady with more self cofidence. It is an amazing change for her.

I would have to say Draco for the biy because he went from this horrible little boy with no feelings towards anyone but himself to this emotional 16year old who is facing getting killed and has a girl that he cares for the same age. It is a great change and I'm glad he did it because he is a better charactor.

i'd voted for fred and george as well as hermione! i had chosen the twins due to the fact tht i do love their new hairstyles! they do look like rockstars! wahaha! on the other hand, i do love hermione's transformation! coz' when the first film was just released, it was like, her hair's always messy.. ehehe! but now, she transformed into a lady that amuses all of us! right?!

I voted for Neville for the boys and Hermione for the girls. Neville really has changed he's lost weight and he's tall. Hermione hasn't really changed she's just getting older and you can see that. Also, Ron has changed over the years too. I really want to see how Ginny's going to look as she gets older because right now she still looks kind of young, I can't wait to see her looking a little older/maturer.

With the boys it was a close call between Ron and Nevile but I voted Ron. Rupet went from too cute to fancy to cute/hot! in a blink of an eye! YUM I love him! Nevile has also changed for the better too I'll give him that Dan has always been attractive to me but I think he hasn't really lot his baby face he still has that sligh cuteness but all the lads faces have changed from round and cute to HOT!
I think draco has gone a bit backwards though. I think its the new hiar i hate it! In the first film he was so cute..the second one he was looking fairly hot but when he got the whole boy band curtain look with his hair in the 3rd and 4th thats when I was put off!

As for the girl well:
Pavati and Padma are being change in every movie. We havent seen much of Pansy to make judgements and well Angelina has changed too since the first one. the new one (Tiana Benjamin) is beautiful! I envy her so much and I wanted to play the part of Angelina ha no chance! I hope they keep her.Ginny has also transformed and is beautiful too!
But Emma has Changed the most! From cute to absolutely stunning! I bet i am amoungst the majoroty when i say she is a stunner! and good for her lol.

i thnik that ginny and harry have changed the most. ginny lookes so much older and prettier. and harry is suddenly one of the most good looking boys on the planet. in ps he looked like a child, now he looks like a spunk!

Out of the girls I would have to say Hermione. She has really transformed and looks a lot better now than she did in the first book.
For the guys it was a bit harder .... It was between Neville and Harry but although Neville has changed a lot because he has lot a lot of weight, Harry has really improved and looks much better.

Draco has definitely become handsome........he was cute (never ugly) but now he's actually very good looking.
As for Hermione......well I think she's just too good looking for her character! In the books, she was never portrayed to look attractive, or atleast very attrative!

I think harry ron and draco all improved they were all a bit cute but really have improved during filim 3 and 4. I have a big crush on all three so i think they always were cute

Like most other people I have chose Neville and Hermione.

Neville - Has become more confident especially after OOTP. New wand helped, DA and battle at ministry all helped with this. Even his hard to please Gran was proud of him.

Hermione - becoming a bit more relaxed. Still gets uptight about homework. Hanging around with Harry and the Weasleys she doesn't exactly break the rules but dont mind so much when the others tend to bend them so nuch as she used too.

Oh well, to me, Neville has changed the most. Look at his face! He's completely lost the round, baby-faced look. And he's a damn sight leaner.

Next would be Harry and Ron. Harry's face has become broader and more masculine. He's growing into this Michael Landon-type facial form.... (no offense intended) Ron's simply matured and grown a lot.


The gurls...oh well. I haven't observed the others, but Hermione and Ginny do have changed quite a bit. Just look at photos from the first movie and compare with the latest.

I chose Ron as the guy who changed the most, he wasn't a ugly duckling, he just went from ordinary boy to super hot. Neville...uh..I don't know. I kind of liked him better when he was bigger becuase now all I notice about him are his 2 front teeth that stick out.

The girl who changed the most, definately Hermione. From pretty little girl to gorgeous teen, she definately made a 180 degree transformation.

I think Neville has grown alot. He has become more resposinble, and he is no a strapping young lad. I also think Ginny has grown alot. She went from the young, naive, innocent girl, to a young lady, capable of her own decisons. And, she can have quit a impact on those around her.

Grint all the way, he has different hair style EVERY movie, and his face, voice, and about everything changed, he is now like a young adult

Neville has definatly changed the most out of the guys. he looks more mature and less like a chubby little kid. he got skinnier and taller and just looks totally different since the first movie. i also voted for ginny. she is becoming more open and looking more mature in each movie. also, just the way she carries herself is more confident instead of the scared little girl.

Wow, Ron and Hermione have definately changed, from Rons squeaky, short hair, small kid to this long haired, big voice, big lanky guy, and Hermione has really grown into her own, she is so dang sexy!

I chose Neville, because when we see him in the first movie, he is a short chubby little kid, by GoF he dwarfed Harry in height and he had slimmed down quite a bit. He has actually also gotten braver as the movies go on, I think that his newfound bravery will be a key point in the final 2 movies

I chose Ginny as the female, because we have see her go from a small child to a blossoming young lady, she has definately grown up alot since we first glimpsed her in PS.

I chose Draco out of the guys . I chose him becuase in the first 2 movies he was like ugly slicked-backed hair kid and then in the 3 and 4 he's turned out to be quite good looking (espically in the extras in POA when his hair is short and black )

For girls I chose Hermione . I chose Hermione becasue in the first one she was this nerdy , know-it-all , bushy haired girl , but now she's become very pretty (especially at the yule ball)

i think that Dan and hermione have grown up the most. in the first film Dan was just small and looked kind of wierd but he doesnt now and hermione's hair in the fist film was just funny but now shes soooo pretty, i think shes a bit too pretty for hermione but never mind she does a good job

I agree with you about Neville, I think he's had the biggest transformation, but I think Ginny has probably changed the most out of the girls. I didn't think she was that pretty in the first film, but I think she is now.

I think Neville has transformed the most for the boys. You can't hardly recognize him from the first movie to the 4th. His teeth and hair color are the only things that support the fact that he is the same person-at least that's my opinion. He has really grown up a lot.

Hermione as changed the most for the girls to me. She has blossomed into a beautiful young lady over the years. Although you can tell by looking at the first and 4th movies that it is the same person, she has still grown sooo much.

first off, when i was watching GOF, i almost didnt recognize neville, and when i did, i didnt believe it, and then they said his name and i couldnt argue the fact the he was neville any longer....so that speaks for itself..

and i think hermione transformed the most, i mean her hair went from like three times the size of her head to tamed in two movies....my second choice was ginny, but we saw her when she was ten, and then again when she was thirteen, so the change was more drastic than gradual...

I just saw a picture of Matthew Lewis (Neville) the other day and I was so shocked he looks so much older I was so shocked! and for girls wthout a doubt Emma Watson who is now extremly pretty.
