NOT a Britney fan! Personally, I think that her music is bad, her new music video "give me more" is pretty nasty and crazy. I also think that shaving her head was pretty insane too. And driving with the baby on her lap, does that show any common sense? Partying out all night while you have kids at home...not too good.
Oh, and her sister is pregant too, only she is 16, hopefully she doesn't turn out like Brit.

She has tried to be a huge success once again, but she has failed. Her performance in the MTV music awards (I think ) was dissapointing and too nasty! On the other side, Christina Aguilera tried to come back, and she did, she now has a better look and her new songs are very cool, with no nasty stuff. I'm not Christina Aguilera's fan, but I think it is remarkable how she changed.

I feel bad for her kids and what a bad example she's giving them; shaving her head, being drunk, and being a bad mother. Ok, you can be drunk if you want to, but if you have children you've got to be more responsable and mature about what you do.

And yeah, her 16 year old sister is pregnant too.

I can't stand Britney! She's just gone and screwed up her life big time. If you ask me, her kids shouldn't have to see their mam ever again, after what she's done to herself. She's an absolute mess nd really needs to get her life sorted out.

I respect her mam for trying to help her out, but then Brat Brit has just gone and thrown it back in her face.

I mean, I'm from England, and we're STILL hearing about what she's done next in the news all the time! Get a life Britney! A real one!

Personally, I believe she may have Post-Partum Depression. After the Dr Phil fiasco (he really should not have butted in ), I heard ppd mentioned last night on ET. Whatever is wrong---and there is something very wrong---I hope she finds the help and support that she needs. One thing that would help is for the media to leave her and her family alone. Having an audience jeering when you crash and burn can't be helpful.

Moonlight , I don't think it's too late for her to be helped. It's just sad that it's taken this long, she's been spiralling out of control since the birth of her first child. I can't remember how long ago that was, at least a couple of years. All of the emphasis on her bad behavior, and not what could potentially be the cause, I think has delayed her from getting the help she needs.

Incidentally: I liked her music. It was kinda bubblegummy at first, but that's okay.

I bought her cd "Oops I did it again" when I was about 8 years old.. not because I liked the music, just to be part of the 'popular girls'... I danced and sang, not knowing what I was saying.. ANYWAY, I liked [and still like a bit] her song Toxic.
But Candy, what I can't understand is that her husband just left her and didn't help her. That's sick. What if she got help and they were still together? Having a nice happy family [all with hair on their heads], like most family's.. I think it's kinda cruel what her husband did. But I guess he's not worth her then..

He may not have realized the severity of her problems. Alot of people think she's acting out like a spoiled brat. We'll see who changes their minds once she gets a firm diagnosis and begins treatment.

Well at least something has been done now - I heard she's been locked up in a mental-help place cos they think she might commit suicide soon. Now if that doesn't show how screwed up she is, I don't know what does. She has 2 kids, she HAD a husband, she's got a ton of money, a family who is trying to stand by her, all the publicity in the world, and she just uses it in completely the wrong way! She could have such a good life with her kids, and she chooses to screw it up. She's completely mental.

I feel neutral with Britney Spears. But in an opinionated way.

I still like her music in the "it's so bad it's good" type of way. It's just fun. But, I do believe she is off the rocker. She was out of control, and honestly, I don't blame her. She was thrown in to the spotlight at such a young age. She didn't have a childhood. Her whole childhood, she was under a magnifine glass held by the media, picking out everything that was wrong with her. She has a mental disorder that needs fixing now. Personally, I don't find anything wrong with that. Some people just snap under pressure, and that's what I think happened. What I do find wrong is that people can't leave her alone now that she is in this state.

People exploited her for all she was worth. Lately, Sam Lufti. I'm very glad her parents have taken control of the out of control situation, gotten her into a mental facility and put a restraining order against Sam Lufti. I personally believe if that man was around her any longer, there could possibly be another celebrity death on our hands. This time, it wouldn't come to unexpected, though, I'm sure.

I can honestly say that I truly hope she gets better. Well, better for Britney Spears ... As long as she's not galabanting around LA with no underwear on, going on drug binges, and mistreating her children anymore, I'll be fine.

I would be if not for her being mentally ill (even if it's not offical). I mean she's made fun of a lot and I don't really feel sorry for her. I might, but now her younger sister is falling into her foot steps. Of course we all have our own opinoin, and this is mine.

I really don't know what to think of Britney Spears. I don't like her at all for sure, but I sort of feel sorry for her and I sort of don't. It's just so sad. I feel terrible for her children and the whole situation. I just pray for her cause that's all I can do.

She had a really over-exposed teenagehood and as everyone can see this ruined her in her adult life so far. I'm not a fan and I think she is completely talentless but it is good the way she has picked herself back up again. It's really sad to see anyone, even one of the world's most annoying people, fall into such a state but she isn't the only one *cough cough Whinehouse*

I like her newer songs, I admit it! I know that if she has a really good voice, she doesn't use it, but her new album is really good. I mean, I like it a lot better than Madonna's. They are both of the same style, but I actually like listening to Britney's songs, unlike Madonna's. I skip her videos whenever they show them on MTV. Anyways, I think she deserves a kudos for standing up again, and making a very good album. Not everyone would be able to do that. And she is so young, she has a lot more to produce.

alkisti, I have to agree with you, she is alot better than Madonna who I cannot stand. There was a really funny article today about some new pictures of Madonna in which she was wearing almost nothing. The very fitting caption said 'are you still going to be doing this at 70, Madge?'

On the subject of Britney Spears, I had to marvel at the Spears-a-like Derrick Barry - wow that was something you don't see every day. When I first saw that I thought 'ok, just another silly girl who sounds like every other popstar out there'.

I love her new song Circus!!! It's really amazing!!! I also loved her song Toxic!!! I feel sorry for her because being in the eye of the media 24/7 can seriously pressure you into doing very idiotic things!!! I think if she really tried, she might be able to fully redeem herself and show everyone that she learned her lesson!!!
