Wow, I was looking down the whole entire "Outside of Harry Potter" forum topics, and found nothing on this! Well at least I think there was nothing on this.... If there is, then close it on up! And also, I am sorry I couldnt fit every animal on the list!

My favorite animal has to be, a Penguin!

hehe my favorite animals are bunnies! yay bunnies! haha but i like kitties too, but sometimes they scare me...but black cats are cool! its so sad to see kitties on the street, i wanna take all of them home with me (after i take them to the vet for rabies) and take care of them. its cruel how mean people can be to animals, today there was this stupid guy who tried running over pidgeons with his bike. evil stupid bike guy . well back on topic, i love bunnies!

I'm a good 'ol dog person. I've been taking care of dogs all of my life so I can't imagine my life without one. They're fun creatures, and out of all the animals, they're the most practical. I mean, at least they do something as opposed to cats who dislike my attention. Horses are lovely, but geez! How much does it cost to buy one, much less own one?! I'll just visit the stables if I wanna do horseback. I really don't think I'm fit to actually take care of one.

im a snake person. i wanted a snake instead of the bunny that we got.
snakes fascinate me. i like the fact that they can scense (sp?) vibrations in the ground to find out that people/ animals are coming.
they are cool.

My favourite animals are pandas They are really cute, and clumsy and all that... but there are about only 1000 pandas left (in the wild), because in China, they cut down the bamboo woods, so they have much smaller area to move on, and there are too little food for them. I do hope they'll manage to do something soon, to save the pandas! And to all who read this: Don't eat bamboo, you're starving the pandas!

Else than that I like deers. As pets I like dogs and cats, and when I live on my own, I'll get a dog I've always wanted animals, but mum's allergic, so we can't have any.

I love dogs though i dont have any yet.
Thats problably cos i dont need to have one at the moment but i think i`ll have one when i get a leave my home.
Though it`s kind of an long way there..........but as i said before i`m not in great need of a pet yet(i think about so much other things).

My favorite Animals are wolves. To some people they symbolize evil, but to me they symbolize strength and spirit. They are powerful and strong. I love wolves.

I love wolves, too! It's really unfair because they're so misunderstood. Oftentimes, they're portrayed as vicious predators, but really, they don't attack humans unless they're provoked. Wolves are very pretty indeed. Hehe

Yeah, I know! Wolves are really pretty When I hear that word, I think of wolves in a forest, on a hill, howling at the moon ... not unlike Pocahontas (it's probably there I've gotten it from ). But yeah, they're really misunderstood. And I think it's wrong to shoot them because they kill sheeps... they can't help it, they need food just as much as us humans! It's worse that we kill animals and eat them ...

It's monkeys for me! I wanted a snake as a pet a few years ago, but my mom hates reptiles. I could have a pet monkey, but it's probably illegal and it would be cruel since I live in the desert. My grandfather has one though, but he lives in Peru and I live in California.

oh yeah and i also love pandas! hehe they are very very very cute! pandas are cool, i love them love love love!!! but theyre in china so i dont get to see them often unless in pictures. i think theyre endangered. its so sad!

It would be pretty awesome to have a monkey. Then you could feed it bananas! To bad I couldnt have a penguin as a pet... I asked my mom once if I could keep one in the freezer, but you can almost guess her answer, anyway I dont really think one would like to live in a freezer with all these left-overs.

I am very much a dog type of person. ever since i was a child i have basically fallen in love with them and i have had dogs all my life. they are excellent companions and i guess the term "man's best friend" fits perfectly. i really love retrievers and beagles because they are so loving and just right out cute and excellent watch/ guard dogs. i seem to find that they can comfort me where others can't and they are very loyal as well. i am just a dog-lover and i think i will always be.

I like flamingos . I like them because one of my favorite colors is pink. I also like the way they stand on one leg. They are so cool.

Hippos are the coolest animal ever! They always make me laugh. Kolas are cool too. My mom got to hold a Kola? How awesome is that?

I really want a bunny, but my parents won't let me get one. As soon as I move out, I'm getting a bunny. Whenever I go to the animal shelter, I always get depressed becuase all the little kittys and doggies have no mommy and daddy. i want to take them all home!

Haha, Harry_Ginny777, I could not possibly agree any more with what you just said in your previous post. Penguins are sooo cool. They have all those black and white feathers, and their swimming ability is absolutely amazing! I have liked penguins ever since I can remember. I have penguin erasers, chap stick, pez dispensers, pencils, paper weights, ornaments, rulers, notepads, and anything penguiny I could find. Yes, I am pretty obsessed.

woot some one agrees with me penguins do rock they are the best and most amazing animal ever. the only bad thing is you really can't have them for a pet well i would move some where like where i can a a penguin everyday like some place cold but i am only 14 and when i turn 18 i plan to move to london england i have wanted to move there since i was in first grade and we learned about england it was awesome and that was before harry potter any thing came out. but london just seems so nice and peaceful and fantastic

hehe Monkey's rule! they are my one of my favorite animals...my other favorite animal wasn't on the list, so i voted for monkey. i also LOVE penguins! they are super cool...my sister and i have a whole bunch of penguin stuffed animals from when we were little because that was the only stuffed animal that we would let our mom buy for us... lol!

However embarrassing it might be, it's true - I'm a complete cat freak. I love cats and, for that matter, any animal that belongs in the cat family - leopards, panthers, etc. In the future, I'll probably be one of those old ladies who have dozens of cats living in their house.. *sigh*

Until just recently, I've never had a favorite animal. My favorite animal is a snake. I actually caught one near my house and brought it up.

I voted for Dogs.I like dogs the most i don't know why though there is just something about them.I like bunnies too but, not as much as i like dogs.

I love cats! So, of course...I marked cats. And I know there are 2 (or was it 3) others that agree with me. But I have to agree that penguins freaking rock! and if I would've noticed that Penguins were on the list, prior to marking cats. I think penguins would've been my real answer.

I like the less at home animals such as the Tiger and the Lion. I love wild animals they seem so powerful..
I love going to the safari Park and that, i mean it's not every day you come across a Lion and a Tiger.
Tiger seem very majestic aswell.

I like wild animals as well, but overall, i love dogs. From the cute and cudley ones to the big and dominant ones that can tear you face apart. I love them all, though the dominant ones can be sort of scary at times, especially if they aren't tamed. But sadly, I can't have a dog as a pet becuase my sister is allergic to their hair and my parents dont want the responsibility. I plan to have one though when I'm on my own.

I am definitely an animal lover. I particularly love dogs and horses. I have always been a dog person. I admire their intelligence, loyalty, and all the love they can give. I have 2 dogs and they are wonderful friends and companions.
I also love horses of course. They are beautiful, interesting, majestic, elegant, intuitive, and I love being with them and communicating with them. I am in awe over horses. I don't have one but I would love to have a horse, and probably will some time this year.

my absolute favorite animal has to be the giraffe because i have long legs and am incredibly clumsy a bit like a giraffe although giraffe are more graceful than me lol.

My favorite animal is a dolphin they are SOO clever. They save lives they would actually put themselves in danger to save people and animals its what they do for their young as well. I just think they are amazing and there really cute. My dream is to swin with them

bet you guys could never guess what my favorite animal was?! lol og course i love MONKEYS! lol i've had a weird obsession with monkeys forever so i got the nickname monkeygirl lol my friends when i was in 8th grade had two groups the monkeys and the chickens lol the monkeys had to stop the evil chickens from ruling the world lol mostly we called people we didn't like chickens lol we used the phrase "monkeys rule and chickens drool" lol oh good times but that's where the whole fany monkey came from

I chose other. My favorite animal is a frog. I don't know why, maybe b/c when i was little I would catch them and go to a local pet store near my house and by crickets the they would eat.

Hmm... I have a lot, but if I truly have to pick right now, I'd say it's a tie between llamas and monkeys. Llamas are really cute and I love them! They aren't really like any other animal and they're so adorable! Monkeys are very clever and they're pretty cute too!

Cat - I am really not a dog person. I used to be chased round the garden (2 fields) by our freinds dog almost every week. I really hated that thing!!!

Whale - pretty impressive but must be terrifying to see one because they are so huge and powerful.

I'm not a dog person either because I too have been chased by dogs before! Haha. It's quite scary. Now I'm always a little wary of dogs that I don't know.

My favorite animal though is definately definately elephants! I can't believe I was the first vote. I absolutely love 'em. Hehe. They're so cute. I actually rode a baby one once at a circus. It was so awesome. We had to climb some stairs just to get onto it's back. Also my friend just recently went on a Carribean cruise and brought me back a wooden carved elephant with my name carved into it. I love it!

well i am sort-of a sucker for babies... and therefore i love cubs... lion and tiger cubs are so cute!
i have a cat and loves cats inculding the big ones.

also i love huskies and wolves.... oh my god! they are so cute...

Ok, my favourite all time animal is cats, i just love them, they are cute, independent and if they like you, they will show it to you with every kind of way. I also like dogs, but not the big ones, these actually scare me... I like penguins as well, it is probably the most funny animal on earth, just watch a documentary with them and you will know what i'm talking about!
Oh and horses of course, i wish i knew how to ride...

Yeah, labradors (sp?) are amazing animals, especially when they are small, they are sooooooo cute! Even when they grow up, they keep being pretty animals! Ah... I just love them!

I love monkeys. I have always wanted one but i don't think my mom would be up to it. I think they would be so much fun to play with, and they are so cute too. But I also like panthers and cheetahs because they are so pretty, and fast.

I think that all animals are beautiful in their own way ( except bugs). but my favorite animal has to be orangutans and bears. Maybe pandas and tigers and lions too. And penguins and walruses and polar bears too. might as well be all the animals in the world.

i like meerkatte like timone in lion king, exept they are not that skinny. and when they fight with each other they laugh it's weird but funny.

My friends all remind me of animals, that may sound weird but it makes sense to me.
My friend holly is a lioness. Alli is a leemer. Sophia is a eagle. Jake is a arctic fox. Dani is a panther. It makes sense to me, but probably not to you.
