The alarming decline at the start of the week was stayed and the numbers recovered somewhat, but have not recovered previous values.
So the up-and-down continues. There is almost no long-term improvement. I wonder how many people are clicking now, and how often? (I click once a day, at the start of the day).
To avoid a double post, I'm sticking week 37 behind last week's report.

This is still so incredibly frustrating. I don't understand the ups and downs at all! I probably click 2 or 3 times a day on google uk. In the morning we could be on page 3, lucnhtime it could be on page 2 and by the time the evening comes its gone back to page 3 again. I can't believe that the members of any other site are putting in more effort than we are VTM. I have had everyone I know with a myspace to post a link to VTM, nad it all seems to be to no avail.

Oh dear. Bad news for www.google.co.nz. Veritaserum is now at position 2.9 - down three places. I need to click more (and also because there ain't many Kiwis on here). Some websites that are placed above VTM shouldn't be - like www.lego.com/harrypotter

Well during the 10 hours or so since you posted mjane, we've dropped to number 1 on page 3. Number 5 on page 1 is TheSiteThatShallNotBeNamed (for those who don't know the code it's *shudders* Mugglenet). We've really got to get all Aussies to click the link. I desperately want TSTSNBN off the front page!!!!

For some reason, I can't seem to get onto google.com, Bumblebee. Whenever I type www.google.com, it links me to google.ca. Should I just click there?

Hello, PhoenixTears! Google will automatically set itself to your own region. If you have a localised Google, you should have "Go to Google.com" at the bottom of the home page.
To save myself some time, I click on the link of the foreign pages in the list of my browser history -- to get a particular Google search page into the history, just select "Go" again when you're on the page.

Hi everyone! I was just looking at this thread and decided to do a quick search and we are currently 2.5 on the plain google.com. That is if 2 refers to the page number and 5 refers to how far down Veritaserum is... that 's how you've been doing it, right?
Unfortunately this means we're moving down.
Well, I also decided to try google.de, since my mom's from there and I speak it, but I couldn't find it. I was a little tired of it and just skipped ahead to about page 30, and looked until page 36. Maybe I missed it, but I don't think this is helping in Germany that much.

Ive had good results: my cousin and three friends of mine are addicts of VTM now, and they're keeping their promise to search in Google and everything!
I searched "Harry Potter" on the Google that I have (.mx) and it's on the 9th page.. so let's try to raise it up! I'm doing my best folks haha

All right, well as for the program, I'm on. It must make at least a small diffenrence. Also, something that we could do; look for any of the sites that allow you to advertise and ty to get on as many high-qualty sites like Wikipedia, Yahoo, Msn, stuff like that.
We're still on page 2 line 4 but as for google's pagerank, which is their idea of how important a stite is, we are merely 6/10. We can do better

I just googled it on the US site and it is 3.7. Also, does it matter if I capitilaze "harry potter"? I haven't been, but should I be?
And how dare Google say that VTM is not that important.

Im new on this whole G.O.P.E.E.V.E.S. thing, but im really into it. ok, so i just got on and tried all the search engines on the first page and here is what i found on all of them:
US: 3.6
UK: 9.6
Australia: 5.3
Canada: 5.4
Netherlands: 22.5 (AHHHH!!!!)
Germany: Couldn't find, stopped at page 25
France: 19.3
Italy: 10.7
South Africa: 7.3
Kenya: 4.3
Spain: 19.5
Belgium: 15.3
Potugal: 10.8
Switzerland: 18.5
Denmark: 18.1
Norway: 8.7
Iceland: 7.3
Greenland:18.1
Mexico: Search Engine wouldn't work

So, basically, were not really doing that well, so lets keep working!!!!!!!

That's all I did. I might do some more later but don't count on it. I have come to the same conclusion as jyljoc, we're not doing very well, and although in some countries we've risen in rank, I think we're lower in just as many.

I can't stand that an awesome forum like VTMis getting beat by a music store I have decided that in addition to my daily googling on the US site, once a week I am going to google on all of the search engines I can find. I hope that y'all will join me.
