It's time to take one more deliberate step by opening up this thread for the Google Operation Promoting the Enhanced Execution of VTM's Elevated Status (G.O. P.E.E.V.E.S.).

First off, this is not a new club or organization, this is an operation conducted under the umbrella of INVAID (the Institute for Nabbing Veritaserum the Attention It Deserves). This operation was the motivation for starting INVAID and is already experiencing success.

We are starting this thread for varying reasons. One reason is to avoid cluttering up the INVAID thread so that this very important operation does not get lost in the mix. We already have a lot of great things beginning in INVAID, but we do not want to lose sight of this goal, especially since news will be springing forth from the inner circles of the Potterverse with greater and greater frequency as the final book gets closer and closer to completion. This means that people will be wanting to go somewhere to get more information, discuss the books and movies, theorize, etc. and we think this is the best place for them--they just need to be able to find us.

Another reason is that we need a place to discuss new strategies for raising VTM's rank on the Google search page. As I mentioned before, we have already experienced some success, but I suspect that with some minor adjustments we will be able to skyrocket through Google's rankings. We're not trying to cheat the system--just help the system discover what the true proper order should be. We have some ideas that need to be better explained and more fully discussed, so it was necessary to get this started today.

One more reason for starting this is so that we don't end up wasting such a great name. GO PEEVES will help to rally the troops, so to speak, and hopefully get more people out there doing those things that will help give VTM the boost it needs.

So, in case your just barely catching wind of our efforts, this is what we're asking people to do:
  1. Go to Google and search for "Harry Potter" (without the quotes)
  2. Locate the Veritaserum website in the search list
  3. Click on the site
  4. Repeat the process at least once daily
It certainly won't hurt to do this as many times as possible, but we'd like to discuss ways to make this more effective, so all ideas are welcome.

In addition to the basic massive Google invaision we're calling for, there are other ways to boost are rank. One of these was suggested by NickHilton and may be responsible for the recent gains we've been experiencing. This is to simply place links to www.veritaserum.com anywhere you've got a webpage. For example, if you have an account on MySpace, FaceBook, bebo, etc. you can place a link in there. This helps give us a boost because Google bases their rank in part on the number of different links to a site there are out there.

One more thing to clarify. We had discussed calling the operation FAWKES, but as I have mentioned elsewhere, FAWKES will appear in due time for a slightly different cause.

Last item. In the past we have posted status reports and successes in two other threads: the Want To Help Out VTM? thread and the VTM Movement Title thread. Now that we have this thread up and running, this is the place to post such reports. We want to know what we're doing is working, so if you have new information about successes, let us know!

Operation: GO PEEVES is hereby christened! *shatters bottle on ship*
NickHilton
Ohhh...fun! biggrin.gif As i am heading the VTM linking charge i thought i'd take it upon my self to post all the places i've managed to link VTM:

Link 1
Link 2
Link 3
Link 4
Link 5

That's all for now, but i'll be working on getting more proper and larger websites to link here, because that's the best way to get this effort up! Please guys if you have a site, of any size, just put up a link to VTM and we'll see if we can get VTM up to Google PageRank 7!

Nick
Albus-wan
Great Nick. We must be doing something right at this point since we seem to be moving up on just about every Google search page out there.

First order of business I'd like to bring up. In the past we have encouraged people to focus only on the Google search page that they frequent. It seemed like an effective strategy since we wanted to raise VTM's rank everywhere, and not just in one region. I'd like to propose a change of direction.

Since it seems that mass clicking by a single person on a single day for a single Google search page may not be as effective as previously thought (not to discourage mass clicking--if you have the time, by all means proceed!), but I think we might change the campaign slightly. I think we may be more effective if everybody clicks on as many different Google search pages as possible at least once daily. This way we have all of the INVAID membership registering as separate individuals on all the different Google search pages, instead of just getting a subgroup of the membership.

For example, if we had one US user and one UK user and each clicked twice in his/her repective search pages, then the US Google shows one person clicking and the UK Google shows one person clicking. If they now each click twice, once on US and once on UK, then the US Google shows two people clicking and the UK Google shows two people clicking. I hope that's clear enough.

So if you only have time to do one click in a day, still just click on your local Google search page. If you have more time than that then go through the following list:
  1. www.google.com (US) 2.7 --
  2. www.google.co.uk (UK) 4.8 --
  3. www.google.com.au (Australia) 3.1 -+-
  4. www.google.ca (Canada) 3.1 -+-
  5. www.google.nl (Netherlands) 14.9 -+-
  6. www.google.co.za (South Africa) 3.2 --
  7. www.google.es (Spain) 11.2 -+-
Let me know what other search pages should be included so that we have them all in one place and you can just click through the list when you're going to do a run. I would post more immediately, but I'm just not familiar enough with the individual country suffixes, but if you post another search page, I'll include it in the list.

EDIT: I've put where VTM is on each page so that it will be quicker to find the site. I'm also going to have a chain of pluses and minuses so people can see if we're higher or lower than the last time I checked.
Bumblebee
Sam, that's a great start. You may add the following ones:
www.google.nl (Netherlands)
www.google.de (Germany)
www.google.fr (France)

Nick, I had a look at your links. The second one, HPDb Online, has a links page but Veritaserum.com is not on it.

VTM has gone up two more places since this morning and is now seventh on Page two. I'm clicking with two computers at two different locations these days ... on the Dutch Google, VTM is fifth on page seven, having made a huge leap these past few days.
Albus-wan
Thanks, Annie. VTM is really on the rise recently. It's quite remarkable. In the past few days on the US Google, it went from hmm....

I think it's time to introduce a shorthand numbering system so that we can type this out quicker. Here's the format:

<page>.<rank>

So instead of saying seventh on page two, like Annie just did, we would type 2.7, last on page 3 would be 3.10, and the ultimate goal is to achieve 1.1.

Now then, in the past few days on the US Google, we went from 2.7 (where we had originally started, rose from, and fell back down to) to 2.6 for a day or two, and we have now jumped up to 2.4! It's amazing what we've been able to do recently.

I have no doubt that we'll be able to see even more remarkable success in places like Germany, where I'm not sure if we're even in the first 10 pages. With everyone clicking however, we should almost be able to skip pages at a time (I hope).

Well, HPDB is'nt officially open, so i don't know if the owner wants to put up links yet, but i'm sure i can bend the rules, and get VTM up there too! biggrin.gif He's a member here too, but a real noobie! sleep.gif

Velvet
Wow, I'm so impressed at how far you have all got.

I have still be busily clicking away(google.co.uk, but I could change it if you like ) because I think that Veritaserum is one of the (if not the)best HP sites out there (I particularily likethe 'no one liners' rule that many sites do not have - which allows for deeper discussion, and it is incredibly easy to navigate around)

I'm not sure if this is noteworthy news, but If you type in

Harry Potter + Book 7 (google.co.uk)

we are in second place on page one (or 1.2 smile.gif )
I think that for "Harry Potter" Veritaserum ranks 3.7 in the UK

(both of which are searched for with 10 results per page)

which may be really good news given that many people are interested (especially with the close run up to the release date, and the long time-lapse from Book 6) in any theories pertaining to Book 7

Good going guys, and good luck with it all (not that you'll need it tongue.gif)

Just thought I'd let you know. I've asked everyone I know with MySpace etc to put in the VTM link even if they are not fans. They've all promised to click at least once a day.

Incidentally I think I mentioned before that if you search Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, on Google Uk were very high up!

Just confirmed above page 1 3rd on list!

Latest update -- VTM compared to MN (Mugglenet) and TLC (The Leaky Cauldron)

The general trend is that MN and TLC have a much higher ranking.

www.google.nl (Netherlands) 6.8 ----- MN 3.10 --- TLC 4.8
www.google.de (Germany---) 15.2 --- MN 12.6 --- TLC 13.1
www.google.fr (France-------) 6.6 ----- MN 2.3 ---- TLC 2.10
www.google.it (Italy----------) 4.5 ----- MN 1.9 ---- TLC 2.6

Note to anyone who wants to click on a "foreign" Google site : make sure that you select the local language version of that site to get the result for that language region.

Just a quick update on Google UK. As of a minute ago VTM has moved up one place to page 3.7..will keep clicking everytime I log on. Interesting updates from you Annie, I'l have to go surfing a bit more!

Oh, I forgot to add this one.

www.google.se (Sweden) 3.10

This is a great idea! I have clicked on every one listed on three different computers. I have sent an email to all of my friends with a link to your thread. They have said that they will link VTM and google it as often as they can. I have yet to put a link on my site, but I will soon.
passerby
Don't ask me why, but I felt the need to check google.co.jp. . .Yeah; I don't speak Japanese; but I have some friends who live there! We're 4.6 on that one. Want to add it too? It's www.google.co.jp (Japan). That was one of the most redundant remarks I've made in a while.
Albus-wan
The search list has been updated to include all the Google search pages mentioned and where they were the last time I checked. That should make it easier for people to locate VTM as you go through the list.

I don't know why, but we're mostly lower than the last time I checked. Maybe we can start to see a pattern emerge as we go through it.
darknessdolly
Ok, I just searched "Harry Potter" on google France and our listing had fallen six places from just yestreday....so I will focus mainly on US, Uk, Spain and France (since I speak French and Spanish.)

Also for those of you who are fans of both Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and would like to raise the VTM rank in New Zealand, here is the link:

http://www.google.co.nz/

VTM is currently 2.8 in New Zealand but only at the bottom of page 7 in France as of today.

Okay so I will check back in periodically with updates.
lucky ducky
Sorry I haven't posted yet, I just have been reading this for a while.

I noticed that usually in the morning VTM goes up, but then comes back down? That's what I see happens in the US, anyways. In the morning it is 1.8, but then in the afternoon, it goes back to 2.4. Hmmm...

Anyways, I clicked once on every single one, even the New Zealand one, and I will do that as often as I can!

Ok I will check back in in a while!

Zophael
Okay, from the previous ranks posted by Albus-wan I have noticed that in the European Googles and the US Google our rank has risen by a couple. The rest are about the same dry.gif . That's ok though... we can't give up. Here are a few more new Google links:

http://www.google.cn (China) 2.10
http://www.google.com.br (Brazil) 7.1
http://www.google.com.sa (Saudi Arabia) 4.1 (wierd because it's right-to-left)
http://www.google.com.ua (Ukraine) 3.2
http://www.google.ru (Russia) 5.9
http://www.google.co.ve (Venezuela) 5.10
http://www.google.co.kr (Korea) 2.6
http://www.google.co.th (Thailand) 2.7
http://www.google.ci (Ivory Coast) 7.5
http://www.google.com.ly (Libya) 4.1 (another right-to-left)
http://www.google.com.tr (Turkey) 3.8
http://www.google.com.vn (Vietnam) 3.4
http://www.google.com.my (Malaysia) 3.1
http://www.google.com.ph (Philippines) 4.5
http://www.google.co.in (India) 2.7

*Whew*

Okay, you may be thinking something like "Obsess much, Zophael?" The answer is most definitely YES!!! I'm obsessed with the idea that Veritaserum is the greatest and best Harry Potter website in the world. I just hope all this clicking will make a difference. I'm gonna go take a breather now. Until next time...

Zophael
Albus-wan
I'm not going to continue to update the list of Google search pages. I think we got most of the major English-Speaking areas. If we make the list too long, then we'll have fewer people who are willing to click through the whole list and our zeal will destroy our effectiveness. I may even trim down the lsit a little bit.

If you have looked at the list of google search pages (third post in this thread) and think that you probably won't click through the list at least once a day because it's too long, let us know and we'll shorten the list a bit.
Zophael
Right you are, Albus. I just did a run-through of the master list of all 37 Googles and on average you're looking at about a minute per search. I have a suggestion to make it so that people don't see the list and not bother because of its length. We can make something like a Top Ten "Qwiklist" and post that here. Whenever we plug GO PEEVES we can then make a "Qwiklist" link and a "Master List" link. The people with less time on their hands can use the "Qwiklist" and not feel bogged down. I, however, will be keeping a copy of the "Master List" for my searches that I'd be more than happy to PM to those wishing it. I'll leave a link to the Master List in my signature too. Anyway, a sample "Qwiklist" could look like this:

1. www.google.co.uk (UK)
2. www.google.com (US)
3. www.google.com.au (Australia)
4. www.google.ca (Canada)
5. www.google.co.nz (New Zealand)
6. www.google.it (Italy)
7. www.google.co.in (India)
8. www.google.fr (France)
9. www.google.de (Germany)
10. www.google.ch (Switzerland)

That's just my "Qwiklist" though.

So if you've got a minute or ten, you can make your own "Qwiklist" and just click away. If you have more than ten minutes, check the "Master List" and try that one. Either way, every little bit helps, guys and girls. Even opening your own Google once a day and doing a Harry Potter search will help us (as in VTM) out a lot. Personally, I've made it my policy to open Veritaserum through Google every time I log in. It only takes a sec and it helps the cause. Later, all.

hey so ive been venturing into the technology of the WWW and i've managed to get a link to this site in my myspace page. now, how do i find the lists for the top searches? I've been telling my friend from other sites and friend i have here that are non virtual to check this site out. be sneeky when you pass it along. i have been i tell them something like "i'm not completely sure about the site adress but go type in Veritaserum on google and it should come right up and then follow the link" it works and every bit helps.
Caoo
There's a loong time since I last managed to find time to click, but I'll do some after I've posted this. I think it's great that so many people are clicking smile.gif In Norway we're now 2.7, which is better than when we started. Way to go!
Jordan
I haven't posted in here yet, but there's a time for everything. Sam, you and Zophael have been great so far regarding the domain extention masterlists and I thank you both for doing such a valiant job. However, I will not ignore your suggestion to quit updating the list and possibly even make it shorter in length. When the list first was posted, it contained the main extentions, but now it's grown to a length that can potentially act as a deterrent to most members.

My suggestion to you is we keep the existing list and add Zophael's Qwiklist to the first post of this thread. We move the existing down to the last part of the post and insert the Qwik at the top. In my humble opinon, I really don't think that some of the countries listed are in an immediate concern.

Take "http://www.google.co.ve (Venezuela) 5.10" for example. The vast majority of the present members here at VTM are from the countries listed on the shortened list.

Other than that, congratulations on the task completed thus far!
Capricorn
Nice list guys! biggrin.gif

I've got a question - I registered with Google today, got my Google toolbar, and now I've added Veritaserum as a bookmark (I think Matthew said somewhere that it helps a bit). How do I go about being useful with it? Because I'm really at sea when it comes wangling my Vtm searches in the most effective way.
Zophael
Thanks, Capricorn! I'm no expert or anything (far from it) but I'll take a crack at your question in a second.

Just to touch on what Jordan said, I have to say I'm in full agreement with both his and Sam's (Albus-wan's) assessment of the lengthy list and it's potential as a deterrent. I just rocked through all 37 of the Googles again... eeek.gif Yeah, it takes about 40 minutes to knock it out. What Jordan suggested is kind of like what I said earlier. When we push GO PEEVES it should point back to a short list with an option to tackle the bigger one if you've got the time.

Capricorn, I think you're right about using the result of a Google search to bookmark your Google toolbar. Like you said, "Every bit helps." As far as your question about how to be useful with it, some one correct me if I'm wrong but I think the best thing you can do to optimize your effectiveness is to stick to the process that Sam wrote here. Here's a short summary:
QUOTE
1. Go to Google and search for "Harry Potter" (without the quotes)
2. Locate the Veritaserum website in the search list
3. Click on the site
4. Repeat the process at least once daily

The only thing I would add to that is to use either the Qwiklist or the Master List for Step 1 if you're interested in trying to up the Google ranking in regions other than your own.

One thing I did when I registered for my Google account was disable the "personalized search" feature it offers upon registration. For those who don't know, it's where Google prioritizes its results based on sites you've visited before. I don't want that to affect the results of my searches because I want to know where VTM stands on everyone else's Googles too (of course VTM would be #1 on my personalized Google search for HP if I enabled that feature, wouldn't it?). That's my 2 cents, anyway. You may want to hear Sam's (Albus-wan's) take on the matter before you take mine for face value. In case you didn't notice, I'm still "Shopping at Daigon Alley" blush.gif .

Later.

Zophael (Ben)

I won't be clicking on every single link. Mainly because I have limited time on the net per day and I don't want to neglect my other duties. I will however, click multiple times on the US, Aus and UK links since they seem to be the main places where VTMers live. And of course I'll click wherever else is good to get this place into the top rankings. I love how enthusiatic everyone is. I've said it before but I'll say it again. It makes me proud to be part of such a wonderful group!
razzberry2
Aussie google is now page 2 number 6!! Yippee!! tongue.gif That's up 7 spots all up since we started and 1 more since Pix last posted. biggrin.gif This is too cool. Sounds like you're training along Tahra! tongue.gif
just_like_hermione
I'll do it now....and tomorrow. This is fantastic! I absolutely love the name and I hope Veritaserum does get the respect it deserves:D
Bumblebee
waaah ... every Gooooooogl site I clicked on had dropped since the last time!! Can it be that I am not clicking enough?

www.google.nl -- 13.4 (down five pages!)
www.google.com -- 2.5 (down two places)
www.google.de -- 17.5 (down four pages)
www.google.co.uk -- 3.8 (down three places)
www.google.fr -- 8.5 (down one page)

Zophael
Don't stress, Bumblebee!! I've noticed in my considerable Google-clicking experience that the placement often varies from day to day, even from earlier in the day to later. I almost typed a really excited post the other day when I noticed we went from a 2.7 to a 2.5 on the Google U.S. search in one day, but just before I posted I double-checked it and we were back down to a 2.6. dry.gif It fluctuates quite a bit, I'm noticing. Right now, for instance, we're back to a 2.5 (which has been pretty solid lately; I know because I use Google every time I log on to VTM). That is very good because when we first started GO PEEVES we were a 2.7 unless I am mistaken.

I think we should press on! Sam said it in his first post: The goal is a 1.1! I shall not cease clicking until Veritaserum receives the rank it deserves and is recognized as the greatest and best Harry Potter website, for good and all.

Persevere!

Oh, and by the way, Bumblebee, well done on the Gryffindor House Motto. The latin motto was my vote as well smile.gif .

Zophael
Bumblebee
Yes, I click several times a day on the sites mentioned above. The yoyo effect of the past few days is a mystery to me; the general trend should surely be an improvement.

What is also a mystery to me is how my google.com should show a different position than someone else's, but it does; my only explanation of this is that what I am looking at might be on different servers, and that it takes other local information into account. The underlying rules for this phenomenon are unclear.

Thanks, Zophael, for your support voting for my motto. I was amazed that so many people voted for it. I really should talk to a latinist before it becomes official, because there is a high probability that it contains grammatical mistakes. As I said, my Latin is rusty -- the lessons are thirty-eight years in the past and I haven't used it much after school!

I was confused about that too (Your explanation seems good though)

Andis' brother has agreed to take part too, and he lives in Wales (which is relatively close), and he said that he got a different rating to me

Google.co.uk:
Wales: 3.7
England: 3.9

(although today it seems to be 4.2 sad.gif - sorry)

which sort of supports your idea about local information (also I'm not entirely sure what server he is using), we didn't actually do it at the same time though (Oops).

I was wondering if someone could be kind enough to tell e (without laughing at my stupidity with technology) if it would help if I clicked using Andis' profile on the computer and then switched and did the same on mine, would that count as two seperate people? - sorry I'm hopeless with anything electronic (I'm pretty sure that even my toaster is suffering from teenage angst tongue.gif )

My latest click readings:

www.google.nl ------- 13.7 ---- (+1.2)
www.google.com ----- 2.6 ---- (+0.0)
www.google.co.uk --- 4.2 ---- (- 0.4)
www.google.de ------ 18.10 -- (- 1.2)
www.google.fr --------- 9.8 ---- (-1.1)

(The figure between brackets is the difference with yesterday's readings. A positive number means that the rating has gone up, negative means it has gone down, measured in pages.positions)

Albus-wan
Compared to a week ago we have plummeted across the board! sad.gif It seems as though we're losing steam, so I've streamlined the list to a few countries where I know we have members to make it easier on everyone.

Please use your local Google as well as going through the list found here. The US Google has dropped below where we started when we started the whole thing! It's now at 2.8. Please buckle down! I know we can do it!

GO PEEVES!

Good news! biggrin.gif Last night on Google UK we were at the bottom of page four and this morning when i checked we were 3rd from the top of page 4! We've jumped like six places overnight.Weird! Still we're on the way up again thumbsup.gif

EDIT We're now at the bottom of page 3!

Hi everyone. Here's the latest off the list:

www.google.com (US) 2.7 dry.gif
www.google.co.uk (UK) 4.1 mellow.gif
www.google.com.au (Australia) 2.10 smile.gif
www.google.ca (Canada) 2.10 smile.gif
www.google.nl (Netherlands) 12.4 biggrin.gif
www.google.co.za (South Africa) 2.9 smile.gif
www.google.es (Spain) 9.2 biggrin.gif

Sorry, it's been a while since I've been here. My Email notification stopped working! The good news is these figures seem a bit stable. My worry lies with google.com losing two ranks and seemingly keeping it off. Hrm, it could be that other HP sites are getting more active due to all the hype that the new movie is getting now. That may be causing our rank to suffer. We can't allow that, ladies and gents. My suggestion: link a google list every now and again before you finish a post. You know, at the end of your post, just say something like "Oh, and don't forget to GO PEEVES!!!"

Every little bit helps, right?

edited 18 Aug -- As you can see, there is still no definite trend of improvement. The pages just go up and down, even after all that clicking. Still, it's small trouble to start the day with a few clicks, so for the time being I'll keep at it.

This table is getting a bit full, so I'll start a new post next time, still showing a table with the trend of the past five days, and I'll edit that one until I get to August 25.

VTM on Google Norway is now [5.1], and yesterday it was [2.8]. Not good.. I've been doing a lousy job! I'll click more later on today, hope it'll work. GO PEEVES! smile.gif

With my US Google, I have us listed as 2.6. We used to be 2.5 last time I googled it, but I guess we have moved down one....

I don't get why it jumps so dramatically from one day to the mext! I mean, going from the second page to the fifth page in a day?? blink.gif How many other sites are clicking?
Caoo
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking as well! Cause now we're suddenly on the second page again. Once we went from thesecond page to the seventh or something, in one day, and then the next day we went back to the second page again.. I mean, luckily we jump to where we used to be again, but.. what's happening?

Hey again, everyone. Okay, I just sat down and went through the master list again. The thing I noticed was a drop in the ranks of almost all of the non-English speaking nations and an increase in all the English-speaking nations except Britain.

www.google.com (US)----------------------2.4 mellow.gif
www.google.co.uk (UK)-------------------3.6 mellow.gif
www.google.com.au (Australia)--------2.7 smile.gif
www.google.ca (Canada)---------------------2.8 smile.gif
www.google.nl (Netherlands)-------------12.6 mad.gif
www.google.de (Germany)--------------18.4 mad.gif
www.google.fr (France)-------------------8.3 sad.gif
www.google.it (Italy)----------------------5.5 sad.gif
www.google.co.za (South Africa)------2.7 smile.gif
www.google.co.ke(Kenya)--------------2.5 smile.gif

And the rest...

www.google.es (Spain)---------------------7.9 sad.gif
www.google.be (Belgium)------------------10.2 sad.gif
www.google.pt (Portugal)------------------5.4 sad.gif
www.google.ch (Switzerland)--------------8.3 sad.gif
www.google.dk (Denmark)-----------------3.4 smile.gif
www.google.no (Norway)------------------4.2 smile.gif
www.google.is (Iceland)---------------------3.2 smile.gif
www.google.gl (Greenland)-----------------3.10 sad.gif
www.google.mx (Mexico)------------------4.3 mellow.gif
www.google.se (Sweden)------------------4.6 sad.gif

*sigh* I don't really know what to make of it but it seems like GO PEEVES is not having the desired effect, at least in a global sense. I don't really count onesies and twosies as a significant impact though. Hmm... well, nothing left to do now except to keep clicking and hope for the best. Later.

Hey, just wanted to say, in Norway we're 2.5 smile.gif But I'm starting to wonder, is it different from computer to computer? Cause when I'm on the other computer, we're different than from the one I am on now.. blink.gif

I'm starting to think that Google dislikes me and does not want my clicks. It seems like whenever I'm persistent with my clicking and do plenty of it, VTM always comes up later on the second page. But all weekend long, I didn't get the chance to do any clicking, and now, when I just went there, we were third on the second page (which is the best I've seen it at on my page yet). I know I'm just being paranoid on that count, but still... I so don't get how it works, because it almost seems random where the site comes up on the list. Almost. But I'll continue dutifully clicking anyway.
Caoo
Everytime I go to VTM, I go by google, searching for "Harry Potter".. but this week, it hasn't moved at all! It's really frustrating. *Clickclickclick* And it doesn't move. When it moves next time, I'll make it come closer to 1.1! Or else I'll do something terrible to google.. wink.gif

Clickclickclick!

Well do yourself a plan. Say, everytime you want to go on Veritaserum, click on it ten times and then go on it. If you want to do it again later then do it, but I think if you set yourself a plan of some sort, it will help.

Google page clicking report -- Week 35

Site -------------------28/8------29/8------30/8------31/8------1/9-----

www.google.nl ------ 12.2 --- 11.10 -- 12.3 --- 12.3 --- 12.1 ----
www.google.com ----- 2.6 ----- 2.6 ---- 2.4 ---- 2.5 ---- 2.5 ----
www.google.co.uk ---- 3.8 ----- 3.9 ---- 3.7 ---- 3.6 ---- 3.7 ----
www.google.de ------ 17.4 --- 17.2 --- 16.9 --- 17.3 --- 17.4 ----
www.google.fr -------- 8.2 ----- 8.3 ----- 7.6 ----- 7.5 ----- 7.4 ----

Over the past two weeks, there has been a marked and steady improvement in Germany and France. On the French G**gle, VTM passed the Lexicon this week and now overshot the Lexicon by more than a page. The Dutch site is a disappointment, though.

james pickles
Well on the UK one we have moved down atleast four place. I will keep clicking. I will click ten times now, and then when I have free time, possibly in a few hours I will do it then. Then when I am going to bed. That will hopefully make an improvement. I don't know how it moved down. wacko.gif
