Atreyu007--No worries about being a late bloomer. I was a late bloomer with Harry Potter all together, only started readin the books after movie 3 came out. Only started the forum scene in 2005. So there's still some of us that have only recently come into the insanity of Potterdom...but at least you made it in.

Auror14--Oh, 30 isn't old. Dumbledore would think you're a child! And you sure aren't the oldest one on this site. Harry Potter is so cool, it's for all age groups. So no worries. If you are a real big Lupin fan, you can always check out our SPELL thread where Lupin is our complete focus!

lola the showgirl--Hello! I've always thought dancing would be a cool hobby to have. I took up soccer though. But I had to quit that for band...which was a real bummer. But I think dancing is real cool. If you are a Weasley fan, there are tons of Weasley topics lurking about these forums. A good tool to use for stuff you like is the Search tool. It will help you find the topics that already exist.

Very interesting hobby. It has always interested me but where I live, fencing is almost unheard of. Horace is unusual for a favorite character around here. I find him very interesting as well as his back story we do not know about. His interaction with young Riddle will be very important in Book 7. I will disagree with you on Umbridge. I thought she was one of Rowling's best characters. Given how many people hate her here, I think Rowling succeeded in creating a nasty villian.

A fellow band Geek!! I must admit, I was one of the biggest band geeks back when I was in High School. I played drums for the marching and concert band. I played drums and bass guitar for the Jazz Band and had a third class for guitar. You do live in the right city if you want to pursue fashion. Very cut throat business so good luck. Why does everyone hate Umbridge? I guess I am the only person here who likes the character. It is a good thing having a good voice is not required to like music. I love just about all forms of music and play several instruments but am completely tone deaf when it comes to singing.
