Petrificus Totalus to the one coming towards me. That will either make the one doing the torturing have to stop to deal with me, or keep his wand on the boy. Either way, he has a vulnerability now. So I would probably stupefy him and then get the little boy out of there as quick as possible, possibly by apparating.

I would issue the cruciatis curse on the one walking towards me then perform the imperious curse on the one torturing the small boy and have him knock himself unconscious then perform the imperious curse on the boy and have him walk down an alley way out of sight.
