What do you guys think? I used to really dispise school and their are still times where i find myself wanting to be somewhere else. But as i have been getting older i have been realizing that school is good for you weather you beleive that or not. And if you really work hard you will do just fine. I get along with all of my teachers this year which is a huge plus(Last year i have one teacher that i could not stand) And my classes are good enough to challenge me and yet not to hard that i explode of stress. How about you guys?

Meh, school is all right for me. I just don't like the fact that I have to wake up at 6am in the morning to catch the school bus. It takes me ONE HOUR to get to school too >_<;; We get dismissed at 3:30, which is pretty late if you ask me.

I like to challenge my brain most of the time, and since I'm a specialized school, the challenge is on everyday >__<;; It's true, as long as you try your best, school is a piece of cake (academic wise, mind you )

But it's just that all this drama that happens in school. You know, like it's so hard to go against the status quo, because people just expect you to be some certain kind of person (point your finger to stereotyping!) Upperclassmen beating up freshmen, JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE BIGGER. It's just not right. And all this popularity issues, just a waste of time.

Guys, you might not realise it now, but your school days can be the best days of your whole life. I didn't realise it at the time when I was bogged down with tonnes of homework and exams and things, but looking back on it now, I really did have a pretty good time. Life was so much simpler then, nothing to worry about...it was great. I'm just really glad that I took my camera to school a couple of times, (even though I shouldn't have.. ) because I have some great pictures of all my mates to look back on now. It's really funny to see those early 90's haircuts, shell suits and multi-coloured puffer jackets that we all thought were sooo cool back then!! What a bunch of dorks....

I appreciate that school isn't like that for everyone though, and I know that there are some kids out there who have a really rough time...believe me, even though I had a good time, I would never want to go back to school again if you promised me that I could read HBP and Book 7 tomorrow! But you really should try to enjoy yourself as much as you can 'cos those days will never come again. (Pretty good thing in some cases though... )

I like school okay. But then again I am a nerd. The last 2 years though have really sucked. I have 5 friends who;ve lost parents and siblings last year and then this year at the very first week of school a boy who goes here died in a hit and run and it was my neighbor who did it! But no one can find the guy now! So, school isn't really all that fun anymore.

It;s ok. But today I came home at 16.30, and I had to make homework then. Not fair.

This year I hate school, I've always thought school was alright before but this year is really bad because since I got transferred all of these teachers are really strict about things, if you say get pink highlights in your hair there isnt a rule againist that but they figure out other ways to discriminate againist you, some of my teachers will give you F s if you dont put a period at the end of a sentence--- and your doing math homework. Plus all the people at this school are really boring, the girls spend 2 weeks deciding weather to wear coral pink or peach pink lip gloss and the guys spend all there time talking about cheerleaders.
doomed- 3:30 isnt late, I would love to get out at 330, we get out at 4 so I'm home at about 435 if i ride the bus and no one is late or throws up or anything! After school clubs end at like 5 and all.

taks- What time you have to wake up?? I have to wake up at 6am every morning, and I usually fall asleep at 1am. >__< You see like 4/5 of the student body falling asleep in class (I'm in that 4/5! lol) And I get back at 5pm. 11 hours! Oy.

LuciusMalfoy- I'm sorry to hear about how the past two school years are for you. Be glad that you still your friends I guess; hope they are doing well.

Dana_Scully- Ah I do have many photos of school. But they were from middle school, and they were the best times of my life. I'm in my second year of high school right now, and it's just not fun

cool. I like school on some days. Other days it is like i just want to be home! But most days i really enjoy school. I get along well with my teachers and that is an obvious plus.

I like some school, in some ways, I like being with my friends, and all that, but I do not like the fact that I have to get up at 5:50, because school starts at 7:00 in the morning, it´s too early!!, and I do not like exams periods, but it´s better that being at home boring, and doing nothing!

i dont mind school. me and my mates have class craic and im kinda popular so its good!

Umm.. It's ok. Sometimes I hate it and sometimes it's fun. Just depends on the day really.

i usually like school a lot! Being optimistic really helps your performance in class and that's how I have to be. But those days where you forget everything, I dislike that a LOT.

And always eat breakfast before school starts! The extra energy helps! Especially when it comes to paying attention.

I'm sure I sound like a total loser, but I really have a lot of fun at school. Tests and homework can be a drag, but I love seeing all my friends pretty much everyday. And I'm sure having to work all day and then have to pay all sorts of bills will be much worse, so I'm going to enjoy school while I can, and not regret it when I get older. Some days are dreadful while others are so much fun. I love summer break but by the 3rd month, I start to miss school.

school sucks! i have only ONE frined there is one kid that follews me around and tells me my fat. just like very one esle. I not at school right now(i'm sick). i have that gives you a C+ if you are not on the track team i should have a A in History but i'm not on the stuip track team so i have a C sorry but i'm mad i should go on but i'm not going to.

I guess I dont like it because of all the work I have to do, I'd rather spend my time on the computer looking up anything that has to do with Harry Potter.

I dunno...school can be a real pain, but sometimes I really like it. Cause I get to see all my friends. The only thing I HATE about it is my french teacher. Always yelling for one reason or the other . I don't like the homework part either. lol, I'd much rather come here than do my homework. (duh!).

my school is ok. i am excited about the d.c trip but i dont like my classes. i am in all honors classes and we do so much work! all the lower classes do nothing and we get all the extra work. my science class is so boring. we are learning about moving and the laws of motion. [how interesting]

Well.. I compromise. I go to school then come on here! So, I get a little of both. Haha! I also RP a lot, so that cuts into my homework time. I just hate the homework, everything else is fine. If the teachers just didn't give out so much homework I would have more time to come on here and post!

I voted "It's ok" I'm in college right now. The classes are harder and there are alot of people than it was in high school. I do get tired of going to school cause I went straight from high school to college and it is very tiring on my brain. Although, I know it will work out better for me in the future being a Registered Nurse and all, but sometimes I jus wish it would be all over!

I Love school Heh, it is a place where I use my brain. Hmm..not only that, I get my chance to talk with my friends and buy Oreo Chocolate Shake. On top of that I get chances to challenge my classmates, I'm studying in a Science stream class so..competiton is always there.

I walk to my school because it is near to my house. I leave my home at around 6:50 to 7:00 am and go home at 12:30 pm. Eh..I do admit that i can't wait for my school holidays

School's great. But I think I mainly like going because I get to meet my friends. The timings are normal. I wake up at 6:30. School starts at 8:00 and school gets out at 2:00 and I get home at 2:30.

I voted for I hate it, especialy when I was going to a real school this last year. (even though it was only for one class) I'm done going there for the summer, but I still have to do home schooling.

I actually like school, partly because that's where my social life exists and I don't mind studying. Just as long as math doesn't get too far into the picture. Yes, I'm strange, but I'll admit, after a long day with practically no break in-between classes, it's nice to come home and rest a bit.

I left school a few years ago, but i put i hate it because it really did suck and i merely think about it, and a shiver....

I went to some stupid school where they thought they were private (when they were state) and thought they were better than all the other schools because we were supposedly the best school in our city (when we weren't)

We had this really good reputation as it's one of the oldest schools in Scotland being over 500 years old and Lord Byron went there for a whole 2 weeks before he was chucked out.

Every Grammar -Yes our school held it's old name cos it's so snobby- pupil hated Byrons poems before they had even read them cos of all the stuff we've heard about him, and having to stare at a stupid statue that they put up (after 2 weeks of schooling at Grammar)

Robin cook went to our school, as did Russel Anderson (a footballer) for a lot longer than Byron. Sorry, i'm angry at my stupid school for being such upmarket freaks.

School is the worse times of your life, and those just leaving (left) according to my mum life doesn't get much harder than your last year at school. I'm inclined to agree.

Ehhh..School is ok I guess. That's where I learn new things, and have fun with my friends. It would've been great if I didn't have so much homework though.
I would have to say that school in the US are much easier than in Ukraine. If I still lived there, we would've studied Trigonometry or whatever in 8th grade. US schools are heaven compared to back where I used to live at. The only thing I like about school in Ukraine is that we used to have one group of about 30 people and we would go through everything together until graduation. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience that...
My new school has a good reputation though, so I like it. We have arts areas too.

i love everything about school..except the teachers and classrooms. All my friends are there and we see eachother occasionally but lets just say im not too upset its summer! lol also i saw doomed_renasance say she got out a 3:30...I have to get out an HOUR later! it stinks so much

I'm weird, but I just love school. Well...I love it if I learn something, and that I understand most everything. At the beginning of every school year, I usually can't wait to go to school the next day. But lately, I'm not that enthusiastic (probably spelled wrong) about going to school because of some people.. *sigh*

I voted for "I love it"! I'm a quite ambitious person, and work really hard to get really good grades. Although, I'm quite shy, too, and don't have a ton of friends.

School is okay. Sometimes, I dont like the lessons, or the teachers, but other times, I do. It just depends on lots of stuff.

I like school, but that's because I'm finally studying something I'm interested in, I study psychology. It's very interesting and I don't mind to go to school.

I hate school absolutely. I mean I'm good at it, but I would rather be writing a fanfic or something instead.
