beyondtheveil
Mine's definitely "Camelot", starring Richard Harris, of course. Although I haven't seen very many with HP actors. I've seen "David Copperfield," with Dan Raddcliffe as young David, and several Maggie Smith movies. But that's about it.
Daniel's Girl
Mine's Love Actually with Alan Rickman and Emma Thompson...there are also 2 other big stars you all know! Kira Knightley and this one guy I can't remember this name. he was in Bridgette Jone's Diary. Brigette's boss...

Maggie Smith = Sister Act I love that movie to death! I love getting up and singing the songs in that movie. Smith DEFINITELY fits the part of McGonagall!!! ^.^

Tom felton = Anna and the King (starring Jodi foster)

Emma Thompson = My Father the Hero

Jason Isaacs = Peter Pan (updated one) and Armegedon (sp?)

Ralph Fiennes = Maid in Manhattan

Gary Oldman = Bram Stroker's Dracula, 5th Element (staring bruce willis) and Air Force One

Mark Williams = 101 Dalmations (real life)

Warwick Davis = Willow

@Daniel's girl-Do you mean Hugh Grant or Collin Firth?
There's this film with Maggie Smith...I think it's called Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, it's great, and Sister act, also. And Tea with Mussolini. She's brilliant
I liked Tom Felton in Anna and the King

DracosLady
I had a few movies come to mind...

Robbie Coltrane...From Hell, the story of Jack the Ripper

Brenden Gleesen...Lake Placid...I love that movie

Jason Issacs... The mini series Brotherhood on Showtime, it is an awesome show

Well, my all time favorite movie with HP actors is Dragonheart; with David Thewlis and Jason Isaacs. Even though David Thewlis looks absolutely dorky in the movie and his character is a complete prat, i still love it.

I fell in love with Alan Rickman after watching Sense and Sensibility (with Emma Thompson).

Also, Kingdom of Heaven with David Thewlis and Brendan Gleeson; Galaxy Quest with Alan Rickman; Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves with Alan Rickman; and Lake Placid with Bendan Gleeson.

My favorite would have to be Alan Rickman in Dogma. I know I should be more offended by the movie than what I am with the language and all. But it is hilarious. I love his line that he says to Bethany, "Or you'll what, hit me with tha fish?" I love the way he presents it.
Seriouslysirius

My favorite would have to be

Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
with Alan Rickman.

He plays the voice of a depressed robot. It's really funny. The movie itself...eh? But I just like the robot.

But the robot...is actually Warwick Davis

which is pretty neat

I love almost all Alan Rickman movies...Dogma was a little hard to take considering there was not enough Rickman. But my absolute favorite Rickman movie is Sense and Sensibility. When he reads Mary Ann the poem...yummy! I am dying to see Snowcakes.

I adore The Scarlet Letter with Gary Oldman. He was a fabulous minister opposite Demi Moore. He really did make that movie.
snapesgirlforlife
I really like The Phantom of the Opera with Miranda Richardson in it. Not the actual play, but teh one that is from a DVD that you can buy at the store. I like her in that movie alot. She sings good and she has an awesome accent.

Woo, I love movies!

I love David Thewlis in Divorcing Jack as Dan Starkey. So hilarious. (There's a scene with him in a phonebooth and I think his wife has just been kdinapped by the Irish mafia and he calls emergency services and the lady on the other end asks 'What service do you require?' and he yells 'EVERY [expletive] SERVICE!!!' I also love him in Kingdom of Heaven. Then he dies. I almost cried. Bottom lip trembled and everything.

Alan Rickman in Robin Hood is GENIUS. Pure GENIUS.

Wasn't Maggie Smith in Secret Garden in the early 90s? That movie I LOVE.

Watch Divorcing Jack, people!!!

Maggie Smith - Definatley Keeping Mum!!, and Sister Act

Tom Felton - Anna and the King - I couldn't believe it when I found out that was him!! aww

Rupert Grint - Thunder Pants and Driving Lessons (Also with Dame Julie! who I also saw in Calender Girls)

I've seen some movies with David Thewlis and Gary Oldman but I can't remember the names...I just remember seeing them in them tongue.gif I remember David Thewlis in an Only Fools and Horses episode though tongue.gif And gary Oldman in Batman Begins

I love Alan Rickman in Robinhood, but my favorite movie with him in it is Dogma, I love that movie, and he is great in it. Of course Verne Troyer as mini-me in the Austin Powers movies was great. And Maggie Smith as Granny Wendy in Hook, she was such a good Wendy.

'Air Force One' with Gary Oldman is a very big favorite of mine! happy.gif I am ALWAYS in the mood for it! There are many, MANY movies of his I hope to see soon! Including uneditted Dracula...rawwr! devil.gif

'Drgaonheart' with David Thewlis! He's SO freaking CRAZY in that movie! blink.gif He scares me!!! And I'm very interested in his other movies. I hope to see them some day. Oh, and I'm concidering watching 'The Omen' for him...

'Hook'!!! I LOVE Maggie Smith in 'Hook'! She's sooo sweet and a great actress if she can go from Grandma Wendy to McGonagal! biggrin.gif

'Stranger Than Fiction' with Emma Thompson was quite good! She's soo very great in it! Fits the character just perfectly.

I gotta say it... 'Maid in Manhattan' with Lord Voldemort Ralph Fiennes is such a great movie. Plus he freaks me out in it because I start to sort of fall towards the tellivision and then I realize 'OMG, No! It's still Voldemort! Ah!' laugh.gif I can't get past it!!! But he's a great actor ayways! happy.gif

Wow....er...what else?! I hope to see 'Driving Lessons' some time soon. I do hope it's good. I'm quite interested in seeing how Rupert is with someone aside from Ron...and y'know..that whole TOPLESS thing! heart.gif (yes, i've seen the pictures! biggrin.gif )

HJP/HJG_TrueLove
My favorite non-Harry Potter film that has a Harry Potter actor with a pretty big role is without a doubt Gary Oldman in The Dark Knight as Gordon. The Dark Knight is my second favorite movie of all time behind Anchorman.
