I like gym because it's where my strengths are and I know that I can dominate in it. I'm best at gym because I know that I'm better than everyone else in sports

I like DADA because I like knowing that I can defend myself when I need to and I want to be able to know every curse a death eater would throw at me.
I think I would be best at DADA because if I like that subject, then I know that I would be dedicated to it

Dumbledore, he is honest, wise, brave, and always has the right words to say in a tough situation

Rita Skeeter, seeing her face just annoys me. She's the type of person who I would really dislike, writes untrue things about you, jumps to conclusions, and just does things to make her section in the newspaper interesting

I can think fast, take risks, not scared, stubborn, disobey the rules, too curious

Yes because even though she got bullied, and those bullies didn't stop, she shouldn't become one of them and be a bully herself

I'd like to become a strong person that has lots of connections to powerful people because they could help you when you need help, I would like to have a good career and one that helps people. I like hands on stuff

I think I'm most like Harry because I'm stubborn, I like to help people, but I'm dedicated to what I want to do

I like the spell expelliarmus because it disarms a person and that's my chance to act

worst moment in Harry Potter is when Dolores Umbridge came into the story, best moments in Harry Potter was when Harry and Ginny got together and when Dumbledore and the DA raided the ministry

First off, I need money, I'll do whatever it takes to get the job and I'll work hard doing it.

Okay well I started first cause no one was reading the topic when I started but, I am second.

I am in Hufflepuff.

2.What is your favourite Muggle subject and why,
and although they may be the same – what subject are you best at?
My favorite Muggle subject is math, and actually I like it cause I am really good at it, although I am good at all subjects.

3.What is you favourite wizarding subject and why,
and although they might be the same - which do you think you would be best at?
I like Defense Against the Dark Arts. I think I would be good at it too.

4.Who is your favourite character in the HP series, and why?
I like Harry because he is brave and athletic when it comes to Quidditch. And sometimes he can't control his anger.

5.Who is your least favourite character in the HP series and why?
My least favorite character is Snape because he is Harry's worst enemy.

Funny, athletic, and brave and then negatives are: hard on myself, selfish, and greedy

Yes she should have because two wrongs do not make a right.

I want to be a computer technologist. But something I really want to do is become a physical education teacher or a manager or coach of a team (pro, college) I want to go to Finland when I am older because my great grandma actually came over from Finland. That is about it.

I think I am most like Neville. He can be brave at times and when he is he really is a great wizard. Same here .

I like Sectusempra cause it makes Malfoy cry. (I think)

My definite favorite part is the Ministry duel and also the part in Goblet of Fire (the graveyard scene/ chapter) I really liked how the scene was in the movie. My least favorite was the part where Snape kills Dumbledore. (this shouldnt be a spoiler as it is a new thread)

I tell her, "you should offer me the job because I am a very hard working man that can take a beating (considering the size of the screwts) I can really help out."

hgsupporter - you are the newly appointed Head of Auror Division. With your physical prowess in sport and love for defense against the dark arts, this was an easy choice. Given your willingness to act and fight for fairness, you stick by what is right and don't mind getting your hands messy; you are perfect material for an Auror. Positives would be i'm a critical thinker, reasonable, honest, i'm a good investigator, my intrest in sports, i think out of the box, and I love helping people. Negatives, distracted, intrested in things that arent' the norm (which is a good thing i guess), and care too much about other people (that's a good thing, i know...but alot of times i'm taken advantage of and in the end a bad thing)

Id proberly best at transfiguration because im more motivated towards it

7. I think that Myrtle would be punished because no matter what someone does to you if you retailiate you are just as bad as the bully.

9. I think I am most like Hermoine. As I am quite smart (Maybe not as smart as her!) I care about my friends and I am loyal.

10. I like Expecto Patronum the best. Because it gets rid of Dementors and they also look pretty!

History is my favourite, English is my best

Potions is my favourite but i think i'd be better at charms...im a bit clumsy with measuring things, etc. and all things science

4.Who is your favourite character in the HP series, and why?
Hermione - she is intelligent and strives to break the stereotypes of women (and others such as house elves)

5.Who is your least favourite character in the HP series and why?
Other than LV and his DEs...Seamus. I don't know, he just seems to follow on the bandwagon and isnt a loyal friend to Harry. His mom says LV isnt back so he puts down Harry and then when everyone believes Harry, he does too.

Positive - ambitious, intelligent, compassionate
Negative - Stress-out, pessimist, emotional

No, the people who were mean to her caused this outburst for her. Some people arent as emotionally strong as others and cannot handle taunts and jeers in which she suffered.

I only have three life aspirations - To raise a happy family, travel europe and write a successful novel

9.Which character in the HP series do you think that you are most like, and why?
Half Hermione/half Cho - I am quite intelligent (not to hermione's standard) and a stress out like her, yet also can be fun. Yet i am also a bit emotional like Cho and sometimes can be a bit too moody at times, especially when bad things happen

10.What is your favourite spell or potion and why?
I like the sound of Essence of Euphoria (mentioned in HBP)...it seems like an interesting potion that could give people happiness that some cannot find in life

Definite favourite - When harry tells DD in his office (HBP) that he wants to be the one to kill LV not because of the prophecy, but for all those who died because of him...the way it was written was amazing
Definite worst - the chapter Spinner's End. I felt so much hatred towards Snape. (before i opened my mind to the fact he may be pretending to be loyal to LV)

However, it seems that since Stubby Boardman left, the Hobgoblins are looking for a new singer and would like to offer you the job as lead singer of the Hobgoblins. 2. My favourite Muggle subjects are Gym and English. These are also my best subjects.

3. Charms, Transfiguration and DADA. I think that I would also be the best at these ones, because I am the most interested in, and I tend to do much better in things I'm intersested in.

4. Ginny Weasley. She reminds me of myself both in looks and personality. She is a strong person, with a fiery personality. She tends to love the hero, like me.

5. Bellatrix Lestrange or Dolores Umbridge. Both have done horrible things in the past, and neither show regret towards it at all. In Bellatrix's case, she is basically proud of what she has done, and I absolutely hate her for it. The Longbottom's were really great people, and she has pride in torturing them.

6. Good- Fun, Empathetic, Loyal.
Bad- Overly-sensitive, Stubborn, Overly-opinionated.

7. Yes, Moaning Myrtle should have gotten into trouble, because she did the exact same thing that the person did to her. Two wrongs never make a right.

11. Best- Definately when Harry and Ginny FINALLY go out. When Harry pretends to give Ron the Felix. When Harry discovers that Sirius is innocent.

12. This was a really hard choice for me. I would have to pick the doctor with the cure for cancer. He would be able to save millions of lives as opposed to just one or two.

Seni the department of magical accidents and catastrophes would like to offer you the job of muggle-worthy excuse committee. Although you said that you would like a not-stressful job, it is okay the obliviators deal with the stressful side of things and then you get to have a great deal of fun making up interesting (and convincing ) explanations for any magical accidents or occurrences which cannot be magically cleaned up or completely removed from the muggles memory. it is definitely good that you are reliable as you need to be for this particular job, and your forgiving nature will help you not hold a grudge against the perpetrator, which could otherwise have interfered with your ability to be convincing

Pygmy_puff, I think that you would be perfect as a Healer, on the 4th floor (spell damage), you said that you wanted to become a doctor and this ward definitely needs some fantastic medical expertise. Your caring nature will enable you to not laugh (or even worse berate) some of the more erm...interesting...accidents that can occur from spell mishaps. However, since you are a vegetarian, I would advise staying away from the 1st floor - you might hear quite a bit of bad mouthing of animals and creatures in the creature induced injuries ward . I'm sure that your extensive knowledge of transfiguration and charms will definitely be handy on this ward, they are quite difficult subject to grasp and some of the wizards seem to have forgotten the basic and well... What is NS by the way, I tried looking it up but got some very random results

A-Unique-Poison (love your name!). It seems that an the author Jigger Arsenius (author of Magical drafts and potions) is about to write another book along the same lines. However this time he would like to add some colour and illustrations to his work (not to mention his ego seems to have gotten away with him and he wants a portrait doing ) . He wants to employ the best and so he called on you. Will you accept the offer to become the portait painter and illustrator for Magical Drafts and potions 2nd edition. He is a scientific sort, so whilst you are flicking through his book you could entertain yourself by reading his enlightening work (especially since you love potions). But your thirst for art would be satisfied as he want lots of pictures. His first book seemed to have sold well (hence his newly formed ego ) but I'm sure that your fiery nature will kee him in check. (oh and tut tut about the last question, do I need to get the veritaserum - I'd probably say that too )

sarah_riddle Gilderoy Lockheart seem to be *ahem* indisposed at the moment, his publishers are quite frantic as they need someone to travel all over the world and report their findings in a new book they commissioned Gilderoy to do, but his didn't really get round to it . Would you kindly consent to become the new Author of "Magical Mishaps from Manchester to Maleysia". Its a surefire best seller, especially judging from you answer to question 12 (so funny) and 13 (inspired). Your love of English and ambition to write a book would be satisfied, but your need for travel, practical hands on activities and fun nature would be forfilled when doing the research. Lucky you.

Voldemorts-daughter well you were certainly hard to place, you seem like a good general all-rounder, suitable for a majority of the jobs I came across (darn you ). After a lot of consideration I decided that you would be well suited as a Port key Official. I was impressed that you realised that saving the lives of millions rather than yourself is important, and an fantastic quality to have in such a job (it can be quite dangerous ) St.Mungos are overrun with the tragic consequences of these mishaps and need someone with your intelligence and sassiness to control the perpetrators and help to calm the victims. Don't worry your writing skills will be satisfied (there is quite a bit of paperwork to fill in too ). I am intelligent (though not as much as Hermione) and focused, and will not leave a task incomplete. 2. Biology, because it deals with life, animals, ecosystems etc. I'm interested in that. And my best subject is Chemistry (this year, I think, but last years it was English).

3. Favourite: I don't know. Maybe a mix between Charms and DaDA? Though I like transfiguration as well...
Best at: Charms or Potions (because the last, you just have to add the right ingredients as being told and tada... you have the right Potion).

4. I don't really know. Harry, I guess, because his character is the most described one. Though I think I'd be friends with Luna. I like the Weasley twins; whenever they turn up in the books, it's a fun part. I like the Marauders, most of all James (again, I'm not really sure!), because he remains a mystery so far.

5. Percy. I never liked him, not when I started reading the series, especially not for the way he was a Minestry's puppet. Then again, we don't know why he did those things. Maybe they're really honourable and we never knew why (because something might turn up in book #7). Even then, would I like him? I don't think so.

6. Positive: smart, loyal, friendly, willing to help and to share, I work hard for what I want to achieve (and most of the times, I do get to what I wanted [a good grade for tests, for example]).
Negative: shy ("taciturn"), when uncomfortable completely silent, according to other people I'm a bit stand-off-ish (but I don't think I am)...

7. I'm of different opinions. I know that technically, yes, she should have gotten detention, because it's a rule and by breaking a rule, you get points off and/ or detention. On the other hand, she's bullied, so I can understand losing "it". I think I'd see if there was any real harm done, if so, detention and points off, of not, one night detention.

8. Career: I am planning to study Marine Biology. It would be great if I could research marine mammals. Or I want to do Ecology as a masters, I don't know yet.
Countries to visit: I'd like to visit the Azores, Canada, Switzerland, ehm... well, anywhere really! I'd like to visit England again.
Partner: Someone I can talk with (without getting the feeling I need to watch every word I say), someone whom I can trust, someone reliable (that's pretty much the same, isn't it?).

9. In other threads of this kind, I said Ginny, but I'm not really sure. I'm not as out-going as she is (yet?). She used to be shy, as I am, but when I'm comfortable I can talk lots and lots (so does she).

10. Spell: Expecto patronum, because it's a positive force (and if done right, a powerful one).
Potion: I don't really know. There's supposed to be lots of different potions, but I only know the existance of about 5... of those five, maybe... felix felices?

11. Worst: Sirius gets blown into that veil. Definitely. And also, professor Dumbledore getting killed by Severus Snape. I didn't like that either. (Well, of course not! Who does?)
Favourite: In PoA, when Sirius tells Harry he could come live with him instead of going back to the Dursleys. I really liked the DA meetings; if I would have been in the DA, I would have, like Neville and Luna, kept the coin in my pocket and checked it out when it was glowing that night.

12. I would not choose the horrible doctor, because I know there are cures for cancer; they just sometimes don't work because it's too late, it's already spread. I would choose for my own life, because I just don't want to die yet. It didn't say those persons were all there, so the pregnant woman, my family and friends could go into hiding (and of course the doctor as well!). I would go into hiding as well.

My absolute favorite would be Luna Loovegood because she is so liberated. Not to mention, she is extremely smart and good at practical magic. Also, she's really funny...

My least favorite is Peter because he betrayed his friends. Personally, friendship and loyalty are very important to me, so his character really upsets me.

Well, it would be unfair that her bullies were left without punishment. However, it depends on what she did when she attacked. I don't want to sound like an old fashioned person and say, she should have gone to the teacher, but I also think that she needed to learn to stand up for herself because teachers aren't always there so...if it cause a lot of damage both her and her bullies should get in trouble. if it cause little damage, the same still goes. This way she learns to stand up for herself but doens't get too fresh like Harry at times.

I would like to write a book, change the world (I don't really know how but I'd like to better humanity somehow), travel around the globe...

I think I am most like luna because I am not afraid to be myself and I am intelligent. However, I'm not as far fetched as her. I also think I'm like Hermione because I'm practical and logical. But I like to have fun, so I'm also like the weasley twins and Bill.

Spell- Rictusempra (the tickling charm) because it sounds really cool...
If I were to choose a spell because I liked what it did, I'd choose scourgify because I'm really messy at times.

I would like to be married to my boyfriend, have 3 kids, live in a big house, or small farm on the contry-side. I would like to go to Brazil one day, but also The Nederlands, Sri Lanka and other places like that. I would like to work with people in a hospital, or with the police in the forensic-department.

Ginny. We have the same temperment when it comes to famely and friends.

Levicorpus, Libracorpus. I think they are the most fun, and it is not a spell that does any fysical harme.

My favourite Muggle subject is of course History because History is just my pure passion. I think you can explain everything through History. But I was best at German, writing and literature.

I think that would be potions. There's movement and brains in it. And an interesting teacher, both Snape and Slughorn. I think I would be best at that (I'd suck at transfiguration and flying)

I'm not afraid of dying, but I'm afraid of losing those I love. So saving my own life is not even an option. A pregnant woman, well, that's actually saving two lives. But I'm not sure, I don't think I'd chose that. So it's between a loved one and the doctor.. well, later the doctor's going to save a lot of lives, but still, I don't think I'll save him/her. If he/she managed to make a cure for cancer, somebody else's going to manage that too. So I'll save a loved one, it seems.
