I tried to find a screencap to show you what I am talking about, and I am too lazy to make my own right now, so I will try and explain my best.

On the HBO OOTP special, there is a shot of the trio kneeling over something and talking when Hermione says, "When are you going to get it into your head Harry? We're in this together." If you look in the background at 2:52, you will see Umbridge in the background. I am not sure if she is just hanging around in the back during this shoot or whether this is supposed to be in the movie. If it is in the movie, then I think that this might be the scene where the trio is talking with Sirius in the fire and Umbridge reaches out of the fire, only in the movie, she will not reach out of the fire but rather just walk in on them.

I really hope she was just hanging around if this is the case...

Also, it might be the part near the end of the book where Harry is trying to contact Sirus. Since you can see the plate in the background it means that it's in her office and the very end scene is sppost to be outside. But that is just what i think.

yeah flames_of_night is right. harry, hermione, and ron are in umbridge's office becaause its probably near the end of the book. you can tell because there's those kitten plates on the wall behind the three of them.

yeah i just has a look and i think its towards the back of the book so umbridge may have just walked in on the trying to contact sirius?

oh no! watch out everyone! umbridge is coming! hmm i didnt notice she was there before... it must be in her office. well i think its probably when theyre trying to contact sirius but kreacher says hes not there, so harry is convinced they have to go rescue him, but he doesnt want ron and hermione to come... but hermione is saying "we're in this together"

i saw that special and its SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO obvious she's about to sneak up on them while their trying to contact Sirius. There's no question about it. It's ridiculous to think she was just lurking in the background while shooting was taking place cause then the camera would have caught her and it would be a major movie blunder.

Yes, Harry, Ron and Hermione went to Umbridge's office, to use her fireplace, but aparently some cat on a plate went to tell Umbridge, that's why she entered and saw them

yeah umbridge is ment to be in there because hermione says that to him and then umbridge comes in and goes yes you are and catches them they dont actually go into the fire they changed it but it is good though.
