Okay I know Petunia and Harry do not have the same eye color so don't think I wasn't paying attention. In the story the trait ties harry and petunia is in there famillies blood so thats all the hint I'm going to give . This is going on the fact Petunia can preform magic.
THE BEGINING
Petunia woke up one morning to find a baby in a basket on her door step. This baby was Harry Potter who had just lost his parents, in his basket was a letter from Albus Dumebeldore explaining the death of Lily and James. Petunia was shocked at the death and saddend for a moment about her sister, so not acting as mournfull as she should she brought the baby in and explained to Vernon. He said we can't keep him and she said we will, we have to he is my own blood, she yelled.So harry lived his life with the very minimal things. Until he went to Hogwarts witch craft and wizardry. This is when he
found out he could preform magic.
Now it was the summer before his seventh year and he could not belive his eyes Aunt Petunia was using magic. She was using her mind to pour the ceral out of the box and the box leviated. Harry let a wow out and petunia screamed you did not just see me do that! all Harry could say was yes I did ! He asked his aunt are you a witch, she said in rather panicked voice, no I'm not Harry . I 'm well we have a little house elf magic in are blood. No way harry said , she said yes I'm afraid I do and you too . They talked in hushed voices , she said were mostly human you know were half breeds if you can say that. Harry asked but you never went to hogwarts , she replied I can't do advance magic just simple things you know. I took after mine and lilys father you know and lily took after my mother who had the magical blood in her. I can only do simple magic beacause of this and that is why Lily was a witch and you are a wizard. Harry said you mean , I mean my grandmothers decendents were houselves , I'm afraid so she said. All Harry said thats why my eyes are like Dobbys and some people comment about them, she said yes that is. and oh Harry I'm sorry that I was so mean to you. I had to be you know, to be married to Vernon, I followed the orders of Dumbeldore that I should marry a muggle and have a muggle child. I tried to have a life with life without magic but I couldn't stand it so tommorow all renunite with my lost love Remus. I love Remus and now that your almost of age I will go to him. I protected you all that I could and now you may go to the burrow. Your safe now that you now the truth . You have power that nobody else has the power of elves. This I hope will help you defeat the dark lord . All harry could do was be shocked. He didn't say a word but he mumbled i'm glad for you . and thats all he said feed back here

Here's chapter two
Just getting over shock Hary said, I had no Idea about you Lupin or any of this. What will do next Aunt Petunia, he said. I plan to accompany you to the Burrow and explain things to Molly, you know she still dosen't know about all this. Firstly though, I need to write a letter to your Uncle Veronon explaing to him I'm leaving him and Dudely , It's for best you know. I can't stand to live without Remus any longer and well seeing that I miss the magical world so much, it's just something I have too do. When do we leave Harry said, we leave now said Petunia. They walked to the living room from the kitchen were the fire place was and traveled to burrow by floo. Will get your things later Harry said Petunia , just get a set of robes and a wand for now, seing thats all you will probably be needing.
They arrived at the Burrow, to find a shocked Mrs . Weasley , Harry I can't belive your here , Mrs. Weasley said. What on earth are doing here Miss Durs-ley if I'm correct. Well I guess I have to explain she said . She told Mrs. Weasley about her situation, how she loved Lupin and how she was at least a quarter house elf . I heard of such things said Mrs. Molly Weasley but never met any of the like. Well now that you explained thing and how Dumbledore told you to act like to that to Harry for his own good so he wouldn't get to big headed when he entered the wizarding world , I forgive you for things you did to Harry. I'm sure he does too. Your welcome to stay until you find a place or job or whatever is you plan to do.
Harry you may stay in Ron's room . All send Mr . Wealsey for your and your aunts things; commented Mrs. Weasley. Just then came in Ron , Hermione and Ginny , who were all suprised seeing Harry there. Harry your here early is everything okay, (said Ginny)? Oh yes evertything is fine is said Harry, I have just had a lot of little surpises today.Bloody Hell (said Ron) why is your aunt here, Mrs Weasley said mind your manners Ron, Harry will explain everyting upstairs. So they went and Harry explained evertything upstairs . Wicked, so that means your like 15% house elf said Ron. Something like that, said Harry. Hermione said, I should of known thats why you can preform heavy duty magic without a wand Harry , this could be a great advantage to you said Hermione. You don't need to go around telling people though you know how they treat half breeds , You should leave to people to find out themselves. I'm sure some people already know that because of your eyes and how many people comment on them.
Mean while Petunia was talking to Mrs. Weasley about all sorts of things, which they remarkable had a lot in common. After a while Petunia, sent Errol with a letter to Lupin explaining what she had done. Then she had nothing to do but wait for Lupin to return.Feed back here

Here's the last part of my fic . I hope for more reviews so far I only have one so please review.
Remus arrived a short while later and ammedialtly started to Be in aw of Petunia . He had missed her so much sense he last seen her. That night they had went to dinner. Petunia laughed when Remus said, We are alike you being part house elf and me being part werewolf , I wander what are children would look like . Funny Funny said Petunia they would probably look like the cutest have breeds ever. After a month Petunia and Remus got maried and Harry was the best man . THe wedding was in the weasleys back yard. Soon after that Petunia got pregnant and had the baby . The baby was a witch who loved meat and had a suprisingly ability to do wandless magic with ease. Petunia lived happily all her years with her new family never regreting leaving her old one.
Harry meanwhile learns to use his powers, that he can now fully use knowing he is part elf. He can summon things without a wand and can leviate things in air. He discovers that he can do almost everyting thing that houseelves can do . This plays to his great advantage and he uses it against the dark lord and finally deafets him.
