It's ok, it's ok! honey~pie, I'm putting my spare pair in the CD-ROM drive.... should be at your door soon-ish? How are you going to live without hair straighteners? It's so long until christmas...sad.gifsad.gif

My hair looks like a poodle sad.gif It doesn't curl properly and reliabley and whenever i try and straighten it it says "No. Gonna look like a poodle."

My hair is brown with caramel highlights and sometimes in the sun you can see my natural auburn highlights. It is shoulder length and is layered around my face. Im about to cut it and style it again for my trip to Hawaii. I might get honey highlights this time.

My hair is naturally wavy, but I straighten it.

I actually just got back from the hair salon. My hair cut looks like this (not me), though I don't have any of those highlights that the person in the picture does. My hair is usually dark brown, but I decided to try something different and had it dyed a dark auburn.

My hair is shoulder length and a light brown. I have a fringe that goes off to the right side of my forehead. I am growing it out again. I like it longer. I love blonde hair (despite all the jokes) but I just don't think I would look good and I don't trust hair die..

Right now, my hair is a very light brown, and about half way down my back. I have a thin layer of bangs, but they're long, so they can be pulled back or to the side if necessary. It's also poofy, as my hair doesn't like to listen to anything I tell it to do biggrin.gif It sort of looks like this, in a way, except lighter, with the bangs a little longer and not as tamed, haha. That's not me, either. That's Demi Lovato, who I modeled my hair after.

I recently got a haircut and decided to reply again. I have what some would call an Emo haircut. Its were it kind of goes at an angle across your face and hides on of your eyes. everything exept your bangs is short. Anyway thats my haircut, hope you appreciate my posts.

I don't know what to do with my hair. They've got a lovely colour now. My natural colour is dark brown, but I've been having highlights ever since I finished high school, so basically now it's all light brown. I expect it to get lighter during the summer because of the salt of the sea. I don't know how to have my hair cut however. It's long now, not long enough for me laugh.gif , and I have a side bang. But it annoys me, cause it doesn't look stylish. Maybe I'll just let it grow and deal with it after summer. One thing though: I know I definitely love long hair cause it gives you so many options! happy.gif

Well right now i've got my hair natural, no dyes, no highlights, no extentions , no- (ok i think you get the picture.)... It's honey brown and layered. like this this. (except that my hair is darker)

Yep, that's my problem as well, but my hair is too long, I think biggrin.gif Previosly I've always had fringe, but about 3 yrs ago I decided to finish that off, and by this time it's grown down to the other parts. I thought I'd like this style, but now I feel it's too frightening, I mean too serious. So now I'm thinking to have again some fringe, but not as thick as it was before, just some lighter one. But I'm hesitating, 'cause it took a while that it has grown.. wacko.gif

My hair is about to my shoulders and I had it all colored slightly lighter with even lighter blonde highlights in it. It is layered and it just fits into my ponytail. It's cute and easily manageable which is always a super plus.

Right now I have Carmel highlights. My color is normally a dark brown and I didn't want the usual blond highlights that I've had before. This looks so much better and natural. My hair is just above my butt, but I've thinking of having it layered again which will take off only a couple inches. I like my hair looooooooooong.

Oh gosh.

It is waist-length, blonde, and mermaid-wavy. All knotty and bleh happy.gif Looks a lot like this!, only waist length.

My hair used to be like this: this but I've had it cut again, seeing as I love having my hair short tongue.gif
It's now like Katie Holmes's hair: here

My dear mother won't let me dye it or straighten or get a perm so...it's all natural. Before I didn't like that, but now I appreciate it because--I don't need it!

Style: It's layered and "shaggy." At least that's what my hairdresser said it is. Actually, it was suggested to me:
"Hey, you know I think this style would look very cute on you *points to magazine*"
" blink.gif That...? Really? (Whoa dere, that thing is cute.)"
"Yes. Tell Kris to get you that one. It'd look real cute on you."
" wub.gif D'okay."
And voila! I have it! All the hairdresser ladies were saying that I have "so much hair" & I'm "so lucky." laugh.gif It sounded sorta funny! I also have bangs with it, and now that it's been about a few weeks, it's sort of around my shoulders in the front, and in the back a little below.

Color: My former cooking teacher saw me a couple days ago & said "your hair got a lot darker." Really? I hadn't noticed. But I'm guessing it's "pitch-black" now? How can black hair get any blacker? Maybe it was just a dark brown and now a black? My hair's changed a lot over the years (not chemically changed.) I mean, it went from curly curly curly to straight straight straight & now I have little waves at the tips. happy.gif So I'm going to say it went from black to brown to dark brown to dark black...???

Loads of people envy my hair because it's so "natural" and "soft." I don't use conditioner...but then other people tell me "you should get highlights." "You would look really good in purple highlights!" "Get a reddish brown highlight." "Try blonde highlights!"

I don't care about highlights. If I want them, I'll get them later. For now, I'll just do with my hair as it is.

Hufflepuff In A Jar: Whoa! Your hair's so cute! I have bangs like that, too. You're pretty, as well. rolleyes.gif

I have long layered hair(my hair is about at my elbow), and I part it to like the side. My hair is a little bit wavy and is like a light brown color. I'm kind of tired of it though.. anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to go short though, i like my long hair biggrin.gif

JuicyWitch: You're post amuses me happy.gif

I just got...a fringe ohmy.gif May not seem like a big deal, but it is when you have not had anything sharp near you're since age 8, and never had any kind of hairstyle aside from a fringe all you're life happy.gif

So now it looks like this, except blonde and waiste-length.

JuicyWitch
siriuslyinlove: glad to have amused you. smile.gif
By the way, love your hairstyle! I adore fringes! I guess my bangs are a little like that...but I want to try something new now! I get bored so easily!!

My hair is bright pinkish red, very long (it should be I have the receipt for the added length wink.gif ) and curled at the bottom - However, my natural hair is blonde, about halfway down my back and very straight - so not really going au naturale ;P

I think I read someone ask about the damage that hair dye does - I murdered my hair during the teenage years because I used harsh chemicals to get bright colours (and later to get rid of the black dye stage unsure.gif ) but I think using something like Stargazer or Directions, that more stains your hair (and bathroom/carpet/clothes/pet if your not careful smile.gif ) is ok, my hair is in much better condition now (phew)

Fringe - I have one, although I only have one because I got very drunk and decided that it would be a good idea to bully my hairdresser friend (also drunk) into lopping off my hair, everyone states that I suit it, although I think they are contractually obliged to do so as friends, so I'm currently going through the awkward stage of growing it out (it's too long to wear as a fringe and too short to stash behind my ears - all in all not one of my better ideas smile.gif
