First, I want to ask
everyone to calm down if you feel offended by the posts and not to start rude discussions that lead to nowhere, because it's pretty nasty for other people to see it, and also, to think twice everything you are going to post

Sometimes a hot head makes you see stuff that the other people never said: I know a lot about it because I'm often misunderstood, and it's really unfair. Please be aware of your posts.
snapesgirlforlife, I love your post. I believe in God as well, despite I'm not a Jesus Freak (

), and I can't say I'm alright seeing gays and lesbians, but I can't hate them, I can't say that I'm against them, because I believe in the message Jesus wanted to leave us, which is love, to everyone, without difference. How can we wish the good to everyone, and to be happy ourselves, if we don't want two people to be happy? What if those two people do believe in God as well, are we banning them fron religion just to like another person? It's true: I tend to feel uncomfortable seeing to people of the same sex together, but that doesn't give me the right to say what is wrong and what isn't. Homosexual people exist since the Ancient Greek times, it's nothing new, it's not a disease, it's just the winners' law that says what is wrong and what is not.
Also, Jilly, I don't think it's rude: first, it's just an opinion, just like yours, and second, that it's true that religion has been the cause of horrifying wars for ages and all around the world. In fact, I agree with what Triad said, which doesn't mean at all that I wish people didn't believe in anything. Believing is always important: gives you strenght to keep living when you need a reason to hold, gives you the powerto change the world in the littlest things, and stress the importance of values. But religions, most of the time, divide the world, and doesn't fulfill the reason of their existence, which is to bring peace and love to men's hearts. Obsession about religions is wrong, to think that one belief is greater than any other is to think that a man is better than another just because they think different, even when the difference consists in a different word in the same sentence. But believing is important, and believing is what helps many people to keep fighting every day, when they don't have strenght enough.
A thing I would change is capitalism. Capitalism is bad. It's ruining our lives, our world, people relationships, family, the environment. People buys, to buy and to be bought. Everything people do is to make money, to buy stuff. Buying and spending has become more important than anything, more important than living the life that has been given to you, more important than enjoying with the people you love, more important than love. Capitalism reduces people to things. Which reminds me of Citizen Kane, and that I've never seen that movie (to-do thing

)
I would make of justice, a real justice, and not a convenient justice for some.
I would change beauty canons, so no one would ever feel miserable for being fat or skinny, or having a huge nose, or having too many pimples.
I would set penalties for animals abusers too, because if you don't respect all the beings, how can you expect people and all the beings to respect you?
I would take care of the environment, and make people take conscience of the global warming, before it's too late.
I would find a cure to every disease.
I would abolish racism. Differences are a lie, to say 'this or that is different' is to say that he/she isn't just the way you are or the way you want them to be.
I would kick the bums of everyone in my country, so they would be aware of how stupid they have been all this time and the damage they have caused to the country that has given so much to them.
