ive just been on u tube n i watched this video tht someone has made, all about the 7th book... they rekon that they no who dies n everything... n im tellin ya it sorta convinced me tht it was true....

Harry and Voldermort... are the 2 main characters 2 die... apparently voldermort puts his soul in to harry, and thinks that, that way he will be invincable becasue no1 will want to kill harry... but harry is killed...... and he becomes a hero....... and is reunited with sirius/ dumbledore and gets to hug his parents......... AWWWW!!!

Now then, about those spoilers - I really would take everything you saw with a pinch of salt. It's probably just some over-enthusiastic fan's thoughts on what may happen. There has been no information released about the book and if there had been any leaks, JKR's lawyers would have been all over it like a cheap suit, so I really wouldn't worry about it.

Perhaps you could provide a link to your source the next time so that people can have a look at it and judge for themselves

thats just some ones thoughts on it.. no soild fact at all people have be arguing that harry is a horcux for ages now and that he must die in the end..we can only wait and see

I always thought it was possible for Harry to die in the end--especially if Ginny or Ron or someone he's really close to dies in book 7. There's that idea that he would be reunited with family, friends, etc. But when you look back at the theorizing done prior to Book 6, a lot of it was off (though not all) so I don't know if I'd necessarily put too much stock into any particular theory. I have a feeling that Jo will surprise us yet.

I'm with Harry and Voldemort dying, it makes so much sense with JKR hinting so much. It would be nice if Harry survived, though.

i rekon that harry will die . he'll kill voldemort first though. i'd like Ron to kill VM becuase he's always in the background when all the fun happens, and i feel sorry for him!! didn't JKR say that one of the three will die? or is that just something i heard wrong?! i hope it's not becuase Ron and Hermione have GOT to get together and i don't want Harry too die

Well i think that Harry and Voldemort both have to die. Even though i don't want Harry to . but I think that i heard that one in the trio is going to die. but i'm not sure where i've heard that. But I really do hope that Harry survives. And for the whole Ron killing Voldemort, I just can't see that happening. I mean he's better killing off one of the death eaters like Draco or Lucius.

i think that is a lie they could just be pulling a prank on harry potter lovers so i wouldnt trust that thing. im just gonna wait till the 7th book cocmes out.

At the end of the day thats just aload of excited fans information. Nobody really actually knows what the real information is. We might quess it but we don't know if it's true. Personally i thinnk that would be a little boring if that was real. I doubt any of that is really genuially true.

I totally agree with Seriouslysirius . J.K.Rowling hasnt told anybody whats going to happen in the final book, so i highly doubt that thats an actually real ending. Although it would be nice if harry could meet them all again..

Glad you agree megan_de_lioncourt. It would be great if Lilly and James could see Harry again. But like i have said. She hasn't revealed anything just the title names and the few odd coments that don't reveal the main plot. We will just have to wait and see for real.

Yeah J.K hasn't told anyone what's going to happen. That's just a theroy. I think it might be true though. We'll just have to wait and see!

I thought about that ending before as well.Although i dont think Harry should die, i know hes had such a hard life,and hes only 17.. i think he deserves the chance to have a quiet life for once, maybe? Id personnely would like voldermort to be left powerless like an old man, At the moment my sister is really annoying me pretending that snape and harry are getting married , and its really really annoying me. It surely sounds like something that could happen. But until JK officially gives out any information, or until I read the book, I won't believe anything I hear. It's like that rumor awhile ago that Godric Gryffindor came to Harry in a dream, and Harry's scar burst open with rainbow colors shining from it. I laughed my butt off at that one.

I'm with megan_de_lioncourt, Harry should live on. After all that he's gone through, he just deserves to live. Although, I'm not sure I entirely believe he will. But I'm all for LV dying.

hi people...im new here...i think that probably its snape who betrays voldermort in the end after helping him kill harry...i say this because he seems incredibly dark from all the six books and it looks like hes waitin for his chance...also i guess harry is the final horcrux and that is what is the connection betwen him and voldemort....

Hi! I was just wondering why everyone seems so sure that Harry is going to KILL Voldemort. I mean, sure, Harry hates Voldemort-but if he goes into battle against Voldemort with only hatred for his enemy, it shows that he is no better than Voldemort himself. "There are worse things than death", as Dumbledore said. I think love is the key, (and yes that is my name thing hehe)-Harry will only be able to DEFEAT Voldemort, (defeat-not kill-two very different things), if he can use the power of LOVE over hatred.

Interesting. I do not think harry will have any of LV in himself. He is not and will not be a horcrux. I don't think that Harry will die. He's gone through to much to be done. I do agree that he will not kill LV, but will defeat him.

a. harry kills voldy
b. voldy kills harry
c. (unlikely) someone else kills harry or voldy

Ok, I know this thred is about spoilers but hang on to your hat I have some for you. think about these and tell me what you think


1. Dudley is wizard, Dumbledore has been keepin it secret in exchange for Harry to stay at number 4
2. Harry is the last Hoarcrux (spelling)..come on it makes sense and he will kill Voldemort and make his own Hoarcrux
3. Draco will help Harry beat Voldemort
4. Harry and Giny will get married and have a son
5. a Weasley will die ( probably Percy )
6. Some else close to harry will die...like Lupin one of the Twins most likely on an attempt to save Harry
7. Snape is bad and he will live but end up in Azkaban

Well, Harry says himself that he's the one that's got to kill LV. After he finds out the prophecy, it was pretty much said, "Do the killing, or be the one killed." But you have a good point. It could actually be someone else who actually kills LV, but I am going with Harry being the one that must do it. I agree though, that love is what is going to help Harry do this. That is why Harry having all his friends with him in the last book is so important.



1. Didn't JK say that Dudley is not a wizard? Or am I confusing all the things that have been said?
2. How could Harry be a horcrux? When would LV had the time to make him one as he's being blasted away from the AK curse that backfired. Why would he make Harry a horcrux when he was trying to kill him? He didn't expect to have the curse backfire.
3. I think Draco will help Harry along the way somehow, but not to help kill LV.
4. I would love for Harry and Ginny to be married. I've always thought this, because Harry and Ginnny and a baby son would pick up where James and Lily unfortunately had to end.
5. Oh yes, a Weasley will die. But I'm putting my money on Arthur, or one of the twins.
6. I think Ron or Hermione will die. I actually think it's Ron and then Hermione will end up with Krum.
7. Snape is good. I also believe he is the one that will get the reprieve from death.

Harry is the last horcrux. LV was touching him when he killed Lily ( just to bother her) and that made Harry a Horcrux. LV figured it out when he enterd harry at the department of mysteries thats why he left in such a hurry...yes i know dumby said it was love.

Well I think that as Neville has been made the scapegoat of many things going wrong in the series that it will be him who dies, saving Harry or something just as heroic. Don't get me wrong I like Neville but I feel it's time that he should be made a hero

I really do not believe Harry is a horcrux.
Horcruxes do not draw attention to themself. JK rowling has even said that.

I don't want harry to die but nothing can be certain. And by the way the prophecy said "and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives" so how are they both going to die? who's going to kill the other guy?

Also.. does anybody have any ideas about what the Death Eaters, dementors, or any of Voldemort's followers are going to do once he's dead.. yes i do believe he's going to be defeated in the end. Just looking for ideas.

in the version of the book I read Harry and Giny get married
They see Nevel 2 times and he ends up marring Susan Bones
Harry and Ron do become Auros
and Harry is the last Horcrux.
He uses a snitch thats given him by Hermioni when uses the AK cures to kill Voldi and the part of voldis soul goes into the snitch and it flies into the viel that Serious fell into.
Draco goes to help Harry by Trying to Keep Voldi out of his head wile they fight.

I'm seeing an unpopular trend here. I see where the Trio gets married, even Neville. But, then the males go on to become Aurors while the females do what? ... stay at home, barefoot and pregnant?!

Her training had only taken a year, so she was actually the first of the four to get out and work, earning her own wages.
