ok, this is kind of weird, but Severus Snape is my role-model from the series. i like the way he does rarely let his emotions take the best of him (the only times he doesn't is around Harry, as far as we know), the fact that he always thinks before he acts, thus making profitable decisions, and he is very smart, but not a show-off.

Sirius, becuase he's kind of rash and teen-like, he's hot , and he's suffered a lot. i tend to get attached to people who have a sad background.and i like Snape a lot, too, for the reasons stated above.

personally i'd go half way. but if it had to be an extreme, i'd choose being a celebrity, because it fits my real life a bit: i know a lot of beople, can't walk into a caffe without meeting a few of them, i am sociable, but i don't let too many people close, i actually have few real friends, perhaps none. in the end i'd like a quiet life, settle down, have a family etc., but i would not give up on being a sociable person.

i don't think i can describe myself (or anyone else) in only one word, because people ar far more complex. ONE word can be used to describe ONE side of a person, from ONE point of view (hence my answer for the question above). if i had to describe the side of me i know best, i think the word would be EVOLVING. looking back, i see how much i've changed and learned so far, and how much more there is to come. whether i change for the best or not, i don't know now, but the human being is constantly changing.

to raise my kids properly when the time comes. i see the world nowadays, i see people my age or older/younger, i see myself and i know how many things can go wrong if a parent does not raise you properly.

no, i would consider the posibility that they are right, because cats are my favourite animals and i'm fully aware of their habits .but i still wouldn't take the blame, because animals are instincual creatures.

I love cats, but I am not a very big fan of rats. I know the cat proboably comitted the deed, but still I would be angry with the boys reacting the way they do. I would like Harry to take my side, and since I am quite a short tempered person I would proboably respond the same way. Later I would proboably be able to place the blame on Crook shanks, to fix my friendship.

It used to be very socialy driven, but as I get older it turns more and more academically. I am quite out going so I kind of miss the very social thing... But I am ok with my life as it is.

No, because I hate cats, but in that situation I would probably agree with him and drop it at that.

Between the two, I would most definitely have to say academically. I'm not the brightest person in the world, but I feel crowded in a room with only one other person, so "socially" really isn't even a choice.

My role-model in Harry Potter is actually between three people Professor Dumbledore because he is wise and believes in giving everyone a second chance therefore he shows trust in the fact that people are not born evil they are made or influenced to be evil.The others being Fred and George Weasley because whereas they love joking and tricks and such they always know where the fine line between harmless amusement and all-out havoc wrecking to the point of being violent.

My life is more socially driven but just barely and that is because I value every moment I get to spend with my friends.

Well I am really good at spelling long words. I can listen to music, talk on the phone, and write an essay, short story, poem , etc. or do work and not get confused. I am terrific at remembering how to get to places that are far away after being there only once or twice.

I think it would be Sirius. He's a great, loving friend, who'll do anything for you. No matter what it takes. He's wild and energetic, albeit slightly reckless at times. These traits are what make him so wonderful and I would love to follow in his footsteps.

Remus Lupin is my favorite character. He's kind, gentle, loving, and intelligent. He makes the perfect "fatherly figure", but still remains your best friend. I kind of fell in love with him when readon POA.

I would admittedly feel that same way at first, but those feelings would quickly subside and I would probably end up rolling my eyes and giving a non-commited shrug and stare out the window. Whether I truly wanted to believe Crookshanks had eaten Scabbers or not I'd take a look at all the possibilities before accusing anybody.

Even though I don't like being around people, I would say my life is socially driven. I can tell you that it's definately not academically driven. I hate school and everything it entails, though I know it's important, I would much rather be doing something else.

I'm always relaxed. Nothing ever really gets me irked. I'm always the one to calm other people down, and I'm always the one to shrugs and say, "Well, it'll work out in the end". I think there are more important things to life than getting stressed out.

No, I would never change the past. There are things I look back on and think, "Wow that could have been handled so much better", but I never wish to go back and change it. I'm not a believer in fate, but the things we do end up meaning something in the future. They make us who we are. As cheesy as that sounds.

I think Ron has changed the most. 1. a. Dumbledore - his wisdom, kindness, compassion and sence of humor i think make him a perfect role model.

b. It's a close tie between James and Sirius, but i think i'll say Sirius. I admire his strength of character, to be able to stand up against his family and follow his own beliefs. And his loyalty and respect for his friends also appeals to me; the fact that he's ready to stand up for them no matter what.

2. I'd definately prefer living a quite life. I can't imagine myself ever being happy as a celebrity.

4. Sports. I love playing sports and i do it almost everytime that i have free time. I find it more interesting than just sitting around and doing nothing, or wasting my time in front od the TV. Reading of course is another activity which interests me alot.

9. I wouldn't have responded like that. It's obvious that Harry was just trying to fix things, to prevent any more serious fights between his best friends. Seeing that Hermione is acting irrationally, he must have thought that if he could make her see sence, then things would calm down. Harry is not really "siding" with anyone, he's just pointing out obvious things (considering the evidence at the time) to a Hermione who is not thinking straight.

10. I would say that it's more or less balanced. If i had to chose one, though, i would say academically. I'm pretty happy with my life that way, yes.

11. I try my best to be on the relaxed side, though sometimes it's beyond me.

Terrified - He is acting the tough man on the outside. Replacing his father as a deatheater was a big mistake which I think he now realises. Underneath he is scared for himself and his family. No. I don't think I would be able to say anything to either of them, I would be so shocked. I would probably leave the Common Room very quickly and take a long walk outside to try to cool off my temper. Once a person says unkind things, it's hard to take them back. I would be very upset for awhile, but then it would smoulder down to resentment, and I would ignore Ron and Harry for a long time. After all, what else is there to do? It's not like I can prove or disprove anything. Let Ron be a jerk--the truth will come out eventually.

Neither, really. I read a great deal, but it's isn't scholarly. And yet, socially, I have anxieties. I would prefer it if I felt more at ease around new people and had a better social life.

hopeful - It's hard to describe yourself in one word. I think above all things, most of the time, I'm hopeful. I don't give on on dreams, wishes. I'm usually optimistic. Even when I get down you have to believe that something good will happen, something positive. If you don't have hope in something what is there to look forward to.

Yes, I discuss it with my friends. I value my friends opinions because I know that they would be honest and try to give me good advice. They would not be petty or pass judgement. My friends would be able to tell me the truth and probably give me the best advise as to what to do next.

I would probably be angry and upset which would cause me to yell at Harry and I would probably also be crying cause I would be upset after a big row with Ron. I wouldn't want to hear that my cat that I love ate Ron's rat, even if I knew that he proabably did.

Socially, I prefer it that way. While I think school is important, I think that friends and family are more important. However, when I have a big test or project my life is definitly acedemically driven in those times.

Stessed side, but you wouldn't know it. Being stressed doesn't bother me, I actually do better when I'm stressed and have no free time so I kinda prefer it that way. But I do not try to stress myself out.

I think I would be scared to use a time-turner...what if I saw myself or someone else saw me! However, there are a few things I wouldn't mind changing.

My life is more academically driven. I get straight A's at school and try my best. doing well is very important to me, im a bit of a perfectionist. i prefer my life that way because i will have a future of going to a good college, getting a good job, etc. i have a good social life too, but it doesnt run my life.

i am in the middle, sometimes i am very relaxed, sometimes extremely stressed.

Yeah i would probably, but i'd also say that there are plenty of other reasons that scabbers has dissapeared and maybe if boys weren't so quick to blame, this wouldn't have happened.

umm...a bit of both really, I have a good social life and I want to be happy in life and be comfortable with myself, but i do also want to get atleast ok grades so I can get a good job.

3. Life: keep it simple or complicated?
i want to keep it simple. my life is already complicated as is.

4. How do you spend your free time when you are not posting on Veriteserum?
i can usually be found with my friends or reading, talking on the phone. or doing homework.

5. If you had to pick one word to describe Draco Malfoy, what would it be (please refrain from descriptions of his looks)?
right down fowl git. sorry, four words.

6. If you could describe yourself in one word, what would that word be? Why did you chose that one word out of every word that you could have chosen?
just one word? loyal or loving/caring. man, can i answer those both?
fine loyal. i can always be trusted with everything, and i'll never tell the secret unless its somethign majorly serious like someone was raped or something.

7. What is your dearest ambition?
wow. my ambition? well i'm really ambitious. well my first one is finishing school and goign to college with a full-ride and major in medicine. i want to help people a lot, sice my dad has cancer...=[. and then i want to be able to find a true love. i've never really had a boyfriend, but a lot of guy friends so i don't know.

8. Role-play: You are at school, and you think that a friend is not being loyal. You don't know for sure, but you think that something fishy is going on. Do you discuss it with your friends to get their imput? Why or why not?
yeah. my friends and i are tighter than a knot. there's five of us and we can go to eachother for everything. we trust each other and we could write biographies of each other. we're always there for each toher, adn if we ever go through any downs, we're always able to get through it.

9. Role-play: You are in the Harry Potter world, and you are in Hermione's position in the third year. Ron has just shrieked at you about Crook shanks, and it seems like Crook shanks has eaten Scabbers. Ron leaves the common room fuming, while Harry tries to persuade you that it is probably true that your cat committed the deed. The real Hermione says, "Side with Ron! I knew you would!" Would you respond in the same way to Harry? Why or why not?
great. just because i'm a girl doesn't mean you always have to side with the guy! yes, he's your mate, but what am i? we've been best friends since 1st year, and i'm usually right abotu thigns, ot all the time. but you know it. you always side with him. think it over for goodness sake!

10. Is your life more socially or accidemically driven? Do you prefer your life that way?
ahh. it's both. my friends and drama at school are always tied togther. we get through it though. then i'm in the highest classes so i always have to do my best with no screw ups. i like it this way because it's the way i want it to be. if i wanted it any other way, i would change it.

11. Are you more on the relaxed side or the stressful side when it comes to dealing with life?
ugh stressful. everything at school like the drama sucks but my friends are there to back me up. and then all the extra homework, making me stay up till 11 finishing isn't fun. and how about a projects? i always have one. and then at home, everythigns gone wrong.

12. What would you do if you were in possession of a time-turner? Would you go back and change the past; what moment (if any) would you change? Why or why not? (Sorry if this is too personal; if it is, you can just say; I don't want anyone to be uncomfortable!)
if i had a time turner, i would go back to meet my family members. i always wanted to know who they were. they all died in the war. but i would just pretend i never knew them. but i wouldn't change anything in my past. i mean if i change one thing, everythign could change. and even though it's not so smooth now, it eventually will be. and i'll get through it. and this is because i like how it is now and i don't like it. i mean if i never told someone i liked him, we would never be best friends now.

13. If you could either read a romance novel or a sci-fi novel, which would you read?
a romance. i'm always into that stuff. i think it's adorable.

14. Which HP character do you think has developed the most over the series besides Harry? Why?
Hermione. she has grown into such a young lady over the years and having best friends as guys would be hard to go through. she's noticing guys, but doesn't go crazy.

15. What is your worst attribute (why)? Do you take criticism well?
um.. i don't understand the meanign of that.
and i guess i take critism well. i don't really care if people talk about me, but sometiems the things just hurt.

singing, acting, violin, academics, sports.

hermione. i'm really smart and have a lot of guy friends. i do't mind being a smart alike sometiems. =] and i'm neve afraid to say what's on my mind, even if my voice shakes.

hermione. because i'm so like her.

20. Anything else you want to say about yourself that will help me sort you?
i'm loyal and dependent. i'm loving and caring, but shy. i can be hyper and be crazy, butthen calm and mature. i'm a lot of things. and i'm not cocky on purpose.

1. Dumbledore because he is so intelligent and wise but he is also so good. he could easily replace Voldemoret if he wanted to, but he doesn't.

2A.Well...Harry Potter. he is the hero and he seems similar to me in the way he thinks and solves problems, well, some problems.

2B. Famous celebrity. Evern though I would loath not having privicy and all that stuff, but I would be able to affect more peple and reach them more easily.

3. I think it sould be simple, but it never is (at least, not for me.). So I say keep yourself prepared for complicated. It's worse to be expecting simple and getting complicated, then expecting complicated and getting simple.

4. Reading, tlking on the phone, and *sigh* homework .

6. Caring, because I care a lot about others even if it may not seem that way at first. I always try to be as positive and kind as possible.

7. Ummmm......grow up, have a family and a career as a CSI or actress/musical actress.

8. I would discuss it with select friends ONLY. Thats not something that you want everyone involved in, but it would be good to have some imput from friends that you are 100% sur won'n tell and will also be as helpful as they can.

9. maybe, maybe not. I don't usually like deciding what I would of wouldn't so in a situation unless I have been in that situation before(like the previous one). I would like to think that I wouldn't, but I don't really know.

10. Socially!!! i kind of do, but I kind of don't. I like having a social life thts interesting and having it be a main part of my life, but my social life right now is phyco-crazy. However, don't get me wrong, academics are still very important to me.

11. AT this point in my 14-year-old life, completely and utterly STRESSFUL! There was a time when I was more relaxed, then I hit middle school.

12. I would go back and change something, but I would prefer not to state what that is.

13. I don't know. Neither are my favorite and they are both tied on my list of genres that I like, so lets just say.....romance!

14. I would have to say Hermione. She has changed from a little uptight goodie-too-shoes girl, to someone who is so layal to her best friends that she would risk her own life just to stick with her friend.

15. I am very stubborn. And it depends on the critisism. I guess I don't like it but i won't take it if it's rude or uncalled for. i don't really like it when it's corrective either, but I have learned to take it the right way and not be offended.

16. MUSIC!!!!!!! Absolutly music! I play the cello and piano, I take dance classes, and above all, I sing!! Oh yea, I'm also inmusicals whenever I get the chance. I'm also really good st science.

18. Probobly Harry(this depends on if you are taking gender into account) or Ginny. Harry because he is like meme in how I thinkand solve problems. He is also the peacemaker for 2 best friends that always bicker. And everyone wants him to help with everything. Ginny because she is more like me in how she acts. how she deals with everyday situations and school situations is how I would, she also has the confidance that i have and she just seems like me.
