as we all know very well by now lily potter died for harry and when lv tried to kill harry it backfired up on lv. dd also said that no spell can awaken the dead and im completely aware of that. i was wondering when the person who died to save someone else come alive again when the killer who the person who died to save another person is killed. (that was a bit confusing)

I think I understand what you are asking... in other words, since Lily's death was a sacrifice for Harry, would she become alive again once LV is killed?????
The answer is no... JKR said that in the beginning, before she ever started writing, she had to sit down and decide rules of what magic could and could not do. One thing she decided, was that "Dead is dead." She said that there is no magic to bring the dead back to life. Now, she added, "if you're properly dead," but Lily is definitely "properly dead." I think that statement either means someone like Sirius (who went through the veil without dying first,) or someone who has used the "Draught of the Living Dead."
On page 2 of the Rumors section of JKRowling.com , she outright says that Lily is dead, so the second part of the quote would not apply to her.
It was an interesting thought, though.

Or do you mean RAB123 that once the person, I'll call him Jim, who was saved is killed, that the person, I'll call him John, who saved Jim (John) would come back to life. That might have been a little confusing in itself...
Anyways, I would have to say no based on the belief that samsmom explained earlier, about JKR saying that the dead are dead.

Yep, Lily is "properly dead" as stated by JKR. It would be a wonderful ending though, that once VM is vanquished the people he murdered would come back. Sweet for Harry, but I really feel this will never happen.

Sorry but Liliy is definately dead
All through the books we have been told that Harry is the only person to ever survive the Avada Kedavra killing curse
JKR is not going to do a u turn on this one
Now Sirius coming back is completely different because he wasnt hit by the killing curse so is not properly dead. Just stuck in the veil.

hmm....yeah sirius was just hit by a stunning spell, and he fell through the viel.
That doesnt make him "properly dead",just in the viel like Loopy_Luna said.
Whats exactly in there,anyway?

hmm...no i don't think that whoever died to save someone will come alive because the person died who killed the person who died to save someone..(confusing?)...lily IS dead.properly dead as jk rowling says it.if u look at her website it says so somewhere there.(www.jkrowling.com)as for sirius being properly dead..i don't think he is because he just fell through the veil not actually hit will with a klling curse, but someone doesn't have to be hit with a killing curse to die, but even so, i don't think sirius is dead..there's more to come of him and dumbledore too even though he is dead because he was hit by the killing curse.jk rowling also states that in her website..anyway, thatz all wanted to say

So does anyone think Sirius can comeback because he is not "Properly Dead". But somewhere it said He is definately dead, I think it was Dumbledore or Lupin... But anyone think he could come back?

If Lily would not have actually died for Harry, there would be no Love Shield protecting him from Voldemort. Were she not actually dead, Harry would be. Without the protection Lily provided Harry unknowingly through her sacrifice to save him, Voldemort would have killed baby Harry with the AK as easily as he has killed everyone else.
He just underestimated the power of love.
