Who would often seats herself beside Ron whenever the sitaution allows it?

Who took pains in making that Lion hat at the quiddittch match?

Who lovingly calls Ron RONALD?

Clearly, these are more "romantic" than all those fighting and bickerings between Ron and Hermione in previous books.

Just as everybody was expecting Bk5 to see Ron and Hermione snogging to death, expecting the two to hook up somehow in a JKR style of writing, after that BK4 scene, see what JKR has pulled right in f ront of all to see, chapters involving Harry and Hermione with barely any interraction (barely, not non-existent) between Hermione and Ron.

As Ive said somewhere else before, Bk5 might as well be called the ADVENTURES OF HARRY AND HERMIONE.

I highly think Luna was written in to pair up with Ron. Hermione is way too busy worrying about Harry that it would be unfair that Ron would be left all by himself.

I can even see who could play Luna in the movies. That girl in Peter Pan. Wendy the character, dont know her real name though.

um...i still say rons gonna be with hermione, but whatever tickles your pickle. (floats your boat). ne way. in an interview with chris columbus they said that ron and hermione didnt hug cuz there was too much built up tention. (jk told them not to hug, she helps write the screen play). and no i dont think there is ever going to be a thing gonin on between hermione and harry. well, lets just see in book 6.

I kinda want to see Harry and Luna get together. I don't think it'll last, but I think Luna could be Harry's distraction and few kisses in Book 6. Honestly, I think they could be cute! I think that Ginny and Harry might get together later on, but she has moved on and in the "dating mode" right now, so many guys, so little time.

I don't think Harry and Luna will get together but i do think they will get to be really good friends. They have a lot in common and can relate to him in someway but i think Ginny can relate to him more. (with the whol CoS thing) and her knowing what Voldemort can really do. And the whole being possesed thing.

I like the Ron/Luna idea. It does have its good points. There was so much tension in Book 5 between Ron and Hermione that it seems to me like they will never get together. Being so close already makes it weird. I dont think JKR will anything that we expect tho... So as odd as a Ron/Luna ship may seem, you never know.

Yeah, you never know, but JK Rowling said that some things in the POA are in book 6 and 7. I think she was talking about the Tension between Ron and Hermione.

RON AND HERMIONE are the absolute most obvious couple! Rowling even says that re-read the series and its obvious who likes who and there are soooooooooooooooooo many subtle hints that they like eachother... I love it.

Maybe Luna likes Ron, but I don't think he likes her. Also because her description in the book that was not... too good! I don't know, but I had the impression that she's not cute... the feelings she seems to provoke are pity, scorn, people loves to taunt her... I hope she will change a little bit, poor Luna, because I can't see until now how someone should fall in love with her, specially if they're surrounded from cute girls such as Hermione, Cho, Ginny... :cry:

Wait, wait WAIT. Nowhere in the book does it say that Harry thinks Hermione or Ginny is pretty. It just says that Cho is pretty (to Harry).

We don't know who Harry will be attracted to. He could become attracted to Pansy Parkinson for all we know in his taste.

I think Ron and Luna is a GREAT idea any thing to keep him from thinking about Hermione. I like Ginny and Nevil. I want Harry and Hermione to end up together. Just think about it they would have the same monogram.

I totally agree with you! I love Luna to death. She has to be my favorite newest character. She's so strange, mysterious, and weird! I guess I like her because she's different from everyone else.

However, I really don't see a Luna/Ron thing happening. And if it does, it probably wouldn't last long...I see a Ron/Hermione thing and perhaps a Harry/Luna thing, but not a Luna/Ron one...

I still don't think that the fact that she calls him 'Ronald' is a clue. I mean, can you actually imagine Luna Lovegood calling Ron, 'Ron'? I can't....

I think Luna is 'interested' in Ron. She seems to think that he is like a mildly interesting t.v show! So she examines him closely. I don't know why, exactly..But whatever.

Anyway, about all this 'dreamily' stuff...Lunas the kind of person who would have that 'lost in space' look constantly...I've day dreamed tons of times and I would just look at someone randomly and then they'd get all freaked out and call me weird...

I think Ron and Luna would be sweet, but not going to happen. I think she likes him too, or has some sort of interest in him. But I think Ron likes Hermione (ew) and I think that's going to happen. I mean, maybe it won't, except that it probably will, but Ron and Luna would be cute.

And yeah, I see the point someone made about how Harry and Hermione have had more interection in book 5 and stuff, how a lot of times it was just kind of the two of them. It pains me to admit it, but that doesn't mean they have any romantic interest in each other, because I don't think they do, but I think they're growing closer.
