LOL I like your avatar too, I think it is hilarious!!

and Ootp was so cute...while I watched it for the first time, I couldn't believe how many RHr moments there were, and I was like "OMGOMGOMG YATES I LOVE YOU! RHR FOR EVEEEEEEEEEER!" (of course, on the inside, on the outside I was just squealing and smiling) and it was so cute! I was sitting next to a friend who loves Rupert Grint, so every time he said something, or did something, or just stood there, she was squealing like a madwoman!

and in one time, she even said "marry already!!" when Ron and Hermione were together on the screen. I guess that's great, because she doesn't read the books, but she still knows that Ron and Hermione are meant to be together...
So..lots of rambling... RHr for EVER!
Oh, say hi to your friend for me! Rupert is adorable! Especially in PoA and OotP!

The first time they showed Ron asleep- snoring- my mother leans across (in the theater, mind you!) and gives me this
look.

I SWEAR I could've killed her! She knows I love arms...

After we came out of the theatre after seeing OoTP for the first time, my dad, who had not read any of the books but who loves the movies, said, "Wasn't it funny that Ron was jealous of the attention the giant got from Hermione?" I might have squealed. It may seem like a strange thing to squeal about. But I squealed because it suggested to me that:
1. Someone else was looking out for those R/Hr moments!
2. Yates is doing a very good job with the R/Hr because someone who hasn't even read the books can see it as clear as day!
About HBP, I convinced my dad to read the book, and he actually enjoyed it, even though he doesn't read. After finishing, he said, "And obviously the Ron and Hermione thing will get resolved." And I better get that feeling from the movie, otherwise there will be trouble!
He's a quarter through DH now, I can't wait until he gets to the kiss!
Keep the faith, HBP will be R/Hr HEAVEN!
I know how you feel. My dad and my mother haven't read the books, and when the family
was forced by me to see the movie went to see the movie my brother and I were the only ones who had read the books. Sadly, this is still true, but on the way home my Dad (who isn't into HP stuff at ALL and has a hard time keeping up with the Brittish lingo) was all 'That was actually a pretty good movie!'

I was so happy, because a second later he was asking about 'that Sirius guy' (he remembered the name, which is a big step for him) and where he had seen him before. Being a huge Gary Oldman fan, I quickly tell him about Air Force One and he's all 'oh yeah- he was awesome in this movie!' and I was in the car secretly chattering about how AWESOME that day was!

Anyways, mom blurts out that I like 'the redhead' and my dad says, 'The REDHEAD? the one with the brunnett girl?' I was squealing like mad inside, he ACTUALLY picked up that they were a couple!

Well...GOING to be a couple!
For some reason I loved that line in OotP where Crookshanks killed the extendible ears and Hermione is all sheepish while everyone (here I noticed the twins glaring at her most- *swoon*) glares at her, and as it fades out Ron says 'I HATE your cat, Hermione...'
