Yeah, Harry Potter animated, it's just...wrong, so wrong. It's like when they try to make animes in live action, it's just so bad, it's not meant to be, it's boarding on unnatural.
And the movies have grown past Columbus at this point, DH would only be as half as good as it could be with him directing, which brings to Joss Whendon again.
Yes Miss, I do know who browncoats are. I respect them, but I hardly would count myself in their number. I love Joss Whendon because of his other, and first, cult masterpiece, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She and Harry are scarily alike in my opinion, because Joss and JK Rowling created their characters with out the influence of the other. Joss has said that he loves Harry Potter, but he made Buffy years before he picked up any of the books. I heard "death is your gift" echo in my head more than once when I was reading chapter 33 and 34 of DH.
Moon, Ron can be amazing sweet, and loyal in the most beautiful way, which is why we love him.

I've never seen Buffy but I've heard that Joss Whendon is a big fan of Harry and actually makes some references to it on the show... if I ever direct a show or a movie or something, I'll make sure to put a reference to HP, or something HP related in the background somewhere

Ron can be unexpectedly sweet and I think that's the sweetest way of 'sweet'. And he's a great friend to Harry and Hermione! WE LOVE YOU RON!

Don't worry Cristi. I had my exmas in Novemeber, and we wouldn't get the result's until the summer holidays (IE. Now). My Grandma asked when they would come, and i replied "Hopefully, never."

I've never watched "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". I don't think it's on TV here. But i've heard it's really good.

I would so relate stuff to HP. I do that anyway (All you have to do is look at my bedroom door-there's so many pictures and quotes on it).

There are Albus and Rose shippers? Aren't they cousins? It would be a little weird if those two were to hook up. I think Rose and Scorpius would be an interesting couple. I'd imagine that Scorpius would be a bad boy like his father, only not so hateful. I could see the whole good girl falling for the bad boy thing happening with Rose/Scorpius.

I've seen Driving Lessons and Rupert was really good in it. I didn't think of the Ron character once. He definitely has a future in acting. I haven't seen December Boys yet, so I really can't comment on Dan's acting outside of HP.

Complete faith in both, I have. Like Yoda, I talk. Yeah, it would be so great to be on the set that day, but I'm sure their will be a DVD feature on it, and that it will be talked about quite a bit.
Albus and Rose are first cousins, it's true. And not only that, they would have most likely spent a lot of time with one another because their parents are so close with one another, so they most likely see the other as a brother or sister. We know so little about Rose or Scorpius, so I don't see me being a shipper of them.
Cristi, there are HP references in Buffy, two I believe, one in "The Real Me," the other in the first episode of the seveth season.
Moon, your poem made me smile, it's funny. And Buffy is really good, it's awsome. I highly recomand it to everyone here.

I haven't seen much of Buffy, but I LOVE FireFly and Serenity. Also, I remember watching Doctor Who (not Joss made, but awesome all the same) and LOVING the HP stuff in 'The Shakespeare Code'. There's a bit where The Doctor says 'Oh, wait til you read book seven....I cried!' And this was before it came out, of course, and I was laughing SO hard!

Yeah, Rose/Albus is just WRONG....they're blood relatives!

I can see Ron and Hermione being such awesome parents! Ron will be the more 'fun' one and Hermione will have her fun moments....but I can see an argument or two about Ron not standing up with her about rules!

I loved to read Rup said he'd probably burst out laughing with Emma on the first takes of the kiss. LOL I can totally see them pulling that off, and I love Rupert so much, while reading Malfoy Manor for the first time, I could totally picture him playing the crying desperate Ron!

Oh, and just so you know, my Math score was terrible! (as well as my Physics score..!) It was really low and not even acceptable... ugh... oh well, at least I got to my next school year!

Rose/Scorpious? Aren't they like, distant relatives? Remember Sirius talking about his family tree in OotP? He said that he was related to the Weasleys by like a second marriage or something twice removed. He's also blood related to Draco Malfoy, so... they may not be blood (Rose and Scorpious) but that'd be weird, wouldn't it? Also, I can't see them getting together, either...I'm with Moon on this one.

Haha, yeah, I can see Ron being a really protective father, even if Rose doesn't get with Scorpious! Look how he is with Ginny! Hermione'd have a hard time controlling him!

That's one way to put it, i guess, lol. I'm nto sure i i do want to cheek-kiss, because even though we deserve it (Cut from OotP, come on ...) i'm not sure if it'd make sense. A lot of the Quidditch stuff will be happening in HBP insted of OotP. I think that's the problem. But then, they have to have Quidditch (Or at least a mention of it) because it's at the victory party Ron get's off with Lavender.

And we all know Lav-Lav is the key ingredient of RHr. Amazingly, i'm one of the few RHr-ers who don't hate her with a pashion. Because even though she may have wrecked the turning point for them, it helped show people that hermione really does care.

Haha, I just had my Calculus final today, and I'm pretty sure I only got maybe two questions right (I know you wrote this forever ago, but just trying to catch up with all of you!)



I can't say I ever hated Lavender, I just kind of felt bad for her because she got in a relationship with someone who was in love with someone else. But I can see how others might hate her, seeing as how it was because of her that R/Hr's relationship was postponed even more. But I do think that because Ron went out with her and saw Hermione's jealousy, it was because of this that maybe he finally realized that Hermione liked him back.

I don't hate Lavender either. I think she's...odd. And very cute-sy. I dislike that personality when it is so concentrated, but I have no problem with her. Really it was Ron's fault to be pushed into kissing by his sister....weird.

Also, he should've just snogged Hermione! *stares at own avatar lovingly*

The most funniest thing from lavender was when there was a loud squal of "Won-won!" and Lavender just comes hurtling out of nowhere and at Ron, who wasn't expecting it. I found it funn when h and Lavender broke up, Hermione was happy about it (even if she did try to hide it-us RHr-er's can see these things).

I got my exam results back, and i failed all of science expect for astronomy (But that doesn't matter, because i'm going to become a millionare, not a scientist-lol). But i passed all of Accounting (Amazingly) and i did ok in English.

This is reminding me of Hermione and her exam result's. I don't freak out that much (Actualy, i hardily freaked at all-i just said "I'm not opening it" and left it at that).

I stumbled across another RHr thread on another site where they were answering rendom questins about RHr. Like really random questions. Like "Who would win a staring contest?" and "How did they chose the name's "Rose" and "Hugo"?"

But one i want to know is ... darn it, i can't remember what i was going to say. I hate that.

Aw, math is not that bad guys. I love everything about it, except for Calculus. I was so lost in that class that I had to drop it. I don't know why I took it in the first place. Bad memories. History was probably my worst subject. I knew that it was important to learn the subject, but it was just sooo boring to me. Back on topic...

I don't hate Lavender at all. Her relationship with Ron was absolutely hysterical to me. R/L's relationship finally made Ron and Hermione realize that they had true romantic feelings for one another. It had to happen.

I am not going to lie. I'm going to have a problem with seeing the Ron/Lavender kissing scenes in the HBP movie. I just might have to turn my head away from the screen a couple of times. I won't be able to take it. Yep, it's the jealousy speaking.

I love Rupert's hair in both GOF and OOTP. I think I like OOTP's a tiny bit more because it allows us to see more of his beautiful face. His hair is just so beautiful.

Hey guys! It feels like I haven't posted here in forever! I've been on the site, but I forgot to post here! How could I?

Well, I guess I'm one of those R/Hr shippers who does hate Lavendar. I don't know... I was just looking forward to them getting together in the 6th book and then Lavendar had to come and steal Ron. I wouldn't hate her as much if she wasn't snogging Ron every second she got. At first I was funny, but after a while it got a bit annoying.

I like how when Ron and Lavendar break up, Hermione is all happy. But, when Harry asks her why, she just says something about how it's a nice day. I can't wait until the 6th movie! HeRon4Ever, I totally agree with you. I don't think I'm going to like seeing the Ron/Lavendar scenes in the move. I'm going to have to look away or close my eyes or something!

For some reason, I like Rupert's hair best in the first two films and I hate it in the fourth!

I won't really have much of a problem seeing it on screen, but i can tell you this-i'l be giggling the whole way through. I just tend to do that, whenever there's a funny couple (IE. Ron and Lavender) on screen. I giggle uncontrolably.

But i can't wait for HBP and to see all our RHr-goodness.

I think you either love math or hate math. It seems to work out that way! I don't like History either, unless it's a certain subject or uncovering bones in archeology or something.

I get really red when it comes to stuff like kissing on HP movies. Ron/Lavender is going to be terrible for me. It's mainly because of Rupert...everyone in my house knows that I think he's adorable (and my mother does, too, but in the 'aw, he's a cute little redhead' kind of way) and awesome and all that, and that'll be...awkward. I pray to the good Lord that we see it in theaters first (because it's all dark, and because I don't wanna wait)!

This is supposedly the funniest movie out of all of them, and i can sort of see why. Like Harry's inner battles (Ginny? Ron?) and Hermione's "Must. Kill. Lavender." Ron's "Romilda Vane *Swoon*" and Lavender's "*snogsnogsnog*".

All in all, quite funny. Add all the RHr-ness and well, it's like we're on cloud nine.

Is another wondering what kind of RHr pictures we'll get before the movie? I'm hoping for a picture of Hermione looking "No-i'm fine with it-i'm really really fine!"

Just something i was wdonering-we all know Hermione, as a muggleborn, knows mroe about muggles as Ron does. So when it comes to telling bedtime stories, do we think Hermione would tell "Cinderella" and what-not, or revert to "Babbity-Rabbity"? Because Ron i see being fasinated by Cinderella (Hey-he thought it was an illness).

Oh! I love discussing Ron/Hermione as parents! Yes, I can see them raising their kids with a nice mix of muggle and wizard stories! And I can see Ron reacting to the story right along with Rose. But I also think he'd try and interupt with things like 'but we can't turn pumpkins into carriages!' ('Ron!' Hermione would hiss).

I think they would be home schooled, Apple. Most wizard children are. I think JKR said it. I can't recall when. But if wizard kids show magic signs early, it can freak out muggle kids. So parents generally home school their kids somehow to keep an eye on them. I can see Hermione being a nice (but a bit strict) teacher to her kids. Partially because they've got small money...and Ron wouldn't let Harry pay for a tutor. But Ron would become an Auror eventually, so...

Nooo, Ron can't stay poor forever!
That wouldn't be fair at all.
He would probably get a bunch of galleons from the ministy or something... not loads and loads, he wouldn't be rich but he wouldn't have to check every penny twice.
It wouldn't change him, but at least that care would be off his mind.
Cause you could really tell though out the series that Ron had difficulty with the fact that he was poor... Soooo, he's not anymore!
I just always figured he'd have enough money as the story 'went on'.

I think Ron would have more money, since he'd be an Auror and all. Probally ended up being high up in the department too, as he gets older.
I could see Ron and Hermione's kids going to school though, since Hermione would want them to be able to mix with Muggles, since, of course, half of the kids' family is Muggles. But being homeschooled works too.
I wonder if Hermione would tell the kids the Grimm's verison of Cinderella, German childeren's stories are so violent. But, I like them anyway.

I can definitely see Hermione homeschooling the kids, with Hugo uninterested and sometimes getting a bit restless, and Rose asking a bunch of questions and being snappish to little Hugo
i definitely laugh at the thought of the whole clan sitting in the kids' room, listening to Cinderella, while Ron looks confused and keeps interupting, and Rose and Hugo keep saying "SHHHH!" and Ron looking affronted! typical evening in the Granger-Weasley household
