I just read the article on the main site where Naomi Watts, Fiennes, and Townsend are confirmed for HBP. I'm WAY excited over it. Watts will be playing Narcissa, and I'm glad for that. She'll look VERY striking against Bonham-Carter's Bella. That'll be a great opening scene, won't it?

The article didn't confirm who the other two were playing, but here are my predictions. I think Townsend will be playing a younger Tom Riddle, and I think that Fiennes will be playing Greyback. Too bad Voldemort is lacking in the HBP movie. . . the brothers won't be in the same film yet!

I heard oposite of that. The actors said they were not doing the parts, but who knows?

Well I'm glad Ralph Fiennes is definately attatched! And I think Naomi Watts is a good choice for Narcissa. Do you know if Helena Bonham Carter is still playing Bellatrix? I hope so ... she was definately my favourite actress in Order of the Phoenix. I absolutely love her!

Yes, I think I've heard that she definately IS returning to play Belatrix! Im sooo glad! I think she was amazing in OOP movie... she stole the limelight! It'll be great to see her again in HBP if the rumours are indeed true!

i think if their keeping Bonham Carter as bellatrix for the deathly hallows it would be rediculous to have a different actress playing her in half blood prince. she was one of the best actresses in order of the phoenix and so i don't see any reason why she should change.

as for the other supposed places-well i think as long as they get into character they;ll be great.

Does anyone know if the same guys will be playing Seamus and Dean? I would like to know that, especially since Ginny has a relationship with Dean. I am only assuming here that that will be a part of the movie. I have read that Naomi Watts has denied being cast as Narcissa. I am up in the air about whether she will be good for the part. Physically she fits her description, but I wonder if she will fulfill the personality as Draco's mother. Just my opinion.

I read yesterday that Bohnam Carter is coming back for HBP. She will be doing her part of the filming in the Spring.

I read the rumor of Naomi Watts playing Narcissa, too--I'm glad to hear she's denied it, I can't imagine her as the part; she's perfect appearance-wise, but I'll always think of her as the mom from The Ring (so in my mind, she's way too young to be Narcissa ), and I just can't see it...They need someone less well-known, in my opinion--and someone taller, NW is too short, she's only like 5'5 (according to imdb.com).

I heard that helena bonham carter is definately coming back but she cant do her parts until spring 2008 because she is pregnant again! i cant beleive she is having another baby! she is perfect for the part im so glad she is coming back she is awesome and simply gorgeous!

Oh, Cate Blanchett would be great, I think. I did not know that Helena Bonham Carter was pg again. I guess that explains why I read she would be doing her filming in the Spring. I wonder if her and Tim Burton will ever get married. Anyhow, I love her as Bellatrix, she is perfect in that part. She looks and acts just as I had pictured Bellatrix. I still like the idea of Cate playing Narcissa. Like others on here, I just don't see Naomi Watts as Narcissa. The Ring ruined her for me. Just can't picture her in the part.
