I just recently went to see UltraViolet. It was pretty good, the action scenes were amazing (as expected from Kurt Wimmer, director of Equilibrium) but the acting could have been better. I love Mila Jovovich, but there was something missing from her role as Violet. The child in the movie (6 is his name) wasn't great either. He was supposed to be silent and omnious in a depressing kind of way. I mean, it was depressing... because he was so bad.
I'd recommend it if you're feeling a bit violent, but if you don't want to waste $9 on a movie wait until you can rent it.

I went to see Aquamarine with a few of my friends on Sunday to celebrate my birthday. It was cute. I really like Sara Paxton. I love her show Darcy's Wild Life. Anyway, Aquamarine was really cute. A bit cheesy and times, but what can you expect? It's about a mermaid who comes to the land looking for love!

The acting was good, in my honest opinion, and my friends and I have picked up a few new words to use in code! "Bull shark" and "barnacle"! hahaha. Oh, I also love the blue in Sara/Aqua's hair.

God I got to go out. The last film I went to see was GoF, I Saw it on the 18th, 20th, 21st and then on the 24th of November, I havent been to the cinema since.....How depressing. I do want to see the pink pantha. I had this giant (7ft tall) pink panth toy as a child, I found it outside on the street and screamed until my mum had to shamefully pick it up (Hey I was 5years old,,,lol) it was so big i loved it.

oh my god I just remembered when i was that young my mum couldnt drive, so she had to carry this 7ft pink pantha down the street, just to shut me up.My sister is over and she is laughing so much, because she can recall what a struggle it was having to lift this huge toy and how many times it was dropped, until our mum just simply dragged it down the road. My sister said at one point as our mum was dragging this pink pantha I had actually got on to it (I vaguely remember this) it took ages before our mum turned around and realised that she was giving me a free ride, up the hill. (I have a stitch now through laughing so much) as for my sister she is finding it difficult to catch her breath she is laughing so much
nothing to do with films, but had to share it....my poor mum.....I was a nightmare child.

The last movie I saw at the movies was Narnia, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wordrobe. I didn't really like it and the highlight was my friend being sick over her and her boyfriend. It wasn't funny then but it is now.
I want to go and see The Pink Panther!

The last movie I saw at the theatre was, of course, Goblet of Fire. But before that I saw The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Both very good, though I was a little upset at the plot change of GoF.

I actually just saw Fun with Dick and Jane which was actually better than I thought it would be. It had funny bits. Jim Carrey was in it, and I love him, so it was all right. It's just a light comedy you know.

Eh...I saw Pink Panther last, and well, couldn't stand it.

I left the theater at the egg-choking incident, I couldn't take it. They totally ruined the originals which I absolutely adore.
Anyways, the weekend before last I saw the Hills Have Eyes. REally creepy movie, actually probably the most goriest piece of work I've ever some across, but it really lacked a plot. Then again, I'm into the fantasy movies not scary, so maybe it just wasn't my thing.
What I've been begging to be taken to is V for Vendetta. Looks like a pretty good movie, but I said that about Memoirs of a Geisha and that movie was the worst I've seen since Shallow Hal.

Yeah, Pink Panther didn't live up to it's namesake. But then, I didn't really expect it to.
I heard V for Vendetta was really good, definitely on my list of things to see.
This weekend I saw "She's the Man" and "Failure To Launch". Yes, there were girls involved, so don't go making any cracks 'bout my movie choices.
Anyways, She's the Man was absolutely horrible from beginning to end, definitely not worth the 20 bucks it cost me. Oh, the things us guys'll do...
Failure to Launch was alright, pretty much the same as any other Matthew whatshisname movies. You do get to see Terry Bradshaw naked, though, so I guess if old guys do it for you, then you're in.

I saw V For Vendetta last night. It was pretty good. Did you know that voice, not sure about the actual actor, behind the mask is Hugo Weaving? Agent Smith from the Matrix and Elrond from the Lord of the Rings...don't worry, that doesn't affect the story whatsoever...If you want details let me know...
Of course, before I saw that the last movie I saw was Goblet of Fire...haven't really had time you know...
In one scene one of the characters is thinking about the past, present, and future and it shows flashbacks and forwards...just pay close attention to them. And I think there needs to be prequel now just to explain something about V.

Last movie I saw would have been.... Brokeback Mountain.

That is one of the best movies ever! Its so sad though, I almost cried. I'm so excited, it comes out on DVD this Tuesday, April 4th! Buy it! Same with Lacuna Coil's Karmacode.

Admittedly, I'm not too much of a cinema person myself. I'd rather enjoy a movie on dvd in the comfort of my own home.
I did see Date Movie about a month ago. I thought it was rubbish. Quite vulgar and crude, definitely a waste of my money I'm sorry to say.
I'm probably going to see V for Vendetta, I've heard it's marvellous.

I want to see "V" so badly, but I am a total wimp when it comes to horror movies...
The last movie I saw...hm...I don't go to the movies very much...I think that last one I saw was Cheaper By the Dozen 2, which was much better than the first one.

V for Vendetta wasn't a horror movie

I guess the mask threw you off...
It was more like an action movie, but with a different twist on it. Its set in the future...maybe 20 years from now...in the UK. Er...I won't go into any details because I don't want to give anything away, but I definitley recommend it.

Well, I just saw Scary Movie 4 today!
It was pretty funny. Of course, the Scary Movies in general aren't that worthwhile besides a few laughs, but I guess I enjoyed this one. It wasn't the greatest movie in the world [obviously], but atleast it wasn't as horrid as Date Movie! Some of the spoofs on War of the Worlds and The Grudge were really hilarious!

I really enjoyed Pride and Prejudice,I absolutely love it! I have watched Pink Panther; Yours,Mine and Ours which was ok.
I have also watched Ice Age 2 which was so funny, that damn squirrel!
I guess I have'nt really seen many of the latest movies cos the release dates here are much later than other places...
Though I personally believe that Pride and Prejudice is the best besides GoF!I'm a **** for romance!

Wheeeeeee, I'm on a roll this weekend!
I just saw the Benchwarmers, and it was sooo hilarious!
It was a Napoleon Dynamite type of movie, not to mention that it had Jon Heder in it! I really enjoyed it, it was silly and I guess I could relate to being a 'benchwarmer'
I'd recommend watching it, very funny.

The last movie I saw was the Da VINCI CODE
I have a lot of expectations in this movie considering that it was directed by Ron Howard and Tom Hanks was in the lead role. No tomention the book was an international bestseller.
Plus the movie was almost not shown here in the Philippines because they said that it contains blasphemous acts and it directly attacks the Catholic Church.
But sad to say I was really disappointed
Because like in most of the book-to-movies movies I saw the directors/moviemakers, tends to alter some details in the story. And honestly, from my point of view, it's not that controversial.

I saw the Da Vinci Code too. I had read the book a few times and had high expectations of the film. I thought it was long and lacked the pace and suspense of the book but I'm glad I went to see it all the same. I'm off to see X-men 111 this week so I'll keep you posted.

Here I am again!
I've now seen DaVinci Code and X-Men 3 and I ave to say that DaVinci Code was good, maybe it' better to not have already read the book like me but I'm a bit disappointed about X-Men 3. It was like a two hours movie cut down to 1,5 hours. And Angel wasn'treally connected to the others, was he?
Okay, don't wanna tell you too much if you didn't see the movie right now...

Saw the Da Vinci Code last night. I really didn' think much of it. Tom Hanks was really weak, as was Alfred Molina. But i think Audrey Tautou, Paul Bettany and Ian McKellan did well...it's such a poorly written plot though, in the book the only think was that Langdom had a tiny bit of charisma, and there was some chemistry between him and Sophie...none of this came off in the film....

I did go see The DaVinci Code recently. I have to say, the book was so much better than the movie! And I do think that
Angels and Demons would have made a better movie, but there was so much hype and controversy around
The DaVinci Code, and well, money talks right.
I took my daughter to see Over the Hedge on Tuesday. It was cute. I expected a bit more since it was made by the same folks who put together Shrek. It did have a few funny moments, but nothing to write home about.

I saw United 93 tonight. It was a really good movie, and it's generally sympathetic without being condescending. However as in all Greengrass movies, he's using hand held cameras and shcking close ups, and the tension and violence is quite extreme. It's not for the faint hearted, but it's a very profound movie, which really has to be seen to be understood.

I also just saw X-Men III and overall I liked it, it is not that good of a movie but it was ok, I loved all the mutants and I think it's a movie worth seeing, it's good for hanging out.
I really hope there isn't another movie, there are rumours that there is going to be a Magneto's movie and I believe them a little because in the end of this one there is a scene where Magneto shows power after his' is supossedly "taken away"
I'm saying I hope there isn't another because I think they should leave us with the big doubt and that's what makes movies memorable in my opinion

This is so embarassing but very true. The last movie I saw in the cinemas was
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I just haven't found time to go see a movie because of how hectic school was and the fact that whenever I plan to watch any movie, something keeps coming up with either me or the persons who I'm suppose to see it with.

I really want to watch the Da Vinci Code but it's R18 in my country, so I have to yet again wait for the DVD. Xmen: The Last Stand, I really want to watch, but most of my friends don't follow the X-men or they already watched it. It bites being me right now. Hehe.

I saw Benchwarmers about a week ago. I really liked it, and I think that after seeing it, a lot of unpopular kids will have better self-esteems. It prooved that you don't have to be popular, or rich, or good-looking to be good at something, and that you should always be nice to those who are less fortunate than you are. I give it a 10, it was really good.

I saw The Break-up last weekend, and I thought the ending was terrible. I sat through the whole moving "thinking" that I knew what the ending would be, seeing as most movies are pretty obvious. But the ending was horrible, why even make a movie with all that, if it's just gonna end like it did. Whatever, I wanted to see Nacho Libre, but a lot of people are saying that it was bad, so I don't know...

I go to the movies a lot. The last movie I saw was The Breakup. It's the one with Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaugn. It was really good. I'll give it 4 out of 5 stars, since, although it was implied that they would get back together, you didn't actually see them get back together. I'm going to see The Lake House on Friday. I really want to see Superman!!!

The last movie I saw at the cinema was Over the Hedge. Which was quite a good movie. Me and my friend couldn't figure out the plot line though....we know what the moral is! But the plot was kinda hidden for us. I think it's just a kids movie - with some adult bits thrown in. And since we're both adults....well it was good anyway. I'm going to see Cars next, then Pirates 2. I also want to see Hoodwinked and the one about a Monster house....could be called Monster House....not sure.

Last Tuesday I saw Omen 666. It was OK. Well, it was good, the performances were good, but as a remake it didn't really do much that was new compared to the original. Mia Farrow creeped me out!
To me the cool part was that it had three Harry Potter actors in it--David Thewlis (I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy!--bow down to the Thewlis!--can anyone tell I have a slight crush on the Thewlis? You can't tell that, can you?), Michael Gambon, and Pedja Bjelac, who looks very nice without the nasty Karkaroff teeth! lol

I just saw Click with Adam Sandler this weekend. It was pretty funny at points, but it had less humor than I thought it would. And it was actually really sad at one point too. I was out with my friends so I had to look away from the screen so I wouldn't cry. I hate crying in front of people...but anyway...it was a pretty good movie. Went out today (yippee) and saw Superman Returns. A very nice "reintroduction" to Superman. . .fitting in after the first movie. Lots of action; a little slowish in the beginning (and I mean that literally, not very slow, but slower than the rest of the movie). Acting was great on the whole; I even managed to like James Marsden, which is saying something. Spacey is an EXCELLENT Lex Luther. Sends shivers down my spine, he was so good in that role! Brandon Routh was a convincing man of steele; and they did a wonderful job matching him to the "look." He was expressive where he could be, impenetrable when he should have been, vulnerable when appropriate . . .and I could TOTALLY tell that he was Clark Kent, too!

The look of the film was great as well, the sets and effects well defined and maintained a consistency throughout. The 4.2 million dollar scene was probably worth the 4.2 million dollars to create-still made me cringe. It was a very tense movie. . .I need a shoulder massage now! One of my complaints is the lack of dialogue. Not a big deal, I guess. . .but it seems that they started a lot of things that never got finished.
Worth a trip to the cinema.
