HHmm...I don't recall any moment like that. Perhaps it was an edited-out scene after the fight in the Department of Mysteries? Where he's sad about Sirius? I'm not sure...he's not exactly crying, either... just teary-eyed...

I think it will be a deleted scene - they did this with GoF when there was a pic of the trio walking down a hillside, and they swapped it for the scene in the courtyard when Hermione says "Everything's going to change now, isn't it?". That was included in the deleted scenes too.

I have seen a few images that haven't appeared in the films. The other day I was buying one of the OotP posters and the image behind the display box, shows Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Luna and Ginny flying on broomsticks...not thestrals!

What a big mess up that was! There were also a bunch of posters that had 'Order of the Raven' on them. Somebody REALLY screwed up, there, too.

Let's just be happy we didn't end up with Order of the Raven, eh? Phoenix sounds much better.

So weird...Oh well I can't wait for Ootp DVD, it will sure include the pensieve scene (it was filmed after all, wasn't it?)

and I've never seen that pic with them flying on broomsticks, but I've heard about it...wish I could see it!

Judging by the cuts and stuff on Dan's face, I'm going to say that it was after the Ministry of Magic. And judging by the teary-eyed look, I'm going to say it was after Sirius died. I've never seen that picture before.

And what's this about deleted scenes? On my GoF DVD, there are no deleted scenes or added features at all.

i think that looks like it's from PoA, after he sneaks away from Hagrid's pumpkin patch with Hermione. i could be wrong though... is he really crying? i didn't see any tears.

it is from after the battle in the ministry of magic... bellatrix has just killed sirius.
lupin is holding harry back and then after that you see that bit... i think

I don't think so.. because we see a window or scenery behind him and we know there's no greenery in the Department of Myserities.

I think that if that was in the movie, it's when Dumbledore spends a whole chapter or in the movie's case about a minute [I know, I know, slight exaggeration, but it just bothered me] explaining to Harry the reason why Voldemort wants him. Harry's teary-eyed right before that scene occurs, before his anger comes, or right after.

But that's IF it's in the movie, it could have gotten cut as many of you said.

Maybe Dan is behind a green screen? Not every set we see in the movie is built physically/tangibly anyway. It would be too expensive.

cant be neither order of the phoenix nor order of the raven (LOOOOL) because he had a really bad hair cut in OOTP and I know that I really disliked it...must be a former movie therefore..because the hair was so bad that I do remember it..
