Do we know how tall any of the characters are? JK Rowling throws around the word "tall" an awful lot when describing characters, but to my knowledge no one's exact height is set in stone. So exactly how tall do you vision certain characters stand (at their peak height)? Here are some of my estimations, feel free to add more characters.

Harry Potter: 6'0"/1.84 m
Draco Malfoy: 6'1"/1.86 m
Albus Dumbledore: 6'6"/1.99 m
Ron Weasley: 6'4"/1.93 m
Tom Riddle: 6'2"/1.88 m
Rubeus Hagrid: 9'0"/2.75 m
Severus Snape: 5'8"/1.73 m
Sirius Black: 6'3"/1.91 m
Remus Lupin: 5'10"/1.78 m

I thought Harry was like 5'11 but in the book it says that he was 6'0. It also say somewhere that bellatrix was taller than him. weird.

Harry's height is particularly confusing because in the books it always refers to him as "small and skinny for his age" so I would be led to believe that he would be like 5'8". But then Rowling describes James as tall, like above 6' or so, and in the seventh book it says that Harry is the same height as his dad, so I dunno...

Interesting topic. I just kind of picture the characters in my mind but I havn't really though of specifics before. Here is a couple.

Harry - 5 10, I picturd him a bit shorter even but Hermione says he had grown a foot over the summer between 5th and 6th years.

Interesting topic, i picture harry a little taller than most of you it seems, i think he was like 5'8-5'9 in book 5, but it says he grows alot ao i picture him more around 6'0. Anyway, here is what i think

All I know is that Ron is taller than Harry and Hermione. Remember he was the first one to get to the Lovegood door because he was so tall and he had to be the one giving Harry a boost when trying to reach the cup.

Yes, I agree with AryaForce. Ron's pretty tall, and Rupert fits him very well. He's so fit ...Sorry. But anyway, I think Harry in DH would be about 5'6, Hermione 5'6, Ron 5'9.
