Indeed but when Voldemort posses Harry it was more clearly green.But in GoF his eyes were green [in the dream perfect apperance of his eyes].But anyways I'm not complaining

Yeah it really annoys me how they make his eyes blue but I suppose it's not their fault. Dan tried wearing green contact lenses before the first movie but he was allergic to them and they were very uncomfortable for him so they just had to stick with his blue eyes.
I know that Harry's eyes are quite important in the book and everybody loves making references to them because they are the same as Lily's but it's better having a Harry with blue eyes than a Harry who's eyes are green, but all sore and uncomfortable right?
