Who here listens to the Killers?

I like the Killers. I haven't heard that much of their stuff, but what i have heard is pretty good.

here now is a topic i like will i love the killers they are so cool . Judging from my sig your probably think why wil a girl like me even like the killers. Simple i just do lol you might think iam all bad cause i love the guys on my sig and they are hardcore punk but i still have a soft side to that kind of music lol

i have actually never heard of the killers before in my life. but i am sorta into the stuff that Green Day has and Good Charlotte as well so i basically like all kinds of music. I know even classical i mean it isn't that bad actually once you start to listen to it for a while i mean my dad listens to classical and got me into it. the one thing i don't like is like heavy metal that stuff i think is soo stupid. all you can here is like screaming and the bass. i don't think that bass is that bad i mean i get enough screaming at home between me and my dad but hey it works.

I've been listening to the killers since april 2004, i got their cd hot fuss on july 9th last year, and today, the 15th, is the cd's 1 year anniversary! I like the UK video for Mr Brightside better than the American one... Gotta love the indie hair! And someone told the guitarist dave, I was his #1 fan in iowa. They sent me a poster signed by them all but Mark.... Anyone here got to The Killers Network Forums?

The killers are great, I really love their song "smile like you mean it" I’ve had their cd for like 2-3 months now and its still one of my favorite cd's. I tend to get sick of listing to the same band over and over after a while but am still listing to them!

Ooo, the Killers are great. They have got such a different sound and style. My favorite song is probably 'Can I change your mind'. It reminds me of the theme song for Final Fantasy 9.

Great song. And has anyone heard them preform live? Originally I don't think they were that good. But I saw them at Live 8 the other day and Brandon Flowers sounded AWESOME.

i havent seen them live, but i know what they sound live live... have lots of their live stuff, and watch KROQ almost acustic Christmas...in 2 days i would have had my killers cd for ayear! yay i'm so happy, i actually remember the day i got it!

How are their live shows though? From the reviews I hear Brandon Flowers is quite the preformer.

I just LOVE The Killers! They are amazing and so good live, seen them a couple of times now! They were the highlight of Glastonbury this year along with The Zutons!

Oh and it helps that Brandon Flowers is an absolute fittie, mmmm, and he wears eyeliner too! Guys in eyeliner rule!

I Really am a big fan of 80s synth rock, and The Killers have that sound that is completely fresh and unlike anyone else. I know everyone likes Mr. Brightside, but it is my favorite song by them. Hands down.

You are my Harry Potter family, so I wouldn't lie to you guys. My aunt married Brandon Flowers uncle. So that makes us step-cousins right? I haven't really seen him, except at the wedding. I got back-stage at the Salt Lake City, Utah concert. But other than that I haven't seen him, but isn't that fantastic?

I like The Killers, I mean they are pretty good. My favorite song is "Smile Like You Mean It." "Mr.Brightside" and "Someboday told me" are okay, but everyone has heard them. I like the not very well known stuff.

Yeah I saw this too, I was hoping that they'd win at least something but they got two, well they do deserve it. The performance was great too, I would of thought they'd have performed Read my mind to promote it..has anyone seen the video for that? What's with the giant green thing?

Yeah they really did deserve it!!! And no actually I haven't seen their new video!! I love Brandon Flowers aswell!!! My big sister doesn't like him as much now because of his moustache .

Well the new video is rather strange. There's a green thing, and it brushes it's teeth on one part...maybe it would make more sense if I knew what it was. Lol his moustache yeah, when I first saw it I was scared but I've gotten used to it. It sort of suits him - In a Freddy Mercury type way haha.
Oh why did he stand at the back when the guys got there second Brit award, I was hoping he would speak, damn what a disappointment!

I went to a concert they did here in Mexico City and it was the best! I completely fell inlove with Ronnie Vanucci(the baterist) and Bradon did very well, but he didn't interact with the audience much

I love their new Cd and think their new looks are much more mature (which suits their new cd).

Mmm.. the Killers are great. I love their song Read my Mind. I know that is pretty much their most common and well known song, but I think it is great. I absolutely love the line in Read my Mind that says "the stars are shining like rebel diamonds, cut out of the sun when you read my mind"

i was just looking at the "favorite song" forum, and i didn't see a single person who said they liked a killers song. so then i went back to the "TV and media" section, and i saw "The Killers"..! and i was just like "YES!"...

see, i'm obsessed with the killers right now. i could NOT live without them.

I'd just like to give a special thanks to the killers for that 'don't shoot me santa' video. i had a funny christmas listening to that. but enough about me, who saw the NME awards, the killers won international band, and the clip they showed when they won the award seemded to brighten up the experience since i was starting to fall asleep through it.

If I could get away with a one liner that's all I'd post but since I can't...

I first heard about the Killers on MTV where I saw the video for ... I can't even remember the name of the song. I sort of liked it at first but the more I heard it the more it grated on my brain (ugghhh horrible thought).
Now I sit in front of the telly and take the mickey out of the lead singer because he holds his arms all weird in that video.

Love the killers they are a really great band. Mr.Brightside is one of my favorite songs. Their music videos are just as good as their hit songs. I hear they are also amazing in concert. I really want to see them live! Love the Killers!!!!

I hadn't realized that I had been spinning (RPM) to one of the songs by The Killers for the past few weeks. I finally asked my instructor about a particular track that I like. It turns out to be one by The Killers called, "Human". I really love that song!

I love The Killers! They were introduced to me in sixth class when they played Mr. Brightside at our graduation, making me all emotional (showing progress through school). Ever since then I've been listening to them. My favourites are Mr. Brightside, Somebody Told Me, Human and Jenny Was A Friend of Mine.

I absolutelly love the killers they are an amzing band with amazing lyrics. I've been to two of their concerts and they have never failed. Brandon is an amazing live performer... It's only natural.
