Oh goodness!! I am in love with GD!!!

My mom has bought me their new album, but I haven't had a listen to it yet because well, she's so far away from me!

As for their new single (Boulevard of Broken Dreams) it's awesome! I love the music video for it.. Billie Joe Armstrong is just to die for, hehe. I love some of their old songs as well, like "Basket Case".. which is a classic song.

OMG thank god i am not the only person in this world that is in love with green day and Billie Joe Armstrong even tho i am not obsessed but he ROX big time man. YAY i wish that i had the cd but i have like NO money to buy ne thing i couldn't even get my parents christmas gifts either.

I know some of it! HA! This girl on my bus listens to it, and when she sings her songs on the CDs, we all learn them (whether we want to or not! ). But Green Day is cool.

I really like Green Day, I heard 2 of their older songs this week. It was weird, and I watched one of the music videos, and they looked so young and different. I was like wow.

I never really liked greenday but i have been listening to the radio (109.7) alot latley and they play their song bolavuard of broken dreams alot and i really am starting to like them

On the stations I listen to, all I hear is 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams'. I remember one day, they played the song about 6 times, on a whole bunch of different stations though, but still. I think it is starting to get a little over played.... But I still like the song.

It's great that they're more popular now, but their new songs are getting overplayed, and it's getting annoying...I'm not too fond of them either.

I love their old stuff though, like "Basket Case" (1994), "Waiting" (2001), "Time of Your Life (Good Riddance)" (1997), "Welcome to Paradise" (1994), etc.

And from those years, you can see that they've been around for quite a while.

I only saw them on Vh1 (a station that plays music...kind of like what MTV used to be ) a couple of weeks ago and was like "Wow"...they were playing 'American Idiot' and it was great...my friend promised to lend me their CD...weeks ago....shows a lot of her personality just kidding lol Contendah

i would have to say that the stations that i listen too like never play any of the songs by Green Day so i don't think that any of their songs have been overplayed yet. but there is this song on the CD and there is a part that says "Am i retarded or am i just overjoyed" and i love that part it is like the best part of that song.

o yeah that song is like the best new song that they have at the moment. their best old song i think is Time of your Life (good riddence) that song rocks.

Billie looks beautiful with eyeliner...lol yes, guys can look beautiful I think their best older song is "Longview"...the one they preformed at Time Square on New Years Eve (Well, right after the ball dropped). BOBD is an awesome song, yes, but my favorite song on their newest cd is "Holiday"

yeah i was also young when they came out. i can remember asking my sister if i could listen to her GD cd and she said that it wasn't something that i should be listening to b/c of how old i was at the time. it was their first CD and i stil have it

I do like GreenDay. I avoid listening to pop radio stations, so I don't have the problem of hearing over-played songs. With this new album, they definitely brought the punk back into their music.

(Punk music was politically charged when it first arrived in the 1970s.)
