I was rereading DH again last night and I realized how important the Seven Potters part was. I mean, it caused the deaths of Mad-Eye and Hedwig, It made Harry's wand do something strange, it told everyone that Voldemort could fly, and it raised a lot of questions. Here are some of my questions: Where was Charlie? Was Stan Shunpike under the Imperius Curse? Was Mundungus the sneak? Where were the Malfoy's?

Please tell me what you think about all this.

alright lets see if i can answer all your questions...

--charlie was probably still in romania doing other stuff for the order, not everyone could have come to get harry
--stan was probably under the imperius curse, i don't have the book with me but it says something like he had a blank expression or something
--snape was the one who told the dath eathers the actual date and the order the plan to use decoys on dumbledore's orders...dumbledore thought it would be suspisius if snape didn't tell voldemort the actual date and then he confounded mundungus into telling everyone the plan of decoys to keep harry safe.
--i don't know where narcissa and draco were but lucius was not allowed to chase because voldemort took his wand (he thought it would salve the twin core problem.

The whole Malfoy family was very much in disgrace after the MOM incident. I don't think LV would use Narcissa anyway. Ususally, she wasn't in a lot of the action.
As for Mundungus, he just panicked, being in front of moody, and not wanting to do it anyway, he just fled. He was a toerag, but an innocent one.

1)Where was Charlie? Charlie,probaly still in Romania,getting ready to leave his dragons to come down for Bill and Fleur's wedding.

2)Was Stan Shunpike under the Imperius Curse? Yes,at one point he was. Thats how he got the idea for the 7 Potters.

3)Was Mundungus the sneak? Nahh,I dont think so.

4)Where were the Malfoy's? Probaly in hiding or doing some work for LV.

fallen ashes i think you're a little confused stan shunpike, the conductor of the noght bus probably was under the imperius curse but what does that have to do with the idea of the seven potters? it was mundungus who was cunfounded into thinking it was his idea to have seven harry's

stan shunpike was one of the death eaters that chased harry, mondungus fletcher had the idea for the seven potters.
Did anyone else notice that the first two people to live both die in the book. I think it was Mad-Eye and then Fred.

oh and mundungus didn't really have the idea, dumbledore's picture told snape to suggest it to mundungus and make him think it was his idea
