Hello, authors! As you know from the rules, all fanfictions must be updated regularly. We ask that no more than a month go by before you update your fic. We tend to be lenient and give people more than that amount of time, but after awhile, the forum gets bogged down by a bunch of inactive fics.

If your fic is in this forum, it is because it has not been updated within a reasonable amount of time and is in que for deletion. Fics in this forum will be deleted one month after they are put here.

We will no longer be sending out PMs or posting closure notices into your fanfictions. You are responsible for your fanfiction, and the staffing team is not held responsible for deleted fanfictions.

To get your fic reopened, please PM any Moderator (Wizengamot). They will be able to reopen your fic and move it to the appropriate forum. When you PM them, include the TITLE of your fic. The fic MUST be updated in at least a month of being reopened.

If your fic is completed or if it was a one-shot, PM a Moderator immediately to get your fic moved to the archives.

Again, it is up to the authors to keep track of their fics. You've been given adequate warning and adequate time to PM, so please do not PM a moderator if your fic is deleted.

If you have any questions regarding this process, please PM me.

After two months of waiting, giving everyone time to let a mod know if their fic was wrongly placed in here, I have deleted the fanfictions that were in this subforum.

If you find that your fic has been deleted, please do not cry outrage against us. Just make sure that you save your work on your computer, and please make sure you are posting and checking on the status of your fic frequently. We do have the month stipulation, but we usually allow a few more weeks to go by before your fic is marked for deletion. And we give adequate time before deleting the fic before we do it.

I cannot stress enough the importance of updating your fic regularly and letting a moderator know when your fic is completed. As the staff here is purely voluntary, I will not make them read through each fic to see if it is completed or not before marking it.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
