You remember in DH when Harry thinks there'll be weeks, months, and even years to talk. Well I wanna talk about that. wub.gif Well first when do you think they talked about it? What did they say? And Where did they talk? My thinking is maybe a month or so later. I think they talked about maybe what Ron, Hermione, and Harry did during that year. And I think they might've talked either at Hogwarts or the Weasley's. Give me your opinions!

I don't remember that bit...I'll be looking out for it when I re-read it soon.

I think that after Harry had a while to- for lack of a better word- rest he would start talking more about everything in a bit more detail. I thin he'd tell the important stuff, like the elder wand, early on...but wouldn't like doing so. He's a privet person. Ron and Hermione would probably start telling people information after he told them, so he wouldn't have to go through it again.

As far as stuff besides the war...lost loved ones...I doubt Harry would talk much about it for a while. I doubt he'd ever tell hardly anyone about 'The Forest Again'. Except maybe Ron, Hermione, and Ginny. They wouldn't tell anyone, I don't think. Perhaps he'd even just tell Ginny, ages later, when they were married...

I think that after something like that it would be difficult to talk about what they had all been through. I think it would be the hardest for Harry. I do believe that it would have happened. But, I think it might have taken a couple of years to really talk about it. Hermione would probably be the first to talk about it. She would want to rationalize everything and try to get the others to talk too. I just think that with the way Harry holds things in that it would take him a while to talk about everything he had been through.

Obviously, Harry would have to wait to talk to Ginny about anything until she got over the initial shock of Fred's death. After that, i'm pretty sure that he'd fill her in on everything, it'd be kind of hard not to. In fact, he might have to tell a few more people about the Horcruxes and everything. He did shout about them right before Voldy died.

They would just talk about everything that Harry went through the whole year and it shows that Harry is serious about a long term relationship with Ginny.

I just wanted to raise the question of Sirius' death. Bellatrix hit him with a RED light, the avada kedavra curse is green..?? So does this mean Sirius fell into the veil...and died there? That would explain why Lupin held Harry back....

Also, I wish Petunia had said something to Harry.

Jeez and the hold Snape thing...I wish Harry had him at his mercy or something.

I think Harry would probably need some time to get over it and to let it sink in before he talks about it. Then he would talk to everybody when he was ready. I'm guessing he probably told Ron and Hermione everything that he forgot or never thought too important to tell them, then he would talk to Ginny and tell her the whole story. And when they did talk, he would talk to her a couple of months later and I guess they would talk at the Burrow.

Now that you mention it, it does make sense in a way. It's a good theory. At first, I didn't pay attention that Bellatrix hit him with a Stunning spell, but as I went back and read it, it makes sense to me. So basically Sirius got hit with a Stunning spell and when he fell back he fell into the veil, which caused him to die.

If you read the book, it doesn't actually say that Bellatrix fires a red beam of light at him. The book says that two jets of light are fired, Sirius ducks the first one which is RED. Another jet of light then hits him squarley on the chest. The colour of the second jet of light is unknown, all we know is that the first one was red. However, by the reaction of Harry, it is fairly obvious that Bellatrix didn't use Avada Kedavra, as he is convinced that Sirius is still alive. So, we must assume that Bellatrix did use a stunner. My theory is that the archway in which you can step into to pass into the afterlife. The afterlife is what is beyond the veil. That would explain why Luna and Harry can hear voices behind the veil, because they have seen death, so they can hear the voices of the deceased whispering to them. The others, who have not seen death, hear nothing. So, when Bellatrix fired a stunner serious got shot through the archway into the afterlife. Does that clear things up a little? Be interested to know your thoughts.
