Heyy There Everyone.

Ok. I have read all the books and Pansy Parkinson is in all of them right. Then i look in GOOGLE IMAGES and she is there with her little black bob, But i have not once seen her in the movies if it wasnt or the books i would not have known she existed. Is this just me or have you all seemed to haved missed her in the movies too?

Just letting you know that I'm moving this topic to the general movie forums. I think it will fit better in there.

You're not the only one to notice the missing Pansy in the films. I think she was in the third film, though. She had the line "Does it hurt very much, Draco?" This was in the Great Hall after Draco had gotten out of the hospital wing after the Hippogriff incident. I think that's her. I don't recall her in the others, but I haven't really been looking.

She's only been in the third film, but you could see her a lot in that one. That is her that has the line "Does it hurt terribly Draco", but that is the only line she had. You can see her then, and when the Gryffindor's and the Slytherin's go to their first Care of Magical Creature's lesson with Hagrid, you can see her stroking the spine of the book.

Yes, she is not in the movies very much, but it is not like she has a whole lot of lines in the books anyway. Almost all of her lines are just little snide comments about Harry or Hermione, never anything important. We mostly notice her by the explanations they give; such as, "Draco walked up with pansy parkinson", or "a group of slytherin girls, led by pansy parkinson" and things like that. So it would be difficult to add her into the movies too much.

I believe I've seen Pansy in Order of the Phoenix as well. In the background with Draco's group, when Umbridge is in Trelawney's room.

I heard she was down as an extra with a name for the first few movies, but in GoF they recast. Plus, she had a fairly big part in HBP, so maybe they were thinking a head. I can understand. It's like with Lavender Brown, she was just down as an extra.

I can't remember her either.. I was wondering why [with the schooldance] there wasn't a shot of her and Draco [or am I wrong?]...

Lissakitty your right. i re-watched OoTP (for the hunderth time) and i think is saw her seated at Draco's table, behind Proffesor Trelawney.

In POA she's usually with Draco and the gang, but not very often visible. Once she says 'does it hurt badly, Draco?' and that's all, I think.

In GOF she's not there, and Draco's dance partner is apparently his 'dance teacher'.

In OOTP, though, Pansy is always with Draco, pretty much, and you see her more often. But she doesn't say anything.

I am so jealous of her.

The only times I can really pin point Pansy moment is after Malfoy got slashed by Buckbeak she was sitting with him at the Slytherin table and saying "Does it hurt terribly, Draco?" And he starts saying how in a few moments he could have lost his arm.
