first of all that wormtail owing harry thing is gonna be a magical bond, like lily's death.
second, not really a theory somehting i was just thinking about...well nearly headless nick sadi theres step taht have to be taken to become a ghost and voldemort took a lot of steps to make himself immortal and it would make sense for him to try and become a ghost in the event he did die doesnt it? so even if harry kills him in book 7, he might come back as a ghost! and he could still kill people that way, couldnt he? pushing them down steps or pushing things on them. i dont think ghosts can use wands thouhg.

I think having voldemort as a ghost would make the story, less that enjoyable. This is Harry Potter not Ghostbusters =P

Hmm...I really don't think that Harry will die but I do think Dumbledore will. It seems to me that there can only be one REALLY powerful wizard alive at one single time in order for there to be no conflicts. We know Harry's really powerful and so is Dumbledore and Voldemort. Dumbledore is old and wise and blah blah blah and we have already been told Voldemort fears him but in OotP they were pretty evenly matched and Dumbledore's not so young anymore. I think he will die as will Voldemort but HP will live...

I doubt that, Dumbeldore will live on comforting and re constructuring the Wizarding World. I think he should sever Slytherin, and all Slytherin members from Hogwarts, so many bad people come from that.
archangel
Jun 27 2004, 07:44 PM
no he wont do that, dumbledores all about trust, second chances, and forgiving people. so he wont cut out an enitre house, just because bad wizards have come from it.
Voldemort
Jun 27 2004, 08:05 PM
that is what I THINK he should do. I know he won't, but too many bad wizards are coming from them. Yes, a few of them are great accets to the Wizarding World. But as we can clearly see about 85% of them are bad evil SoB's. That is what I would do. Well, actually nevermind I wouldn't, cause they might actually go to Durmstrang, where Dark Arts is a class, not Defense against it. So, nvm that.

They wouldnt cut out slytherin.

Jun 27 2004, 08:35 PM
Yeah, but then it would deplete the purpose of "unity" and send kids a message that says, if you have problems with people, send them away.
Voldemort
Jun 27 2004, 08:39 PM
Slytherin has no UNITY with the other houses. They do what they want. They don't help Dumbledore with his Voldemort buisness, as much as Gryffindor, Hupplepuff, and Ravenclaw do.

Yeah, but it still wopuldnt seem right. No one is all good or all bad.

As I said, MOST of Slytherins go bad, not all. Like Snape, WAS bad, but isn't now. See what I'm saying?

It would help the Wizarding World a lot. As we know, the actualy Salazary Slytherin was a punk, he was bad.

I think ron will get everything he got in the mirror of erised, he's already a prefect, he can maybe be head boy, he can also be captain of the quidditch team. Harry will probably be captain first, but after a hard 6 year he will surrender the post to ron.

I hope Harry and Hermione are head boy and girl. Harry shows more leadership skills then Ron. I hope Ron falls in love with Fluer's cousin and leaves Hermione for Harry.

Harry and Hermione aren't gonna get together, they are gonna just be good friends. ; ) Ron and Hermione possibly. They are gonna be like Molly and Mr. Weasly. Arguing a lot.

A little to the left of that...I don't think Harry will die in book seven because not only would that be extremely anti-climatic but also because the books are called Harry Potter and the...... Killing off Harry would be pointless. I can't see any good reason to do this. Also, remember what Lupin said to Harry? How his parents died to protect him and how his death would be a poor way to repay them? It seems to just refer to this book but maybe it's a hint as to what is to come. I dunno
Voldemort
Jun 28 2004, 07:07 PM
I think Lily and James wouldn't mind dying for Harry if Harry died defeating the Dark Lord.
LupariusMurilegus
Jun 28 2004, 07:21 PM
Maybe not. But parents are usually a little blind when it comes to their kids. I don't think they'd want Harry to die. They'd want someone else to take his place or for him to find another way. Plus I don't think JK would have built up to this climax in order for Harry just to kick the bucket.

I think Ludo might be a death eater, because he was trying to help Harry win. It might be a coincidence, but he could be a death eater

He helped him win so he can win the bet, so he can get money to pay off the debts. But it didn't go to his advantage.

Just thinking...Maybe Filch'll play a bigger role, I mean he's in all the books and nothings really come of him yet. Same with Flitwick. JK said it'll be important that Lily's wand was good for charms, maybe this'll affect Flitwick

Harry and Neville both want revenge on Bellatrix and they were both originally imcluded in the prophecy hmm...I think Bella's in for it

I think Neville should be the one to get back at Bellatrix. He suffered more....I mean, losing Sirius was really bad and all....but having your parents insane.....and nothing that anyone can do about it...come on. That's pretty bad you guys.

NastyShort
Jun 29 2004, 02:31 AM
*snarls at picture of Bellatrix* Grr....she makes me sick. She probably WAS important to the plot....right now, it seems as if everyone is going to be important to the plot. Because it's going to be everybody against Voldemort innit? Or at least I hope soo.....
LupariusMurilegus
Jun 29 2004, 02:36 AM
True. It does seem like everyone could end up being important. Hard to distinguish between teh truly important characters and the fillers. But, seeing as how a point was made about how she was Sirius' cousin, close to Voldy and also the killer of Siri and the torturer of Frank and Alice I'd say it's a pretty fair bet she'll show up again. She needs her come-up-ance
