My first vote [quite naturally!!] goes for Tom Felton. Then I like Dan, Emma, Rupert. And hey, Gary Oldman, too, is cool.

Although I think lots of them are wonderful and perfect for their roles, I think Emma Watson does an outstanding job as Hermione and has totally nailed all of her character's traits.

The following is a quote from the latest Daniel Radcliffe interview, which supports my above stated thoughts:

My fave is sean biggerstaff (oliver wood) becuz he's HOT and he has a wicked awesome accent!

My favourite is Daniel because he's so hot! But I also think Rupert, Emma and all the other actors/actresses are doing a terrific job!

Daniel, Rupert and Emma makes a great team and it would be sad and horrible if one of them, or all of them can't play in the other movies...

I hope the filmguys ignore that they're a bit older tham they should be because without them the movies will never be the same...

I like Chris Rankin as Percy. I think he makes a really good Percy. I also like Rupert Grint and Emma Watson. They are really good for their first time on screen, and they were young, they were amazing.

i like dan, rupert, emma, and tom. they all did reallly good and lived up to my expectations to the characters

The dog who played Fang is the best actor. XD

Yes i totally agree agree with you Jamal, the twins rock!!! , the part that i like most is when they left Howgarts in the 5th book, and the way the do the faces, its nice.
But also i like Rupert, i think the way that he manifest that he is angry, scared, happy, etc. its very cool
Thats something that Daniel doesn´t have, he is with the same face, when he is happy, scared, etc., i think he is missing the face expressions!!!

I always thought that Snape was portrayed very well..then i saw Dogma. Now everytime i see him i think of that movie so now i think that one of the Weasly's, Ron or the Twins are the best in the movies. they really bring their characters to life.

I'd have to say that the characters that fit the most with what I imagined them in the books are:

Professor Minerva McGonagall
Fred and George Weasley
Severus Snape
Lucius Malfoy
Hermione Granger
Rubeus Hagrid

The others are pretty close, I'd say... though Lupin was way off from what I had imagined...

Cho seems pretty close... I didn't have her very speciffically in my mind, but this Katie looks to adorable to be the evil, viscious person I think Cho is... .

David Thewlis didn't look like a Lupin to me, but he acted like a Lupin. XD

I think I'd have to go with Sean Biggerstaff. He's quite cute, he has an awesome accent, and he has a very good sense of humor if you read some his interviews.

Hi I think that Alan Rickman plays snape so well he has the right tone of voice and everything.
I also think that Jason Isaacs ( Lucius Malfoy ) play his character to the limit, I also find him soooo fit.
