How do you think they are going to get some of the important things they left out of the movie back into the story, Like the locket, and how kreacher (spelling?)betrayed Sirius, and a whole lot of other stuff????

Yes, I thought the samw about the locket too, but we need to remember that OotP was filmed before the release of DH. I know it was mentioned in HBP, but the filmmakers, being who they are, overlooked it cos they probably didn't think it was important enough.

And the Kreacher thing - I can't see them having an easy job with that, but hey, they seem to think they're fine, so I'm looking forward to seeing them make a fool of themselves from bad editing! Seriosuly, Yates does NOT know what he's doing!

agreed Yates has caused a lot of problems for himself but what I dont get is why Rowling didnt just stop them? I mean how can she just watch them slaughter her books...(i am too dramatic I know )
anyway the whole Kreacher thing is so messed up...I am getting really annoyed...but in a way for the next movie this shouldnt be an issue .. i guess the main part in book 6 is a different one...it will be a big problem for the one who does movie 7....aaah...

Why didn't she stop them? I think that's easily answered - if she had said "Make sure you include the locket," then we would have been 100% that it was a horcrux. She'd already told them not to scrap Kreacher, and it would have been too much of a giveaway to book 7 if she told them not to get rid of the locket.

And by the way, that wasn't dramatic ... it's very true that they're slaughtering her books - very brutally, in fact

oh okay that may be the reason...but she gave away very important things to the staff of the movie anyway...she told Rickman that Snape was in love with Lily for example..then she should have maybe just said that as well and we could watch GOOD movies instead of...this awful "movies"

yes I have to say that i thought the cruelty and brutality couldnt be beaten when I saw the way they let Sirius die....but I have to say I underestimated them

I really do think JK Rowling should have told the film makers about these things. I think, as long as the audience didn't know what she told them (and we wouldn't have if they didn't mention she told them) it wouldn't have given anything away. We saw things in the previous movies that have had a big part in book 7 but never thought twice about seeing them because they were in the book.

JKR did read the script through. I red it somewhere and she even said that they had missed a quite important thing or person out, and that was immediately placed into it again. I know for sure that she’s made sure at each film that important thing were not left out, and I’m sure they can fix the locket thing; it wasn’t that big in the book either that I noticed it before I read HBP. And after all, they had Kreacher there so he can still be their help. So I think JKR would have said if she thought it was that necessary to have the locket included into it.

the big thing they left out from the script was kretcher and she told them to leave him in as they cut him...but am sure they will find some other way of getting the locket into the story...in GoF they had neville bring harry gillyweed etc compeletly cutting dobbys influence..am sure they will find away i just hope its done well
