So in DH, do you think theyre going to put the part where we see everyone in the future (like they're all grown up with children)..and if they are going to show it, which actor/actresses do you think will be a good fit for the chaaracters?
I think they have to put the epiplogue, cause it's ... the end! buahh! And I think, by 2010, or 2011, I don't remember, the actors will be so grown that they'll be able to feature their older selves ... It'd be lovely, I'm gonna cry soo hard in DH ... both, actually. I don't know how I'm gonna manage to keep myself calmed down during a whole year ...

I was thinking ... in R/hr wedding, I think Hermione would wanna have Viktor has a guest ... what would Ron think about this? I mean, would he be like: "Er, sweetheart, don't you think that's old story and we mustn't mix things?" or maybe like: "Vicky?? Why? -- Harry, Ginny, please try and make her change her mind!"

Well, it's their wedding so I don't think there'd be any, er... romance in the air. Unless Hermione is a freako and totally changed. But I think she might invite him, just as an old friend. Gawd- it's their wedding! Ron and Hermione would be closer than ever. Ron I'm sure would be a little doubtful and still have a teenie weenie grudge against Krum, but again he'd have matured and would respect Hermione and her friends, therefore accepting it. I think it'd be really immature if he said Hermione couldn't invite Krum, and she'd get real mad too.

So in conclusion... I think Hermione might invite him, and ron would be hesitating at the beginning but would end up respecting Hermione's, erm... choices.

They have to put it in, it may not be much, but it is the end of the book, and it tells you what happened to Ron and Hermione!

In my eyes, Ron and Hermione's wedding is a Weasley wedding-therefore, everything that could go wrong, does go wrong. IE Ginny can't get away from a Quidditch game in Australia, Ron goes "Oh nooo! I'm getting married!" and runs off to Ginny, Harry threatens to punch him, George sets off a whole bunch of fireworks as a "distraction" and as an other, told everyone that Neville was in love with Hermione.

As a result, Fleur has baby Dominique halfway through the ceremony and Ron and Hermione eventually get married in St Mungo's.

I just WISH we had ANY more pictures, or sneak peaks, or SOMETHING! i'm dying here! Twilight gets clips from everywhere, and very good ones at that, where they show real footage! and we're living off of scraps of clips and a couple of pictures. *sigh*

Well, as Emma plays Hermione in the movies, and Hermione is the Hermione part of "Ron and Hermione", then i think we could say that "Happy Birthday Emma Watson!!" is somewhat RHr-ish.

Merlin, its been such a long tiring week, and if they had new promo pics, that would seriously make up for this week being so lame.

i always pictured Lavender as a straight-long-haired brunette. kind-of like the typical pretty girl. very un-Hermione-ish. so i do hope that she has straight hair (at least we all can agree on that much. haha)

and the worse that they could do to the script? well. thats a toughie. hopefully they won't take out the canary part! haha. i think the absolute worse they could do is try to make one of them befriend the other, but that doesn't work so then they start hating eachother or something like that.

Alrighty, my official Lavender description! OMIGOSH last night I dreamed of her having huge bushy hair. Anyway, on we go:

Physical
-Average height
- Little pale-skinned or tanned, who knows
- With long straight brown hair.
- Sorta pretty, typical girl, as you all said.
- Somewhat attractive, um... body.
- Of course, spends lotsa time in front of the mirror.

Mental. Wait, that's not the right word , let's say... psychological!
- Giggles alot
- Very happy, or, well... see next point.
- Drama queen
- Jealous
- Sensitive, somehow...

Yeah I suppose the psy part it pretty much all mentionned in the books. Bof, that's how I picture little Lav Lav. I agree about the whole sharing-a-dormitory-with-Hermione thing and checking in the mirror every morning every minute, etc etc. I think this could particularly have annoyed Hermione, who is NOT a typical giggle-ish girly girl already, and then Ron going out with Ron- I mean Lavender, would NOT help, I suppose. Ron is such a goof.

I think during DH, Ron and Hermione had fully accepted their feelings for each other but they didn't want to start anything because they wanted to be there for Harry and also they are a bit proud and stubborn and neither of them wanted to be the first to tell the other they had feelings for them.

Their relationship definitely grows stronger during DH, for example:

1) When Ron stresses over the Cattermoles, Hermione is looking at him with an expression that clearly shows she's in love with him like for eg: "Look how caring he is, god I love him so much."

2) She's really angry with Ron when he comes back because the man she loved abandoned her and refused to come back even after she called. This is why she was so angry when he came back and the reason that she cried for weeks during the night.

Not only is VTM going haywire, but my mum took my laptop away! She thinks i spend "Too much time" on it (I dunno where she gets that). So don't be alarmed to find that i don't post every day.

I seriously hope we will get some photos soon. It can't be long now. When OotP came out, we got some quite often. I believe they would keep the canaries. Why wouldn't they? Plus it is always the best to see Ron getting attacked by something. I can see Rupert acting this part out now ...

Venom, i agree comepletely. In DH, i always saw that Ron and Hermione had come to the point where both knows that the other knows. But neither want to make the first move. That's what happens when you put two stubborn people together. But they were always there for each other during the war (and Harry) and that'd one of the reasons i love them.

They've spent so loooong trying to get their act together, (With Harry smaking his head against the wall 50 billion times in the background) that they deserve each other.

The worst thing RHr-wise that could happen to the script would be a HBP kiss! (Remember that thing?! I personally think it was a mistake from the magazine editors but it doesn't hurt to cross my fingers )

I also think that Ron wasn't sure whether Hermione did return his feelings and that's why he wanted to woo her (with the book and all). He always had that feeling that she loved Harry and not him and Slytherin's locket grossly magnified this.

Venom, that's true. I think Ron would keep telling himself that Hermione loves him, because that's what Ginny's told him time and time again or something, and he'd try and make hints (with little sucess) but there was always a part of him that said she perfered Harry. The locket, as you said, would make him bring back all his old insecurities.

Well, there are many, even if they have really nothing to do with RHR from the top of my head; Scarlett and Rhett, because they bicker, bicker and bicker (ah, I love that movie/book ! ) and bickering is very RHr , and many real life couples that I know remind me a lot of them too . Yes. Many, actually. First there's Sabrina, a movie with Harrison Ford and Julia Ormond. In it, the later is a somewhat naive and very smart, although not about men. And the former is very smart with business (I know, not very Ron-like, but Ron is very brave and loyal such as this character is, too) and has a bit of an ego. He's also very protective, and a bit of an idiot. The moment they start falling for each other, he mucks it up. And he ends up needing that extra little PUSH to go to her. Reminds me of the whole Ron-is-coming-back-to-the-forest-yays! thing in DH...

No, I haven't seen King of Queens, buit I've seen a movie eith winona rider, adam sandler and a blonde guy, I haven't seen it entirely, cause I always catch it in half the movie, but it's famous and has lovely songs like 'Stay' and 'All I want is you', and basically it's about a girl studying for journalis, friend of the blonde guy, asnd she is in love with him but he is a bit like Ron and doesn't care it too much, and he is musician, and so she dates with adam sandler and he gets jealous, and then he leaves, and then he returns, and he says he love her too, and then I think both gets famous or something and they got together ...

i was talking to my friend at school today about the twilight series and i told her that i thought that Ron and Hermione's relationship was cuter than Edward and Bella's.

and i was being serious! it's either because their relationship is simply more realistic, or because i don't like Bella...either way, for some strange reason (i don't mind, though!) i really do like Ron/Hermione better. Sorry...rather random. but, yea, i just do...i donno...yup

What aspects of Ron's and Hermione's relationship do you like AND dislike (if there's anything to dislike, of course! ) What do you love most about the ship??

Don't worry, Merlin, i may like Edward/Bella, but my fvaourite, absolutely for ever and ever most perfect OTP of all time, etc. will always and forever be RHr.

What i like and don't like ... well, there's not much that i don't like, except for the fact that it took them so loooooong! What i like about them is how they were always there for each other when it mattered. Like in PS, when Harry's off defeating Quirral (boy does that seem like a long time ago), Ron and Hermione worked together tog et out of there and alert Dumbledore.

And in DH, Ron was supportive of Hermione (not counting his mental block)(I'm talking about when he left them). He was even willing to pretend that she was his cousin (which would be rather awkward if they went to Hogwarts, seeing as he loves her and all).



Funny, that sounds exactly like Ron.

And rants are all good.

Ok, I haven't actually read Twilight (heard about it a while ago), sooo, in case I ever get a chance/decide to read it, no spoilers, please!

Also, I know this guy who actually reminds me of Ron. Tall. Redish blond hair. Freckles all over. Blue eyes (that sometimes turn greenish). Sense of humor. Smarty pants. A tease. VERY protective of his family. And he was wearing a maroon shirt the last time I saw him. And I have hair that's thick and kinda wild-ish, and I don't always get on with the other girls my age that well, and frankly, I can't help think of that icon; Be the Ron to my Hermione...

Oh my GOD I'm pathetic sometimes.



Well, I love how they balance each other out. Ron's a smarty pants who's caring and gets Hermione to loosen up, and Hermione can (sometimes) get him to buckle down and be serious when he has to be. I dislike how they took so long to get together! I see them taking a while after DH to have a real relationship... What do I love MOST about R/Hr? that's a tough one! I guess how they always managed to get long and have a good relationship since they were young....they were always there for each other, even before they realized why.

Ooo! Okay, what I like... time for another diagram! And Miss, that guy sounds amazingly like Ron.

Like

- Suspense
- Plot twists
- Exciting moments they have (kiss! kiss!)
- They're perfectly oppositely balanced
- They're too cute together
- JKR inserted lotsa moments that make my day
- Ron being awkward with Hermy and Hermione being bossy with Ron... too cute.

Dislikes

- Not enough kissing
- Took long to get together, yet again that's sorta good...
- There was a bit too much bickering sometimes...

I love absolutely everything about it! even the bickering and the taking so long to get together part because it shows that they really loved each other for that long!

*sigh* Yea, he's pretty sweet. And he and his friends are all into cars and hunting, so, The only bad thing about the whole situation is that - aside from the hair being a bit bushy- I'm not that much like Hermione at all. Er...I would have to say he's a bit smarter than Ron, tho.

When did Ron and/or Hermione pop the question?

No idea...but, as stated on the H/G thread by someone, I do see them getting married after Harry and Ginny for some reason...maybe because Ron would be a nervous wreck!

What kind of problems/arguments do you think Ron and Hermione would face later in they're relationship?

I dunno why, but I see them having adorable arguments while married. Hermione would fret about something to do with the kids, Ron wouldn't think it was a big deal. Then there'd be the whole why-is-Rosie-wearing-THAT-skirt!? for Ron to start, because Daddy!Ron is overprotective and ADORABLE! Things like that...

What do you think Ron and Hermione would love about each other most?

Ron would be the type of husband to watch Hermione read...he'd think it's sexy. I just think he's always loved how smart she is. And Hermione I think would love how sweet and over protective Ron can be...even though it annoys her sometimes!
