Lupin and Tonks are so cute. However, I must admit that I am slightly jealous. I mean, where are all the sweet guys who care enough to say the things he said to her. I most certainly wouldn't mind making Lupin his wolfsbane potion every month.

Well guess what Tonks and Remus get togeather at the end of the book. I think that Remus deserved some happiness after all thats happen!

This revelation made the book for me, being a die hard Lupin fan. Im glad he's found someone who will hopefully make him alot happier now and for that person to be Tonks is even better. i love the idea of lupin having someone, he's always alone. His life has been incredibly messed up since james's death. sirius was his last friend, now who does have? lupin needs someone, and if its tonks, it makes it all the cuter. <3

So is that basically what everyone has concluded Tonks' patronus changed into? A werewolf? That may explain why Snape was so snide about it, because Remus is that last remaining marauder that Snape hated/disliked. James is gone and Sirius is gone, whilst Pettigrew, eh who knows about him really? (I was kinda surprised he didn't appear in HBP at all...not even a mention...but back to topic...) I forget, what was Tonks' patronus in OOTP? It's been over 2 years since I last read that one. On to the ship. I really do like this pairing because Tonks was obviously miserable without him. I too, am one of those who went "Awww" when her hair changed back to pink. One happy moment hidden amongs great sadness. I also agree that she could prove to be a stable foundation for Remus to stand on when he must transform each month. Unless somebody besides Snape knows how to make Remus' potion? More power to Remus/Nymphodora! Very cute.

I really like Remus and I think he diserves to be with Tonks they woul be so good together. I don't think age is always a huge factor. Mybe if you are more then 20 years I think that would be a little akward. Tonks is probably in here 20's and Lupin in his 30's. Lupin is really nice and I think Tonks is too. So the will be really good for each other.

On the wedding a bit too soon thing... well.. we don't know how long they've has something going on for do we?..Tonks started being depressed at the beginning of HBP.. they could have had something going on before then.

And according to the lexicon they're 13-14 years apart in age. In book six Lupin is about 37 or 38 and Tonks is 25, I think.

I was really surprised when I read about it, but I really think it's cute. I think they'll make a good couple, maybe Tonks will get to loosen Lupin a bit.

I didnt see it coming, but I hoped that they would get together since Tonks was first introduced. I was able to figure out 'what was wrong with Tonks' during the Christmas chapter though, when Mrs. Weasley mentioned 'tonks spending Christmas alone' after Remus said 'well she's got her own family to visit doesnt she?'

I was pleasently suprised when I found them acknownlaging a mutal liking in HBP. I never would have saw it coming but I now think they make a wonderful couple. Even though Lupin is *glup* about 13 years old then Tonks, I'll think theres a pretty good chance they'll work out.

I'm new to the Remus/Tonks ship, but I really think it could work. I just read the posts saying how it wouldn't work as Tonks isn't a wearwolf, but I just watched Harry Potter 3, and I heared something snape said when he fills in for Lupin.

I have the feeling that Lupin is a bit of a loner, but maybe Tonks could actually make him different? I'd definately like to see them together. Lupin is my favorite Hogwarts teacher and Tonks is one of my favorites within the Order so thats perfect!

I agree regitze, theyre my favorites too! plus, tonks seems to have a really cheerful personality (or she did in book five at least) which is sure to make lupin a much happier person. Also, since he has no job, she can help him out a bit if they end up married!
