- You set up camp outside the local book shop waiting for the HBP release....2 weeks early!

I have been occasionally know to try and 'accio' something too.... (not really....I'm not quite *that* crazy....yet....)

What about when you always keep a HP book in your car, just incase you get stuck in traffic,(which I always am on the bleedin' M4...which they're constantly digging up for some strange reason....), break down or have to wait ages for someone you're giving a lift to? That's pretty obsessive, huh? (Don't worry...I only read when I've *actually* stopped..... )

When you wake up in the middle of the night to write down theory just in case you forget it.

When you see a Ford Anglia in the auto trader and seriously consider buying it.

When you buy a second copy of the Harry Potter book's just to keep good.

i live in edinburgh, i used to no where she lived but this was like when her first book came out , so stuff has changed lol. but once me and my family went to this pub for lunch and she was there with her family, the really Embarrassing thing was we never got are food for ages and then when we did some of it was missing beacuse they ran out, so my dad sarted making a fuss and i was liek pleeaaseee shut upp. its one way to get her to notice you....

i knew that i was ubsesed with harry potter when i was on break and i was grounded. my mom was reading a book and i knew that i could not watch tv so i started the first book. this all happened when i was in the 10th grade.

I ahve been thinking about this alot and here are some more i have come up with:

- If something about HP is said and you go off babling about everything you know.
- The first thing you do when you get home is visit the forums to check any new posts.
- Your parents tell you to do other stuff that has nothing to do with HP.
- When you wathc other movies and you see an actor/actress that is from HP and you shout it out and say everything you know about them.
- You have renamed all of the classes on you timetable to HP classes.
- You call people you don't like muggles, mudbloods, etc.
- You have convinced someone that the reason you are gone every summer is because you stay with the Weasley or some one else.
- You swear that you have seen a motorcycle fly.
- Every time you see a car you try and get it to fly.
- Every Friday you ask to watch an HP movie but your parents tell you to pick something else.
- Everyone you meet somehow knows about your obsession.
- You tell people that you will meet someone from the cast if it the last thing you do before you do.
- When you've gone to the zoo and tried talking to a snake.
- Your convinced Voldemort is out to get you.
- You've named your friends a HP character.
- You do everything you can to convince your parent to let you got to a HP premiere.
- You've sent out invitations to something that start out with " Dear Mrs. Sally Marckham,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been invited to a evening out. Enclosed is a list of supplies you might want to bring. The evening out starts on Semptember 1. The car will leave the Johnson residence at 11:30 sharp."

I am guilty of almost all of these. That is all i have for now.

I agree with all the other obsessive things and the only other one i ca think of I'm not sure if someones already said this but I think that if you refer to your boyfriend/girlfriend as your faourite HP character then thats a sure sign your obsessed (or so I've been told by Rupert oops I mean James lol)

The following I am guilty of...

~ Reading each of the Harry Potter books cover to cover in the space of 24 hours when you get them.

~ Refusing to eat or sleep because you won't put down the Harry Potter book you just got.

~ Reading the books so many times over, when you want to refer to something, you just flick to the right area of the book.

~ You have watched the movies so many times that your DVD's are beginning to wear out.

~ You name your pets after HP characters (my fish is called Lupin)

~ You name your car after a HP character (I have a barina hatchback that I've named "Little Sevvie")

~ You talk about HP stuff all the time

~ You have over 500 HP images stored on your computer

~ You make HP avatars and arts

~ You write HP fan fiction and you read it.

~ You see things in the HP books that others might not see and indulge in it via fan fiction

~ You check out JKR's website almost daily

~ You're counting down the days to the film/book release.

~ The OOTP release date is announced at midnight and you are on the doorstep of the bookstore at daybreak, preordering the book and you don't care what it costs.

I've thought of more. Here they are........

- When you read others reasons of you know your obsessed and you say thats me to almost all of them.
- The celebrity you want to meet most is JKR or someone from the cast.
- You visit different cast members official websties everyday.
- You own all of the HP computer games.
- People always tell you you are obsessed.

Jjust thought of some more obsessive traits of mine:

1) When you sit around waiting for someone to post on the forum just so you can post your opinon

2) When you hear someone mention Harry Potter and you automatically go into great detail about all five of the books when you realise no one is listening and still babble on

3)When you here someone shouting for someone with the same name as a character or cast member and turn around to look to see if the persons there i.e. if someone shouts Harry you look around saying Herry Potter here at my school

4) When you find yourself muttering curses under your breath to someone you really hate

5) When you find yourself saying Accio remote when you can't be bothered to move.

...when you volunteer to sit yer bum down for hours at a time in front of your laptop reading post after post after post in here...in other words willingly "babysitting" this forums to make sure y'all behave!!
