sadie_urlady523~ I know you said you probably wouldn't want to be a beater, but your skill in volleyball would be useful in that position. The only thing you would have to do different, besides play in the air on a broom, is carry a beater's bat around, because a lot of the same moves would be able to be applied. I think Hufflepuff would be tough to beat with you as beater! Give it a try, I think you'll enjoy it. Good luck!

haha, Snapefan21~ we posted at the exact same time yesterday! I'm sorry I wasn't just a few minutes later and then I could have given you your position with the rest! Anyway. . . I know you said that you would like to be keeper, but everything else in your post is telling me that you'd be a wonderful chaser! You're small, so you'd be fast and would be able to speed in between other players. They wouldn't be able to see what was happening and before they knew it, Slytherin would have ten more points. In books 1 through 5, the Gryffindor chasers were Angelina Johnson, Alicia Spinnet and Katie Bell. In book 6 the chasers were Katie Bell, Ginny Weasley and Demelza Robins. Dean Thomas filled in for Katie while she was in St. Mungo's for touching a cursed necklace, and then again when Ginny was filling in as seeker for Harry.

There are three chasers on a team. The chasers play with the quaffle. There is one quaffle in a game. The chasers score by putting the quaffle through the opposing team's goal hoops. Each score is worth 10 points

In books 1 through 5, the Gryffindor beaters were Fred and George Weasley, however, when Umbridge banned the Weasley twins, Andrew Kirke and Jack Sloper stepped in to fill their spots. In book 6 the beaters were Richie Coote and Jimmie Peakes.

There are two beaters on a team. The beaters play with the bludgers, there are two bludgers in a game. The beaters keep the bludgers from hitting and/or dismounting their team mates, by beating the ball away with their beater's bat. They also try to hit and/or dismount the opposing team members.

In books 1 through 6, the Gryffindor seeker was Harry Potter. However in book 5 when Umbridged banned Harry from playing, Ginny Weasley filled his spot. She also filled in for Harry in book 6 when Snape was holding him in detention for using Sectumsempra on Draco Malfoy.

There is only one seeker on a team. The seeker's focus is the golden snitch. There is one snitch in a game. It is a small, hard to see, extremely fast ball. The seeker's goal is to catch the golden snitch. Capture of the snitch ends the game and earns the captor's team 150 points!

In books 1 through 3, the Gryffindor keeper was Oliver Wood. In books 5 and 6 Ron Weasley became Gryffindor's keeper. Cormac McLaggen filled in for Ron, when Ron drank poisoned mead in book 6.

There is only one keeper on a team. The keeper's job is to prevent the quaffle from going through their goal hoops. It is comparable to the soccer goalie.

I have a more athletic body, swimmer muscular. I'm 5'4", but am not a twig. I'm average I guess. Bite my nails all the time. Decent flexibility.

Chaser. I'd get bored being in front of the posts all the time as Keeper.
