Just vote, please. If you have anything constructive to add, please post it, otherwise don't. The mods are in the midst of discussing the possibility of opening a Role Playing section, but we're very hesitant for several reasons. We're willing to look at your ideas and opinions on it, but you need to respect our decision when we make it. The results of this poll do not necessarily effect the outcome of our decision. I just want to get a feel for how much interest there is on VTM for such a thing.

I believe that a Role-playing forum would be awsome and I don't see any reason why we shouldn't do it! After all we are all fans of the series so we know all about it. The only thing I see that wouldn't work was how do we decide who is who and why were they chosen to be that person there should be something similar to a contest if this actually happens. I really hope it does it'd be awesome!

I was thinking about this last night. I'd really love to have a RP here, because I've never been in one before and it'd be fun. I think that, if it's like the Quidditch Pitch, with no post counting and same rules, you could create positions such as RP Prefect, for example, to moderate everything, and I think some people might be interested in taking the job. That way it'd be fun, but moderated and it won't be a mess. I understand why you are worried and split between creating a RP or not, because that might encourage spammers, rude posts and rule-breakers, but if we all cooperate it might be good.
If the RP game is ever done, and there will be canon characters to choose in first instance... I want to be the first in the queue to play Hermione, can I?

Well, like Dess said, some people wouldn't cooperate with the one liner, but I hate that anyway. I think that's one of the reasons the mods haven't decided whether it's a good idea or not... I think...

But anyway, I agree, I totally RP all the time, and since I'm on here a lot, bringing that to here would be pretty cool. As who's deciding who's who, we could have the canon characters, of course, but we could create our own too, couldn't we? And I like the idea of a Mod Prefect. I've seen it done on other RP sites, too. I mean, there could be one for each house and what not Just suggestions

And while we're here... if Dess is asking about Hermione, if it would ever happen, I'd love to play Luna or Ginny, if we aren't going by house
