Granted, you have already completed your thesis, defended it admirably and passed with flying colors, but now you have amnesia and can't remember any of it.

Granted, there are no weeds in your yard. Your grass is healthy and green, but it grows so fast that as soon as you're done mowing it, it needs mowed again. You know, it's sort of like picking up after a two year old; You pick up their toys you turn around and need to pick up again.

I wish Kellan would come help me finish unpacking. (It never seems to end)

Granted! He's about to knock on your door right now and help you unpack, but he's just come from the dentist and had all his teeth pulled out, so he can't bite you.

Granted, but of course all the other people around you live on. They love, laugh, and age whilst you are stuck being the same age as what you feel is perfect. Moreover, you become cyncial and bitterly unhappy as all the lovers you have eventually leave.

Not to mention you start obsessing about ways to die and spend hours searching for that which will kill you.

Granted there are tools that help you see the night path but when you use it, it makes night last forever. The whole world is stuck in a state of perpetual darkness which sends you into a state of utter misery until you crawl under a rock and die!
