It’s tied between Sirius and Remus, though I’m a bit iffy about Sirius. Probably Sirius for being such a loyal friend to James and being occasionally wise, though a hypocrite (though I shouldn't be talking as I'm somewhat like that, too). Remus because he’s kind and gives people second chances.
