Wow..I have a few that I love but I'd have to say Obliviate. To erase someones memory is astonishing to me.

I am an in Hufflepuff..and I LOVE it! I didn't at first but I quickly came to love it!

I'd be Hermione, because I'm a lot like her. I'm an animal/creature lover. I believe in protecting those that can't protect themselves. I'm smart and love to learn, I'm loyal to my friends and family and when someone crosses me...that's the end for them. I don't let myself get taken advantage of twice.

I absolutely do. There are some things that young wizards just can't handle. And until they are trained sufficiently they shouldn't be released unto the world...so to speak.

5) What is your opinion on S.P.E.W?

I'd be co-founder with Hermione. Like I've already stated...I believe in helping others. Everyone should be treated fairly. House elves should have the choice to work for a family and be free to come and go as they please.

6) What Ministry of Magic career would you like?

Since I'm interested in law I wanted to be an Auror...however when I was given my career I was happier with what I got...which is Wizengamot member with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.

Sure..why not. Wizards should stick together...especially when there's an uprising of evil. It's good to broaden your horizon and learn about others from different countries. It's a way of learning and I'm all for that!

I love animals...horses are my absolute favorite! I'm smart, funny and loyal to those I respect and love. I can be a friend for life, but if I'm crossed then I wipe my hands of you and move on. I love sports! I use to play volleyball and I miss it so much! Football season is starting so I'm excited!! GO GATORS!! And I'm currently writing a novel which I'm almost done with.

Scourgify. I would love to be able to use that!

I am in Ravenclaw, and yes I like it very much.

I would have a hard time choosing between Professor Dumbledore and Hermione. I possess some traits of Hermione's, but for the most part I am not much like her. I just would enjoy being her. Dumbledore led a fascinating life, so out of the two I would choose him.

I quite agree. There should be laws for all underage people, just to prevent chaos and establish responsibility and rules. People will sense a feeling of accomplishment and new beginning when becoming of age.

I have always firmly believed in equality of any race, gender, disability or species for that matter. I would probably be involved in S.P.E.W. No one should be subjected to what some of the house elves were.

I would really love to work in the Department of Mysteries!!

I am funny, intelligent, family oriented, and I have a vivid imagination. I love escaping from the real world with a good book or movie, and I love dreaming. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. I love animals and am particularly fond of dogs. I am terrified of spiders or any creature of that nature. I enjoy the outdoors and being in the sunshine, but I prefer the air conditioning!! I can be a tad jealous and lazy. I love the water, my favorite color is yellow, and singing is my all time favorite thing to do. Hmmmmm... Toughie! There are so many great ones. I'd probably have to go with the Patronus spell, though. Very useful, and very pretty. *giggle*

In addition to the characteristics I have in common with Remus, I have a short temper sometimes, but I can control my anger. I’m an artist, particularly specializing in sketching. Somehow, I make everything sound nice because I’m so kind, even when I critique (a.k.a. degrade) my own friends. Quite a couple of times, I’ve scolded one of my best friends for some reason or another. Then she says that her sister said the same thing, but I make the statement sound really nice, as if it’s much more encouraging than insulting. My friend said that she likes that about me. Also, I’m usually one of the best in most of my classes. This is not because I’m smart (I am smart, but not that much), but because I don’t try. I never distress and so I find each class easier than my classmates do. However, when I do try, I’m more bound to fail. Finally, I’m never fun until you actually get to know me. I can be really hyper and outgoing. I’m not that much of a stiff. I love to have fun, to laugh, and I do appreciate pranksters. My dad was a prankster himself, and boy, does he like to annoy me! Alas, I too have to go with Expecto Patronum. I love the Patronus Charm. It makes me wonder what my Patronus would be for reals... Although I also love Lumos. Light is needed in so many situations, after all!

How To Defeat Harry (which i would never do)

1. i would take one of his loved ones hostage and tell him were they are. When he shows up to rescue him i would body bind him and curse him like mad and threaten him to kill hids hostage if he somehow fights back.

2.i would use non-verbal spells on him, that way it would be difficult for him to give fast reflexes

3. i would use langlock on him because that way he wouldn't be able to say any incanttions and i know he can't use non-verbal spells.

4. I would dis-arm him and curse him a lot since he can't fight back

5. I would body-bind him then lift him up and then drop him using levricorpus many times

I can be very blunt if there is no tactful way for me to get my point across. I speak when spoken to, or when I have something to say, but generally I'm quiet and content to be by myself and lose myself in my dreams and fantasies, plotting new stories to write or thinking about life in general.

3~ Keep my nose clean and give the Death Eaters no reason to come and find me.

4~ Change my name and move to another country.

Wow that's hard to decide! However, if I had to choose I think it would be expecto patronum. For some reason I've just always liked that spell. Bye bye dementors!

Yes, I agree with them. Who knows what could happen if there weren't any restrictions? I think that up to a point they're a good idea. The only part I disagree with is in OOTP when Harry is almost expelled for using magic, when he was only doing so to protect himself and Dudley.

I'm a supporter of S.P.E.W. because I agree that house elves should have a say in things too. No one should have to be forced to do something they don't want to because that is just plain unfair. However, we all know that some house elves (kreacher for example) like serving their masters. So I don't think that all of them should just be sent free. People should ask their opinions on the matter and then take it from there. Elves deserve to be treated fairly and with respect, just like wizards.

6. What Ministry of Magic career would you like?

I actually took a quiz relating to this question and I agree with the results. If I were to work at the Ministry it would be in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, Beast Division. I love animals and would be glad to work with them.

It's hard to choose, but I'd have to say Expecto Patronum.

Unspeakable. It would be fun to work with all that stuff in the Department of Mysteries.

Yes and no. It's a good idea, but if you're just showing your family what you can do (especially if you're Muggleborn), than the Underage Wizarding Laws shouldn't cover it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I agree with the UWL only when they cover harmful spells.

I don't really agree with it. Ron is right (I can't believe I actually said that) - house elves like to be servants. If they're like Dobby, by all means let them go. If they're abused, by all means make sure it stops. But trying to set them free against their will? Not at all.

I would say Auror, but it's unlike the Muggle police, where the government has almost no say in what goes on, so I'm going to go with an Unspeakable. I love working with mysteries.

Only way to survive. You're all gonna kill each other if you can't get along. The wizarding population is scarce anyway, to not have co-operation and peace is absolute suicide.

I'm kind, empathetic, and an all-around good person, although I do have a sharp tongue and sharper wit if you get on my bad side. It takes a lot to rile me up, but once I hit breaking point, I explode like a hand grenade. You don't wanna be around me then. I can take a joke, but when it gets old and annoying, I have no problem with telling you as much. I believe in doing well, but not flaunting it wherever you go. I'm determined, and usually won't abandon something. If I give you my word, I'm sticking to it, and no way am I letting go. I'm a huge tomboy - I'd rather play Quidditch and get ploughed into the muddy field than sit in my dorm gossiping and comparing hair products or love potions.

~ Running away. Can't meet one if you're on the other side of the country.
~ Hiding. James and Lily had a good idea going there.
~ Kill him. Can't confront him again if he's dead.
~ Stick with a buddy. Death Eaters like to save their own skins - if it's obvious they're going to lose if they pick a fight, they'll leave you alone.
~ Pretend to be another Death Eater. Why would a Death Eater attack one of their own?

Defeating Harry:
~ Insult his friends, his parents, Sirius, or Dumbledore. This will make him mad, and when he gets mad, he becomes rash, meaning he'll make more mistakes.
~ Bring a Dementor along. Gotta keep concentrating to keep a Patronus around. Bit hard to concentrate on that when I'm firing spells at him left, right, and center.
~ Kill him. Self-explanitory.
~ Steal the Marauder's Map. It's one of his last links to his father, and he will want revenge!
~ Call him coward. You'll get the same reaction as you would if you insulted his friends, his parents, Sirius, or Dumbledore.

Hmm.. a tough choice. I like Expecto Patronum because you get your own little animal friend that keeps you happy all the time! But I also like Wingardium Leviosa because you can make things fly! Also, Accio, Lumos and Reparo are extremely useful! I always wish I could make things just come towards me and light up the situation and repair something a broke (which I do a lot ).

I am in Ravenclaw and I love it with all my heart. In my opinion, you have to have wisdom to be a great wizard and that is what comes with a Ravenclaw!

I would WANT to be Dumbledore or Luna because they both don't fear death which is almost every human's weakness. I am most like Tonks though because we are both clumsy but useful in some situations.

Most of the time... I think that because children cannot control their magic as well as adults the laws should be kept but in some parts of the books I just don't agree.

I think that Hermione had good intentions when starting the organization and that in Dobby's instance, this is a must do. But at places like Hogwarts, the elves are HAPPY in that environment. Also, if there were a bunch of magical elves running around on the loose, I think Wizard Secrecy would be endangered.

I don't really think I would want to work at the ministry. But if I had to... an Auror so that I would at least be doing some good to the world.

hmmm...tricky decision I would have to say Nox, because of the cool way Snape flicked his wand in the third movie, but if that's to shallow, I also really liked the way Dumbledore was able to find the entrance to the caves with out a wand, if that counts as a spell

I'm very quiet when I am meeting new people, I go through this stage where I watch' people for a bit then make up my mind about them, and that''s sort of it on terms of whether I like them or not! I am quite useless at pretending I like people or things if I don't, but I can be quite a good actor when I want to be. I never let people walk all over me. I value a good sense of humour and consideration for others above most things, in terms of friendship. After the 'quiet' phase I am a lot louder and opinionated, but I do value loyalty and cannot stand it if someone isn't, or people are ungrateful or unthoughtful of effort put in for them

Death Eater-Um... run, hide(although this is a bit pointless if the can do that human revealing spell), duel, if you are capable, and until you are able to get away, pretend you are a supporter of theirs(not for too long though, this is a bit sickening) or I guess you could diguise yourself as one of them
Harry- I think turning the whole world's opinion against him via newspaper worked rather well, killing or harming any of the people that would not believe lies about him would work as well, getting him into a position where he believes there is nothing he can do, turning people like Hermione and Ron into Death Eaters with their consent, and finding some way of preventin Harry from believing in himself and his friends

some of them. i think that they make a good point but they are slightly overdone because just because someone is not a legal adult does not mean that they are stupid and will fly off the handle

good intentions with the wrong reasons behind them. hermionie really wanted to raise the elves self esteem, but she mistakenly thought that freeing them was the right way to go about it. look what harry did with kreacher- he (eventually) treated him with dignity and respect and it all worked out

1- threaten to kill his friends if he doesnt surrender
